I had a great experience with Videon Chevrolet. I live in NY and was preparing to return my Chevy Traverse at the end of my lease. After having my lease-end inspection performed, Matt from Videon reached out and offered to write me a check for my positive equity in the SUV in exchange for allowing him to buy it out. The process could not have been easier - after a few text messages and a phone call, Matts drivers came all the way to NY to pick up my Traverse. When they got here, they presented me with a check while Matt paid off the SUV directly with GM Financial. Once that was confirmed, he sent me the confirmation, the drivers took the car, and that was that. The whole process couldnt have taken more than 15 minutes and couldnt have been easier. The best part was walking away with a couple thousand dollars in exchange for returning my SUV at lease end (rather than PAYING the traditional disposition fee to return the car, which is what my local dealership had wanted me to do).I could not be happier with my experience. Matt was great, walking me through the process and patiently answering all of my questions. His attitude and helpfulness sealed the deal for me. I would recommend Matt and Videon 100%.

My wife stopped in without an appointment because of a leak in one of the tires on her car. She also had our two year old grandson with her at the time. My grandson enjoyed playing in the kids section of the waiting room while the repair was made to the tire. Knowledgeable service Team. Went for annual emissions and safety inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately my original tires were misaligned, so I needed at least 2 new ones, but I opted to get all 4 new. They were happy to show me the old tires and how the interior radius was essentially bald! Hourly work rates reasonable and they worked until the job was done.

I had never heard of Videon Chevy so when Dan Videon contacted me about buying out my lease, I thought it was just another scam message. I was curios though so called the dealership and spoke to Matt Videon and it turned out some offers are not too good to be true. We live over 400 miles away from Videon Chevy but they made us a generous offer and they followed through on that offer in the time frame we were given. Their drivers showed up looked over the truck, Matt paid off the lease and sent me pictures of the pay off then they handed me a check, it was really that simple. I would definitely do business with them again.

My recent car buying experience was excellent at Videon. They communicated with me immediately when I was looking for a vehicle. Tom called me and set up an appointment. I really expected the whole process at the dealership to take a long time. In the past it has been well over 4 hrs at another dealership. This was my first time bringing my car to a dealership. I called and spoke with Shelly. She was a pleasure speaking to because I was so frustrated because I drive pretty far to work everyday. I’m from Philly, work is between Paoli/Exton so it’s a hassle not having a car. I was able to drop my car off the same day I called. I couldn’t believe it. Other dealerships was booked two weeks to a month out. When I dropped my car off I was greeted the moment I came inside the dealership. Called to see about dropping off my vehicle for service. I purchased the vehicle here.Service manager never got back to me. I called after 24 hours of no response and he said hed keep in touch. Yeah right.

Took two vehicles in for an oil change and tire rotation on two different days. The first oil change took 1 hour and 45 minutes. the second took 1 hour and a half. An oil change and tire rotation should not take any longer than 1 hour.

Bought a used vehicle from Videon. The sales team was nice and the process overall went well.The problem came when he had a problem with the suv and we scheduled service. The car clearly pulled to the side but Videon service said they checked and it was in spec. Also has a check engine light on to which we were told they reset it. According to the service guy they didnt check anything only reset the light because someone probably didnt reset it correctly before the vehicle was sold.I drove the car home and it was clearly pulling to the side so we took it to another garage who checked it and confirmed an alignment was needed as it was out. They also discovered there was an oil leak because the drain plug was loose.We do not recommend Videon.

I was passing by the Videon Chevrolet dealership and stopped in to ask about some due maintenance. Their service rep let me know that they had recently started a fast lane service, which meant that I could get an oil change right then without an appointment. While they were changing the oil, the service rep also mentioned that the on-going air bag recall parts were now available in their shop. As I had the time, I took advantage of that work as well. Not appropriate for public service office. Its a closed space with a lot of people. I wish it was different and soon we will all have vaccines but we are not there yet. Also, after I originally posted this review I was advised there was an air bag recall for my vehicle which does not show up on national recall data base. It seems I cant go here again which is fine. No problem.

My oil change and st inspection went well; but again I mentioned that there is a tire sensor that is not working but I am not sure which tire since the last time they shifted the tires around they did not align the sensors; I left with a bad sensor still saying zero pressure in RF.

Drove an hour out to this location for a test drive and walked out with the car! Not once was I pressured into buying it like I’ve experienced at other dealers. Also, staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs, including offering to drive the vehicle back to my home for a surprise reveal! Would highly recommend Videon Chevrolet of Phoenixville!

Bought my 4 cyl 2008 Chevy Malibu new and at about 75,000 miles this dealer replaced the original steering shaft sensor part, which was still working, for free as part of a Chevy recall with a redesigned version of the same part. This redesigned part only lasted about 49000 miles before at this visit I had to have it replaced with the redesigned part again but this time at a cost of over $600 for parts and labor. It looks to me like I could have saved quite a bit of money if Chevrolet just stayed with the original part.
