This was a standard maintenance tune-up for my heating system, and installed a UV air purifier system. Ken was very thorough and took care in my home, wearing a mask during the pandemic. I also got a courtesy call when he was on his way. I like that weekend appointments are available. Very polite, professional, answered all questions we may have had.

I called Miller Heating and Air conditioning based on the number of good online reviews.Sales rep was nice and signed me up for a membership to check my HVAC system on a semi-annual basis (with their membership program).1st service appointment: technician was a no call no show.Called back to confirm appointment customer servers rep could not confirm but advise he would call back(never called back).Called again rep advised there was no update and would confirm appointment by end of day (no call from rep or service manager that was promised).Called next day got a new customer service rep who offered to reschedule theappointment and give me a different number to call that was supposed to be the service managers office(most likely anther C/S department ).I called this number and the rep was very apologetic and rescheduled my appointment for later the next week2nd appt time - service tech was again a no call no showCalled the “service managers office “ again and they were very apologetic and gave a few excuses why their tech would not show up and offer for them to schedule another appointment.I declined and requested to cancel my membership.They proceeded to advise that I would be able to cancel my membership but could not give me a refund(total membership time 2 weeks).Homeowners beware!This is my experience YMMV :)

I called this company and scheduled them to come out the following day as my furnace was leaking fuel from the burner. They scheduled me the following day for 8a-11am. I agreed to this time frame as I work evenings, but this did mean that I had to get up early to be available during that 3 hour window. They never showed up. At 12:15 my husband called to see if they were still coming. They said they still had the active work order and that they would call the technician and call us right back. Still no call back by 2pm. Called again and they state Is this the property on first avenue? and I confirmed-so they knew they had not followed up-and they said they would call the supervisor and call me right back. No call back by 4pm. My husband called again and they insisted no matter what they would call back this time. Still no call back. I wasted my entire day. They thought my time was not valuable. They should not have scheduled if they were already over scheduled. I could have had many other people come out but because we were trying to have faith that the company was reliable we waited to call other companies at 4pm which is the end of the work day and no one is available. Like I said, no consideration that my time is valuable. Do not expect them to come on time or communicate properly. Call someone else.

The technician responded within a few minutes and even came over on a Saturday night; within one hour he was already working on our heater. He fixed it very quickly and efficiently. After he was done he took the time to help explain how and why our heater was doing certain things. Then he also gave us some tips on how to keep things working properly and maintenance. Would definitely recommend!!

Called and was quoted a rate for a service call. In the middle of scheduling the call disconnected and when I called back in I got a different person who quoted me a higher rate and said the rate I was told was wrong. I asked to be transferred back to the original operator and was told they were busy. Very sketchy call center.
