This is my second year with Sam and Ive been very pleased with his services. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and even gives advice on ways to make tax breaks a little easier on yourself for the upcoming year. Ive already recommended him to a friend and would gladly recommend him to anyone else.

The staff was very friendly. Our taxes were done quickly and without issue. We received a forty dollar discount since it was our first time. I had called for an appointment the day before but was told they take walk ins. We were there just before 9am and they door was already open and coffee was brewing. Definitely will return next year.

Came here to have my 2017 taxes filed on 2/22/20. Was told by the receptionist that there are no upfront fees. I was there a total of 3.5 hours, mainly sitting in the waiting room, and my taxes were completely done in front of me before being told there was an upfront fee at the very end due to it being a paper filing. The woman had explained to me that this wasn’t an amended return like I had thought and it’s just a regular tax return, which basically negated the reason I thought I needed professional service in the first place. Everyone was very nice, but that was a huge chunk of my day wasted because the receptionist didn’t know what she was talking about, and one of the tax preparers wasted 45 minutes doing taxes without payment because I refused to pay and walked out. Doesn’t seem like smart business to be deceptive to clients and have staff doing taxes in their entirety before discussing fees.

RECOMMENDED to anyone who is looking for an awesome, friendly, professional, thank you Sam for helping my family and I out with our taxes. Will again be coming back and seeing him! He has fixed everything and we walked out super happy!

They did a good job with the actual taxes, a few mistakes but they were fixable. Price was a little high for my liking but overall a decent experience.
