The absolute worst.Update: There was a time I would’ve given 5 stars. I never asked for anything for free. Carrie’s inability to follow through with what she said she would do left my business in bad shape. She “saved” me $4,000 by recommending I change to an s-corp but that only caused more issues. I was relying on her professional expertise on whether or not to change over. She made it sound like that was the way to go. She didn’t help with the new procedures of the s-corp and requirements or even give me an estimated payments schedule to keep on top of payments while everything was being figured out. I was left with no way to know how to move forward. It was clear at that point Carrie was not going to help out. I sent her a stern email about why nothing has been done (less than a month away from tax time by now) she came back with saying I’m asking for everything for free and she will no longer help me, her “firing” me. I never had a problem paying. I’ve only wanted to know how much it would be before we started. Beware of Carrie, if you do use her services, make sure she has completed everything before you pay and that she does what she says.

Carrie Kiser is awesome, she stays at the forefront of the changing tax laws. She called me from a class on the new laws and quickly realized it would significantly help me and couldnt wait to tell me. She cares about every customer and it shows.
