Due to COVID theyre no longer doing sit downs, but the company is still keeping up communication really well with their clients! If they need anything or have questions they reach out and are very open and honest. Ive recommended Con-Tax to several of my friends and theyve all been highly satisfied :)

Absolutely AMAZING QUALITY SERVICES!!!! The owner is super nice and is absolutely amazing when it comes to communication which I personally think is very important. She lets you know when you drop off approx how long she expects to be done and will contact you if she needs anything further from you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This company was very unprofessional when conducting business with us. They asked us to drop off our paperwork and we did not hear anything from them until a month later. I had called multiple times, left messages and received no response. A month later after we visited their physical address, they texted asking for more information. I then explain my displeasure for having us wait so long. The lady then started ranting off about me insulting her when all I did was asked if maybe they could reduce the fee because of the long wait. She refused to lower the fee, so then I told her that we would pay the full fee as long as they completed the paperwork ASAP. She then refused to complete our taxes and then returned our paperwork because according to her, I insulted her. I did not insult her, but I did express my concern. She refused to drop the subject and continued testing until she said the last word. Very unprofessional!

Been coming here for years! Gloria is knowledgeable in everything tax related! Holly took over the business a couple years ago and the apple doesn’t fall far from tree. Whether business or individual taxes they will get the best possible return. Wouldn’t switch them for anyone.

Been going here for the past few years and havent had any complaints. Theyre efficient, quick, and knowledgeable. It is evident that they stay up to date with tax regulations and provide the best service available. Ive only just recently started filing my own taxes and after finding Con-Tax Services, I wouldnt go any where else because theyre easy to communicate my concerns and I havent had an issue thus far. I highly recommend them!

Under new management and it sucks. They messed up on our e-file then had the balls to say it was our fault all because we ask for a refund on the e-file. Now we are the one waiting for it in the mail and all she had to say was to bad and this is how they treat a 10 year customer and hopefully all you people who think they should use are better off going somewhere else!!! A simple sorry we messed up would of been understandable even without a refund.

They are very professional, courteous and helpful. I will be coming back and will recommend to my friend and family.
