Agree with all the previous posters. The takeover by Access has been a horrible nightmare and continues to be a nightmare. I have been trying to end my account for 2 months and they still are holding my boxes hostage through outrageous billing practices and unwillingness to compromise. Even after I showed them competitors bids at a fraction of their rates, they refuse to compromise.I would advise any law firm or medical practice, or business to think twice about doing business with these people. They will overcharge and make leaving them a painful experience. Can you imagine charging over $10 a box to destroy boxes you have on your property????? Welcome to Access.

Went with this company when it was Record Center Innovation and should have pulled all my documents prior to the switch. It has been a nightmare working with this company. Would highly recommend never doing business with them from secret rate changes to horrible customer service.

Terrible, terrible company. Crazy hidden fees. We needed some of our company boxes destroyed (we pay them $2,300 per month storage) and they sent us a bill for $9,100!!! It was $5.50 to pull each box and another $7.50 to destroy them. We cant even get our boxes out without paying $80,000 in fees! This should be illegal!
