I cant imagine there being a process serving company better than Fields Legal Services. My current lawsuit has more than 150 named defendants. I have had to hire process servers over several states, but none have come close to Fields professionalism and customer service. They have executed service of process on 10 defendants for me over two lawsuits. I never wait more than two days for service to be attempted. When I did face issues with a specific defendant, I expressed my concerns and Fields moved forward accordingly and service was executed the very next morning. Their customer service is above reproach, truly. One of the things I dread most in my profession is dealing with service of process because it can become such a headache. However, Fields really gives me a peace of mind. Theyre always there for me, ready to answer questions and address problematic defendants. I can assure you...you will NOT regret hiring Fields Legal Services. Theyre worth every penny.

At first I was very hesitant, I had never used a private process server before. After calling around and speaking to about 20 different people I decided to go through with Monica. I met up with her she was super friendly and personable! Very affordable as well! I gave her the documents at 3:30pm that needed to be served and she served the person that same day successfully at 8:00pm! Amazing. Could not have been a better experience. Im in Maine but needed to serve someone in Az. I called and followed extremely simple instructions. I dont have access to fax or scanner..they helped me with s scanner app and everything was done and ready within the hour and service was completed and I had proof of service within 3 hours. I had an eviction notice to be served with little time left prior to court hearing. The original server (HONEST JOHN’S PROCESS SERVICE) delivered the notice and called and started arguing with me as to why he has to walk within the complex. Even though I started helping him how to get thru the gated complex, he decided he was not delivering and wasted two days of my time.
