I have been using Pool Shop for over 20 years. These guys are the best!!! I was always happy with the prices of their products, and few years ago I started to use Pool Shop for my swimming pool cleaning services. They do great job keeping my pool clean and address any issues I may have. The owners, Chris and Rebecca, are just WONDERFUL!!! They always call me back and work with me in very professional, friendly, and customer loyalty manner on any issues I may have. I would recommend Pool Shop to any one. This is clearly the BEST place in town.

I was in the Leslies trap for years.On a recommend I call the Pool Shop for repair on my pop up cleaners. Best decision! A month ago I had black algae. Leslies sold me $100 worth of chemicals. It came back. Went to Pool Shop yesterday. Chris had a completely different approach. About an hour after treatment ($15.00) the pool was crystal clean.Definitely sticking with them.

Im a new pool owner and the team at the Pool Shop have been amazing about helping me get going. They answer all my newbie questions. They have a good assortment of parts and chemicals and their prices seem reasonable.

My pool was super cloudy from me trying to add chemicals and not knowing what I was doing. I called them up and they said to bring in a water sample and they would see what was going on. I did this and they were super friendly and helpful, recommending products to fix the issue and what I needed to do. I purchased the products from them and followed their instructions and now my pool is crystal clear and looks great!! I was also surprised at how reasonably priced their items are especially for a pool store during prime pool season!! Would recommend them to anyone!!!! Thank you for getting my pool back into swimming condition!!!

My first experience with the Pool Shop was excellent! Something was wrong with my filter and I couldnt figure it out. My pool was turning green, so I called them. The tech who came did not fool around and he knew what he was doing. He fixed the problem in about a half hour, shocked the pool, and said to let the filter run 24 hours. The next day the pool looked great. I even got a follow up call the next day to make sure all was good! The charge was minimal ($10 per hour less than Leslies Pools quoted me and there was no additional $25 trip fee like Leslies quoted). I am a happy customer. From now on I will be loyal to the Pool Shop.

Best pool company in the valley.They never try to upsell me & are very cost conscious when a repair is needed. The owners are super responsive & any tech sent out (even tho it’s typicallt the same guy) are awesome - even deal with my little pups barking at them while they work. So grateful for this company - if you have pool maintenance needs or repairs - use Chris/this company! The best.

I went into the store on 11/9 and made an appointment to have someone do an estimate to replace my spa heater on 11/12. Today is 11/18 and I havent heard a word about it. I guess they are too busy and dont need any more business.

Very pleasant to deal with. Excellent service. They were able to repair the pool spa, a task that defeated other companies. They seem to have good depth on the bench, so to speak, calling in the right folks for the job.

I have been using the Pool Shop for 17 years and would not go anywhere else. I have had them do service and repair work to my pool, and I get my pool supplies from them. They provide helpful information when I need it. I can and do highly recommend them to anyone with a pool.

We had a Color Splash pool light system installed in the pool of our second home (Ahwatukee) in September 2015. Its a great system, but the installation was flawed and hustler Diane now wont authorize the repair although the system came with a 3-year warranty. Apparently, Mike (the technician) had trouble installing the slight due to new pool resurfacing completed in June 2015. He opted to simply force the light in, and now it has fallen out. Mike never told us of the problem so were were totally unaware; had we known, we would have worked with our pool resurfacing contractor to resolve the issue. Diane admitted the installation in a voice mail to us but insists she misspoke. As Ive said, the system is great but the after-sale service sucks. Ive submitted a complaint to the BBB.

Diane, Chris and staff will take care of you and not sell you stuff you dont need
