Horrible, absolutely horrible.My ex wife takes our daughter in for a doctors appointment and they give her a statement made out to me showing I owe money for the last visit.I paid the copay so it was an error, I was told my the doctor to call QS2 and Gayle answered.I told her I’m not sure why my ex wife is sending me a statement asking why I didn’t pay for our daughters visit.Gayle says it shows paid and that I’ll have to call to doctor back to see why that happened. I first called the doctor and they told me to call you.I told Gayle my ex is not the nicest to deal with and now she’s on me about this. I told Gayle I have a statement image from her and I asked Gayle if she could find out why my ex was told this.Gayle says “we aren’t gonna get involved in you two fighting.”I said can you please call the doctor and ask why my ex was given a bill that shows I owe when in fact I don’t? Gayle said well if you want you can send me the image of the bill your wife had and I’ll look into it.So I send gayle an email and 5 minutes later calls me back saying your account shows $20 posted and just .19 cents owing so if your ex wife is going to freak about .19 there’s nothing we can do.I said where does it say I only owe .19 she said if your wife would’ve spent the time to look at the statement she would’ve realized it doesn’t show a balance. I said okay let me look, my bill didn’t show a payment posted like gayle was saying so I asked gayle, did you open the email I sent you. She says no, I’m looking at our system. Then Gayle starts saying we aren’t going to get involved in marital problems here...I said Gayle can you look at the email I sent you because it’s not showing what you’re saying and she responds:You can’t tell me what to do.So Gayle asked me to send her an email with the bill I was looking at from my ex but then doesn’t even open the email to look at it, instead she proceeds to call me back and reads off what her computer shows...So then I said could you please look at the email I sent you? She says no you are being rude and I’m going to refer this back to the doctor you’ll have to call them.Gayle is really way off base, she was the one being rude and condescending, didn’t try and listen or understand what I was saying and was fixated on me stating that my ex wife is difficult to deal with at the beginning of the call.Gayle, this wasn’t about my ex wife it was about why my account doesn’t show the payment I made during my visit, then why someone at the doctors office would give my ex wife a bill showing something I owe, then why your system failed to post my payment the day of.You’re an unprofessional customer service person and shouldn’t be working in office that has any regard for treating people with respect.I almost personally went to the doctors office to voice my frustration with you but luckily they called me and the office manager their saved a customer and spent the time to find out what happened.I paid the day of my visit and for some reason it didn’t post to my account.
