Worst customer service EVER!!! I have been calling and leaving messages for their office X3 days. Left multiple messages with no call back. I received a bill 2 weeks ago that is from date of service a year ago. I have 2 insurances which were not billed. I have been trying to get the company to call me back so that I can give them the insurance information. How can you not answer your phone for 3 days (Monday-Wednesday normal business hours 8-5) and not even give a call back. If any medical facility is considering hiring this billing company they should think twice.
Never return calls. They are billing me for services that were paid for and that were completed in Feb/March of 2019. I called them and left messages and they dont answer then they turned me in to a collection company. This company is a joke.
Literally never answer their phone. They dont call back. Good luck getting anything paid for or resolved because their billing department doesnt actually exist.
Criminals! They incorrectly billed me, then sent me to collections. 10 calls and 5 emails and. I response. I am considering legal action.
