This was my first time to try Eagle Locksmith. I got to work with Carl. He is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable! His goal was to do whatever needed to be done to make me 100% satisfied, and I am 100% satisfied. They are now my new lock and key place and I can highly recommend them.

I bought a smart lock for my front door a few weeks ago and needed a locksmith to install it since it required new holes in the door. I requested a quote from a few locksmiths. his price was comparable, he was more responsive than the other locksmiths and he was willing to stop by to take a look even though there was a chance that the lock wouldnt fit my door.Of course when he came by he figured out that the lock wouldnt work. I ordered a new smart deadbolt which got delivered a few weeks later. He came by an hour after I messaged him and was able to install the new smart deadbolt on my metal door (even though it was made for wood doors). He also installed another deadbolt on my basement door.Both locks work like a charm and Tobys responsiveness and customer service was A1.

Roy and Eagle Locksmith have come to our rescue numerous times! This review is long overdue. The latest case of Roy rescuing us is when the power recently went out and I was with my two soaking wet kids (we got caught in the storm). Upon arrival at our house I realized I didnt have a house key, only our garage door opener which of course didnt work due to the power being out. We also had a brand new puppy who I knew was probably so scared to be in the dark. I felt so helpless until I called Eagle Locksmith. Roy literally dropped everything to come to our rescue. He showed up not 5 minutes later and let us into our house free of charge. I was and still am very grateful for his top notch services.

So i cant rate them i show up at 6:06 pm because its 24 hour all week long except columbus day maybe. They actually close at 5:00pm. But someone is on call with a van. So im not sure of there service but. Printing/ putting up you open and really you do emergency call s after 5pm. No emergency! Just needed a key after i got off work . A specialty key . And dont see the need to pay an extra ( eagle what do you charge after 5pm- $50, $60, $70 plus key and cutting it? Your really missleading people fyi.

We locked our storage shed with the key in it and need a locksmith. Eagle responded promptly. The work was completed quickly and the young man provided us with a coule os spares as well in case we misplaced our key again. We have recommended Eagle to our friends in Phoenix.

Ty been for the best service

Couple months ago called them for a lock-out at my residence.. Technician came out and was having difficulty to open lock. Technician accused me of tampering the lock and argued said maybe it was something to do with my race. Filed a complaint to owner and never heard back.
