Our business uses Integra...Im very sad to say. Our download speeds oscillate from literally 0 to maybe 2 or 3 megs/minute, however the top speeds only last a few seconds and then slow back down to ZERO. Literally the download actually stops for a few seconds. Right now I am trying to download a 49MB file and it says it will take 8 hours! We have had them out here several times and they say everything is working fine on their end. HORRIBLE INTERNET! Dial up would be faster!
Customer Care is awful. Weve waited days before we even got a call back. Weve had a phone issue and its been over 1.5 weeks and the issue is still not resolved. I would not recommend Integra at all.
I cannot wait for my contract to be over with this company. Their techs are friendly but clueless, and screw up 3 things for every 1 thing they fix. Their company is within walking distance to my business, and yet it takes up to 3 days to get someone to come over to fix an issue they themselves mess up. On top of that, their internet speed is slower and more expensive than what you can get from Cox or a number of other providers.
Every time I was told something would happen one way, or a service or lack of service would be taken care of or how much it would cost was inaccurate. I was told I would get a referral bonus that never happened. I was told I would have annual reviews of my contract and could make any changes at that time, this they would not do. When I made the decision to sell my business they said it would be $1200 to break the contract. After the sale went through I received a bill for almost $10,000 and the new owner set up phone lines with them.AVOID THIS COMPANY!
We had billing issues the first 6 months of service that finally got resolved. We had line issues that never got resolved i.e echo, static, noise, etc...We were 90 days out from our contract end date and we decided to move to VoIP system and work remotely. They refused to work with us on the last 90 days even with a renewed contract. As a business owner, I realize its much easier to keep business then acquire new and they chose the latter. Shocking beings we have been with them for 33 months. When we called to disconnect the Customer service was short and rude. Good riddance. Hello 8x8.
We recently signed up with Integra for a new company starting up at a new location, since weve been so happy with our account with them at our current location. Weve always had great customer support when needed. After a simple glitch with timing of our installation, everthing went smoothly and our phones and internet are up and running. I have to thank Steven Gunvaldson for all his help and follow through to make things happen, as well as Elton Curry. A special thanks to Steven also, for resolving a billing issue. Youre the best.
Service sucks and equipment is antiquated. Most DSL services are substandard but Integra takes the cake on the worst DSL in my opinion. Im an IT expert that does security and network infrastructure for businesses, the number one issue I have with them is they use bonded modem/routers, doing this allows you very limited configuration and security, especially being that Integra will not allow anyone access to the modem/router configuration page. This means you cannot setup anything on your network for remote access including any PC, surveillance system or any other device that requires port forwarding. The second issue is their techs are about as useful as a rock, after spending six hours on the phone with various techs and one coming to replace the modem, they still could not get the modem in gateway mode so we could use a real router that allows remote access and better security.Ive done this several times with Century link equipment, they also use bonded modem/router but at least they are sensible enough to give the customer full access to the configuration page so you dont have to depend on the phone tech that calls you back a day later and knows nothing about what hes doing.Bottom line is stick with broadband service if you can, if broadband is not available use anyone but Integra!
I am not happy with this company at all. I was sold on their T1 products but T1 is only partial T1 after I signed contract. Internet speed is not compatible with Qwest or Cox. The price is high too. I was able to change the contract from T1 to regular internet. But, for the price I paid I am not happy with the quality of the internet speed and phone quality. From time to time, I will loose internet or phone service. I am stuck with 3 years contract and they will not let me do early termination without charges. My contract ends this year September. I WILL START WITH QWEST OR COX ON THE VERY FIRST DATE AFTER I FINISH WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THEM. YOU CAN GET BETTER SERVICE AND PRODUCT FROM COX OR QWEST.
My business is a current customer, Integra has the worst customer service, I have spent over two hours on the phone with this company in the last two months trying to fix a bill they have messed up. My bill went from $260 to $550 MAGICALLY and no one knows how to fix it. I just received a disconnection notice with a threat of fines. No call backs and just absolute awful service. I will not recommend this service, in fact I will let everyone know to steer clear !!!
There should be a half-star category just for them.
Great company
TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE !
