I love this skate rink. Its so inexpensive. $3 for non members. I would recommend bringing your own skates though because the skates they provide are definitely old and theres not a lot of selection so if youre a common size and theyre busy theres no guarantee that youll get skates. But for the price its great. Oh! And you can plug your own music in. Just connect your phone to the speaker aux chord and go for it. Its in a church though so keep things pg for your sanity.

I love this place. I had a blast playing pickleball. I enjoyed some good food at a nice price as well. I definitely plan on coming back if I visit again.

Affordable and friendly gym that has everything one needs to work out: cardio equipment, weights and machines, boxing, a walking/running track indoors, beautiful basketball courts, tennis and pickle ball courts, and a roller skating rink. The kids working there are awesome. The only downside to some might be the old school and dated vibes, the machines are a little older but everything is well maintained and you don’t have to worry about any douchey bros trying to flex on you! It’s quiet and pleasant.

Nice venue for basketball but baseline seating makes viewing difficult

Coming to skate for the last few Fridays. Love that there arent a lot of people and that they take great precaution for everyone. Not sure how I am just discovering this, but oh so glad I have.

Went roller skating at the rink there. Good clean fun. Only a few bucks. Rentals available. Or get good used skates on offer up. All kinds of other exercise stuff with monthly passes. Basketball, weight room, indoor track and more.

Very quiet, peaceful, friendly staff and a great environment for people who just want to exercise.

Everyone is masked and the staff is cleaning and disinfecting all used equipment. A great place to get a safe work out.

Family friendly, gym is available for kids age 13 and up. Indoor track is awesome. Also, the skating rink is fun (not included in membership, must pay $2 per person). They also have classes that are included with the membership (yoga, zumba, boot camp).Gym membership prices vary with what you want, either like a family thing or individual. You can make payments as you go every month or get automatically billed. The billing can be to a credit card or with your bank account.Cancelling is also pretty simple, you can call or go in person.Staff are very helpful and will answer your questions to the best of their ability. However, they only speak English.

This gym is perfect for working out! ... no distractions or crowds around the equipment. Everything (free weights, cardio, etc) is divided into separate rooms so its never crowded when my wife and I are there ....

Went to rollerskate there and it was fun. Just a couple bucks for hours of skating. Very few people, like 10. Bring your own skates because their selection is very limited and not maintained much. Play your own music and go in circles.

Great basketball courts

First I really enjoy coming to this facility. I gave it a 4 star because it is a little hard to find. As well as even if you sign up to be a member here you still have to pay to go skating. Seems like double paying as this was the main reason i like coming here.The skating rink is a blast! For 3 dollars with skates included you cant go wrong even if you only go for 30 mins. You can play music that you like here and skate in a really groovy environment. It gives off a really old school vibe when you walk in.They have pool tables and ping pong tables as well as basketball courts and racquetball courts

My family and I enjoy the use of this facility for basketball and skating. We also like the quality and variety of options at the cafe.

Clean, affordable, kind people work here. Some equipment is outdated but useable. Weight room is a bit crowded- suggest getting rid of some outdated equipment so weight room is more spacious.

Healthy atmosphere, wonderful classes and trainers, always somebody to help.

Take Zumba classes on Tuesday and Thursday wish they had a Friday Zumba. Love it!

Super excellent I like it very much its good for the muscles and sore achy bones Hot Tub & Sauna I work a lot so I dont work out too much just enjoy the steam room and hot tub most of the time excellent.

I am not a church goer but this place was awesome!! They have an indoor roller rink!!! It was 3 bucks to skate for 2 hours and that included rental skates. They also have a mens basketball league. It was pretty legit I also found out above the roller rink there is an indoor track for running!!! So you can get your run on in the ac!!

Great gym with a lot of classes offered. From racquet ball to a skating rink, the FLC is brimming with activities. Personally, I enjoy when the bball court is transformed into a pickle ball court on Tuesdays/Thursdays. If youve never played pickle ball, I highly suggest it. Imagine if the game of tennis were drastically slowed down, thats pickle ball! The workers and fellow gym-goers are all extremely friendly, offering assistance if ever needed. The only knock against this place is the workout equipment, which is a bit dated. But for the price of an FLC membership, its easy to overlook.

Quirky work out center. They are no pressure, and a nice family place for super cheap price.

On Wednesday night they have a buffet for a small price very reasonable and then after that you can go to a Bible study or something if youre not busy on Wednesday 4 to 6 or 4:30 to 6 something like that might want to check it out

The front desk is rarely informed as to the status of the gym facility. When asked if the spa has been repaired they are often non-plussed. When asked about a scheduled class or some such, they act as if it is annoying to be bothered with such a call.If this were just a church facility, that would be one thing, but the gym, the roller rink and the snack bar are open to the public.
