Horrible customer service, they will hang up on me multiple times just trying to call and find information. On the last call he hung up and said “why do people even call here; are they stupid?”.Horrible service don’t use their services. Delta air cargo is easy to become a known shipper with. This “family run” business is not family friendly”.

We have had many deliveries from this company but I will say I have never met such a nice gentleman. I believe his name was edo. He was nice and listened to where I wanted the pallets. Although it was hot and he was busy, he was nice and friendly and made sure not to rush and damage anything. I hope I see him more while doing our deliveries.

Family owned and operated, best place to work ever. Family is church going Christians. Work environment is friendly and supportive.
