I had a issue with the back patio were there was bubbles due to my patio getting sun. The clear coat is slow cure time. They came back out and fixed it very fast. This company applied an epoxy coating to concrete commercial grade patio furniture which was very faded. The customer service that we received the entire way through was phenomenal. From the first site meeting to determine the scope, to a follow up meeting to determine the appropriate finish, all the way through receiving updates on scheduling, and finally a follow up to confirm that we were happy with the job - everyone we encountered was great. I am very pleased with the coating put on our garage floor. The floor was over 20 years old with numerous stains and cracks. My wife and I removed everything from our garage including the water softener. The garage was empty when arrived. Five guys came the first day and ran two large grinders and quickly prepared the floor for the primer. One the second day, two men came and put down the final coating and repaired imperfection in the floor. They were all nice and friendly and answered all of my questions and gave me instructions about not putting the car all my stuff back in the garage for two days while the coating cured. My wife and I were really pleased with the result. It was much better looking than we expected. I kind of like going into my garage now, just to look at it. We now are wondering why we waited so long. The Garage Floor Coating company exceeded our expectations.

Great Experience. It came out beautiful. The techs that did the work were professional and detail oriented! they werent happy till it was perfect. Worth every penny.

They did a great job, they came when they said they would and finished as promised. My only issue with them was at the initial visit with the salesman he had made a statement that I could pay either by credit card or in cash and there would be no additional charge. The contract came and is showed an addition charge for using a credit card. I contacted the salesman and he followed up with his manager and both agreed to not charge me any fees if I used a credit card. We negotiated a lower price and nothing was ever said to me that I could not still use my credit card for payment without any fees. The job was completed and I charged the payment. However the payment included a credit card charge. I spoke to the salesman and he would not stand by his and his managers commitment. He stated my negotiations eliminated the credit card charges agreement. This was never told to me nor did I ever agree to this. They did do a very good job and I am very pleased with the work.

I shopped around to 5 other companies and decided to go with Garage Floor because they have been doing this for a long time, their sales rep Tom was professional and very informative, they were competitively priced and provided a lifetime warranty for the garage floor coating selected. I typically do not rate things 5 stars but did in this case as it turned out better that I could have anticipated. This is a very time consuming process as they came to our house with 3 people, a couple hours a day for 4 days.
