Zoom invite was not timely received for a scheduled meeting. Emails were never sent and phone calls went unreturned. Not sure how they’ve managed to stay in business.

I am very disappointed in this agency. Leslie Allen made an appointment with me and was to send me a confirmation email. She never sent the email and has not returned my calls. She called me. If you are going to be so unprofessional you should not be pursuing people and setting appointments.

I have used Sonja Cotton & Associates on several occasions over the last 16 years and found Sonja Cotton to be a consummate professional!
