I have a list of over ten agencies that I have worked with as a candidate and there are three who stand out above the rest with Ledgent as my #1 choice. This firm is amazing! They were able to do what 12 other agencies couldnt do and that was get me a job with a salary similar to my last job. All other firms were pushing me towards $14 to $16 per hour and temp or contract work only. No direct hires! No other firm bothered to check my references, or call me to coach me before interviews. EmLee actually worked with me a number of nights until 9 p.m.! She is the best!!! She would not stop until I had a good job! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Well I would say that they initial phone conversation was not well its a numbers game and Im very seasoned in my field so I felt like I was being played with. The Recruiter was very un-PROFESSIONAL... She didnt take the time to read my resume she was just trying to make her numbers.. Followed up with her on the following business day.. NO RESPONSE. 🤔🤔🙄
