This has been a horrible experience all together. When I first called service was perfect. They would call me and return my calls but that all changed when I was over charged and called to let them know. Ever since September of last year I havent received my money back or any good service. The last time I talked to someone (Michael ) he told me I was being difficult and promised to call me back. Today 6/15/2016 I have yet to receive that call or my money back. My advise make your payments straight to Genesis or whoever gave you your loan otherwise you will just get robbed 400$ Like I was.Honest rate -10
