I started with Delta-T for a few months now and it had been the best experience of my career. Erin Kendall is very professional and will respond to you very quickly. She is the most hard working boss I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Even when she is at home after hours she will still respond to you and make sure your needs are met.

Erin was so helpful took time and made sure I had everything I needed. She even followed up afterwards if you ask me that’s Extraordinary service.

I guess once you know your worth and you refuse to settle for low wages...you DONT get a call back.

I began working with Delta T Group earlier this year as an Independent Contractor. My Staffing Coordinator is Orlando King and let me just say how amazing he is. He is very organized and punctual and will go above and beyond to assist his subcontractors. Anytime I have reached out to him to address any matter he is on top of it and has a response for me either same day regarding the matter or at least lets me know the status of his progress and calls back with an answer once he has it. Not only is he very professional with excellent communication skills, he is also a man of integrity and a man of his word. Thank you Delta T Group and Orlando King for all that you do, I appreciate you all.

Well I have been working with Delta t-group for 2 yrs do to a medical problem I have and having a small child meant having to be able to have a flexible schedule where you can call off in the same day. I do love the flexibility for the last minute call off. The pay is not great since you get payed the normal wage and it doesnt progress with time. You can be working for years with Delta t and still get payed the same. The other bad thing is that your not working the social security so that is definitely not good. I think the only good thing that I really value with Delta t group is actually working with special need children because is an eye opening to learning to really love children and young adults the true value of unconditional love. To all those special needs I send them a big hug ❤🙏

This is the second time in a span of maybe 5 years where I applied, submitted ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION (SOCIAL, LICENSE, DATE OF BIRTH, ADDRESS, ETC.) and I get no jobs. NONE. No call backs. Calling Delta T and getting a hold of anyone is a task in itself. Why gather all of my personal identifying information if youre not going to start me to work? That sounds very sketchy. I will be taking my concerns higher up. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I appreciate Delta-T for all the awesome staff they have at the Corporate office, their employees are very friendly and always go the extra mile to help with my concerns. My Coordinator was Emilia Torres when I would call her with an issue, she would call back and take care of my concern. I am now assigned to a new coordinator Cristina Peralta she is also a very pleasant person and helps me with my questions thank you for your assistance.

My experience with the recruiter (Orlando King), has been good. I have had some issues with the company. However, when I brought them to his attention, he definitely got right on it to resolve the issue!! Everything is fine now. Thanks Orlando for working for your employee!!

I worked for Delta T from Aug 2016- Dec 2019. Chloe G was my coordinator. She did an excellent job placing me at schools that were not too far from home. She answered emails promptly and overall just great to work with.

I have been working with Delta-T for nearly three months. I was immediately placed as a Para Professional in a self contained classroom, and have been given support for every challenge that has arisen. Orlando has been exceptionally helpful, courteous and professional making it easy to focus on what matters; the students under my care.

You will not get paid on time. My Recruiter always talked about how much she helped but I never say anything really done. I had to call the labor board then I had to do complaint with the labor board. I applied to the company finally got a job after four months. I was totally going to be a behavioral health technician and ended up in the cafeteria cleaning and doing playground duty. I have a degree and was told once that came in I will be put somewhere however I have yet to be put somewhere. Delta T is a worthless company could be better if it had different workers however I’m not too sure of that either.

I work for this company and I also own my own spa. My coordinator is Victor and he does an awesome job at helping me find jobs between my spa work days. I would like to thank him for being awesome.

Had to fight and report them to the labor board before they paid me for my time, and completely ignored requests to help supplement income with a second job. The recruiter lied about how I would get my check. Recruiter Orlando King continued to harass me by phone after resigning. Then he sent an email calling me a child and such for reporting my unpaid wages to the labor board lol. Please fire this unprofessional recruiter before he tarnishes your company, and Ill be happy to re-review of handled right.

Keeps their nurses working and fair compensation, one of the best companies that I have ever worked for.

I would HIGHLY Advise educators to stay away from this organization. They almost never pay their substitute teachers on time if at all. Their systems to find work are also very outdated. Try a different agency

Had to give them a stat just to leave a posting.. I would not recommend this company to no one. I just recently worked there and suppose to get a check tomorrow and called today about it now they cant find my time sheet. They also let me go from a school bcuz they didnt give me info on what I was doing nor did the school staff. And every time I called delta t they never answered I left messages and emails and no call or email back.. Dont work for them..

Not a pleasant experience working for this company. I had trouble getting my checks and they were careless about my situation. I was very frustrated and upset and everything they have to say was I APOLOGIZE in a very automated way. My supervisor was the most disorganized person I have ever met. Giving wrong information. Not calling me on time for assignments. I didnt enjoy working for Delta AT ALL!

I have worked with Delta T Group for about 2 years now so I have developed a relationship with this company. As with any staffing agency, there will always be some hiccups such as mixed up pay & scheduling errors. With all of those hiccups that I can honestly say are not the norm; I have preferred working with Delta-T to ANY other nursing agency in the Country & I have worked from the East Coast to the West Coast & in between.During my time working with this Agency I have felt respected & appreciated. I have been able to write my own ticket.Victor Martinez, one of the recruiters has helped to shape my experience with Delta-T. Victor has paid attention to my preferences, been an ear when I needed one, & also had my professional best interests at heart. Its not just the Agency & their practices that make this one of the best (imho); its largely the supportive staff much like Victor, who work hard to find us top-notch assignments.I do not give my recommendation with a light heart because my reputation is put on the line & I like to be extremely careful with the only credential I truly own.I do look forward to continuing on my Career path with Delta-T as my partner. If you are considering Delta-T, ask for Victor & tell him Isra sent you.

I worked with 4 staffing coordinators. 2 were excellent, 1 was ok, and 1 was totally incompetent.The big issue with this company, as countless other employees and reviewers will tell you....Consider yourself lucky to be paid within 2 weeks. Many times Ive waited 4 or more weeks. Theyll be dishonest in telling you why your check is late, and just dont care much, like its your problem not theirs. Shame on you Delta T. Your independent contractorsrs work hard, pay them on time. Most have families relying on this!!!

Little to no communication; clueless about jobs they send you to as far as what the job is or what the agency is looking for. What I was led to believe was going to be full time was actually the agency seeking to find people they could call in case they needed help on a given day. Staffing coordinator played dumb. She either didnt care, was truly in the dark, or didnt understand what the agency was doing. I am still waiting to be paid for the time I worked for that agency. The Phoenix branch is a waste of time :(

My roomate worked for them and they are giving him the roRun around with his pay. Dont work for these clowns they keep you money that you worked forand now you face evictions, elec, and gas shut off or homelessness. The news will be notified, and the labor board.

Never answers the phone calls, voice messages, or emails untill they want something from you! meaningless automated responses! consistency in paid day is not! and for some reason they think that they can hold your checks!!!
