Recently I worked for the company fastrack Cargo LLC., Now I am an owner operator. I had my vehicle worked on twice by this mechanic. First time I wanted him to give me an estimate of how much it cost instead he installed it and send the bill to my old boss. Second time I went to him I had my load locks stolen from the back of my tractor. He did not put any signs saying that he’s not responsible for any damages done to my vehicle or has terms and conditions listed anywhere. We only offer us a 30 day warranty but he did not express that during the estimate or in person tells you after the 30 days have passed when you come for them to say there’s something wrong with the vehicle.

Someone driving a truck representing the company cut me off on the freeway and shouted the n word at me
