Prior to visiting I got pre approved financing before arriving at the dealership. They called me immediately to let me know the car I was interested in wasn’t on their main lot but they would have it there by the time I got there to test drive it. I just got off the phone with Kenny and it was not a pleasant experience, if I could give no stars I would! I purchased my car from them back in August and have been having multiple problems with it already! I wasn’t made aware of any of these problems I had to fix prior to spending MY MONEY (not my mothers Kenny!) on this car. He was rude, disrespectful, and cut me off every chance he got! The car buying process was nice BUT after this I wouldn’t recommend coming here! There are plenty of better places to go and spend YOUR money.

I don’t always write reviews, so this is telling you something. The car salesman Mychael went above and beyond. I didn’t feel pressure, there wouldn’t be anywhere or anyone else I would rather go to. They helped me get a better interest rate than my previous loan. I’m already referring my friends and family.

This used car dealer sold a 2013 Tesla Model S to me that had two severely worn tires (down to the metal cords) and a third with major gashes in the sidewall. The tires were unsafe and should never have been on the road. One of the tires also had a nail in it and lost pressure on the way home from the car lot. These tires were a severe safety risk to me, my son riding with me, and everyone driving with us on the roads. I replaced the three tires the day after purchase within 24 hours and the company refused to pay for them and tried to blame me for the damage. The car was also unable to update its software while on the dealers lot and it ended up in Tesla service to fix it. I paid for the service to fix the software updates and the dealer has refused to reimburse me. The dealer has also refused to take care of the we-owe items on the contract. There is a trim part that was never delivered or paid for, and they were to provide proof from Tesla that the LCD screen on the vehicle was replaced, which they havent. A working key fob is on the we-owe list and its cost was based on the amount claimed by the dealer. Their claim was nearly $400 but the part was actually far less at $165, so they severely inflated it and claimed they were paying the far larger amount of anything over $150. I purchased a new fob at $165 and they initially claimed I had to pay for the whole thing. They later agreed to pay only $15 of the $165. The car came with one broken and not fully functioning key fob, yet thats what works the door locks, rear hatch, and frunk like a key. It is a mandatory part of the car. It has been nearly three weeks and the loan on my trade-in vehicle still has not been paid. I will never purchase from them again!!

Initially left a good review but decided to change it After waiting 3 months for a title (we wanna pay off the vehicle) It is UNCALLED for! How dealerships can sell something they dont even have a title for is beyond me... If you purchase a vehicle here, do a thorough check on it including a car fax and make sure they actually have the title. Never trust a used car sales persons word. I got told this is normal (it is not) as well as they blamed the DMV . DMV claims 4 weeks on plates. Not 3 months.. get your act together luxury

It it was made clear that for Luxury Motorsports to sell a vehicle they need three things: (1) high pressure sales tactics, (2) customers willing to make impulse decisions based on emotion, and (3) the fact that the state of Arizona does not have a 3-day cool-off period for car sales.They will not let you test drive a vehicle unless you give them your social security number. I offered to show a bank statement with both my credit score and balance. The sales manager, Robert Sajdak, asked me if I would purchase the vehicle today if allowed to drive it. I replied that I am not finished doing my due diligence. At which point I was shown the door.Shop at this dealership with extreme caution.

Bought a pre-owned vehicle from here...quick and easy. Found the car on car gurus did the online application, it was quick and easy. Service from here was great...they fueled-up my new ride up, handed me the key fobs and I was out the door.

This place is the worst. I signed papers on a car and wanted them to fix the ac they kept it for three days and when I got it. The ac compressor was different but old not new it was second hand. Then I had more problems, but because I signed and they where fixing the car for those first three days I couldn’t return the purchase. These people are slimy they do not sell qualitySTAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will not work with you after they sell you a lemon.

Claims to be able to get anybody alone but because I have Uber on my bank statements they claim to “not have a bank for that“. The banks that are discriminating against people who drive for Uber even though they won’t be using there BMW or Mercedes for Uber need to be drawn and quartered all of the bankers that discriminate against drivers need to be publicly executed

Paid more for the car than it was worth—which I’ll take responsibility for. I was so focused on the monthly payment that I didn’t realize I was getting ripped on the actual price.When we got home, realized that the back windows don’t roll up all the way. You have to yank them up with your hand. Minimum $300 repair or more if the regulator is bad—quoted from a Ford dealership.Less than two weeks in and the transmission is having issues.Buyer beware. LM cars may have underlying issues they won’t tell you about. Have a mechanic look things over before you sign anything.

I went with my boyfriend to test drive a Tahoe and Tesla and they had no issue allowing him to drive the Tahoe and the sales guy couldnt even tell us any details about the car when we asked so we moved on to look at the 2nd car we were interested in, afterwords Rob (the manager) came out and said are you going to buy the Tesla ? we explained we have never driven one and wanted to see if we liked (mind you its a 30k car) he said well unless your buying we cant let you put miles on it, in the most condescending way possible. we left very unhappy and went to a more friendly dealership that was ready to sell a car. Do not recommend.

My work schedule is very chaotic and taking the time to shop for a car is not an option. I quickly found the vehicle I was looking for on their site and sent a message. the owner Rico responded right away, after hours and put me in contact with Ken, the finance manager. Ken took a very quick application over the phone and within an hour my loan was approved, same bank Im currently with, but got me a lower rate. I picked up my Tahoe within 5 hrs, sight unseen and got exactly what I was promised. Could not be happier, especially with the level of service and accommodating my schedule, which was primary concern. When Im in the market for another vehicle, this will be my first stop.Thanks Guys, seriously

Shady! Everything seemed great, vehicles priced very aggressively. That is, until you sit down, fees added everywhere, easily tack on another 10k to what they advertise. Agreed on a price, then they added $1000 out of nowhere. Failed to pay off my trade-in for over a month, until I called daily for a week. Then they still didn’t pay off the full amount. I had to call AGAIN! Then had to call again because we never received our plate after almost two months and past the date on our temp plate, more excuses and another temp plate. Get the plate finally and find out registration is only good for 5 months? WHAT??? We were never told nor informed our registration was less than 6 months. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. HERE!!!

This dealer offers free oil changes to customers that write 5 star reviews buyer beware! I purchased a car from them a year ago and made the mistake of believing the sales pitch about warranties from Red Shield DO NOT purchase the extended warranty. They claimed the company is great to work with and they never have problems with getting repairs approved and this cant be further from the truth. Red Shield is a scam that this dealer is pushing their warranty for their own profits. My car is now unsafe to drive and every claim has been denied. Steve and the crew at this dealer are putting profits ahead of customers dont buy from them.

Thanks for selling me a car that was missing a battery. My 2017 Chevy impala needs 2 batteries!! Because of your lack of knowledge of cars I broke down two months after we bought our car in the middle of the road at a stop light.
