I left my previous company after years and made the leap to something completely new. It was a great leap. I am glad I did it. Its been tough to say the least since we are building new processes and systems all the time, but overall worth it. I have continued to advocate this company to people who have reached out to where I left to go and I will continue to. Thanks for making it worth the life change :)

Our office became part of SPD over a year ago and they truly value the employees and make us feel appreciated. They offer great benefits and competitive compensation. I feel like I can talk to anyone even the corporate staff if I ever had any concerns. I love the fact that the COO is a dental hygienist. She understands what it is really like for the staff and day to day operations in the back. We have a great regional manger named Sam that always checks on us to make sure we are doing well and if we need anything, even if it is something silly like a vacuum. I love being a hygienist and have a great schedule and love my team and greatful to be apart of this larger family.

Signature Dental Partners acquired my long time practice in Dec. 2017. They have cared for my staff as much as I had. SDP made sure all of my wishes and those of my staff were met. My name is Sharma Mulqueen and I have been with SDP for five years as a Dental Hygienist . I was at the location for 6 years prior to SDP acquiring our practice it was privately owned by a couple and a DDS. When I heard the news that the office was being sold I was unsure of what it was going to bring. I knew there was going to be change but unsure of how much.Our first meeting was with Dr. Chet Jenkins, Dr. Jason Nelson and Kim McCrady RDH. They brought us lunch from Chipotle and my salad dressing spilled all over Dr. Nelson’s backseat. It was a great first impression and memorable. Working as a RDH with SDP has brought so much opportunity in my career and growth. Kim McCrady RDH has helped me gain a new perspective on being the best clinician that I can be. Her soft approach and guidance comes from a love for dental hygiene. I am so grateful for all the opportunities and growth that SDP has allowed me to have. The sky is the limit when you are an employee at SDP. Kim McCrady has always been my go to with questions and advice. Anytime I have reached out to her she always guides me with a perspective response. Without her guidance and SDP’s soft approach I know I would not be the Hygienist I am today. Our practice has been part of Signature Dental Partners since July of 2019. As an employee, I can say they are a great company to work for. Transitions can be complicated, but SDP made it as seamless as possible. They have encouraged us, from the beginning, to keep the individual flavor of our practice, and our patients have not been aware of, or impacted by the partnership.
