Nick did our floor level survey of our house for our future foundation repair. He was kind and professional. We have a small house with a lot of kids and he was very patient with them wanting to know what he was doing. He even took the time to explain how his tools worked which they loved.

Ram Jack came highly recommended to me as one of the few experts in the field of foundation repair. They lived up to that recommendation. They were booked far out in advance, but once they got here to assess our situation, they explained things thoroughly and we got the repair scheduled. The repair work went great and looked great. They kept me posted throughout the process with texts and pictures. This is a great company!

We needed some foundation repair on our 37 year old house. We called Ram Jack, and Ryan Tracey came out and surveyed the deteriorating foundation and quoted a very reasonable price. He also pointed out that it wasn’t in as bad a shape as we thought. When Dave Bickers came out to do the repair work, he was very friendly and professional. The work only took about a day. When Dave left the job, you couldn’t tell he was there, other than the foundation looked fantastic. He cleaned up everything, put back yard gravel. Ryan was also very friendly and professional. Their foundation specialist Brian Patrick called me the day before to confirm our appointment and ask if we had any questions pertaining to the foundation inspection we requested. He arrived promptly for our 8:00 a.m. appointment with a smile on his face and asked us questions pertinent to the house and any concerns we had. I love it when a company has the integrity to tell me the issue that I called about is most likely NOT an issue, and offers guidance on how to appropriately address the concern. Ryan took the time to answer my questions, and tell me what kind of symptoms he would normally see if I had a (significant) foundation issue. I was in need of a structural engineering contractor and so far I feel that I have definitely found what I was looking for. They are proving to be professional, knowledgeable and personable.

Our chimney was pulling away from the house and we needed to have it raised back into place. We chose RamJack after seeing them do extensive work on the foundation of a nearby business. We had gotten an estimate from their competitor and they were 2/3 higher in price than RamJack and we felt like we were being taken advantage of. I am a contractor and I recently needed some piers on a project. I worked with Tim Appell and he was awesome. He was fair and honest. In fact, I ended up calling one of your competitors who gave me a ridiculous high bid.They wanted to charge me nearly $2,000 per pier, while you guys were significantly lower. Glad I ended up talking with Tim and completely ignoring the other company.

Tim Appel evaluated some confounding cracks and advised me on the probably cause and follow up steps. He was thorough, professional and straightforward. I appreciated his honest assessment and prompt response to my call. Thankfully the problem was not foundation-related, but if it had been, we would felt good about hiring him to fix it.

My recommendation is based off my experience with Ram jack technician. My neighbor was having foundation problem with his house and my house had few exterior cracks, so the technician took the time to come in and check it for me and he recommended to schedule a floor level survey. The technician was very knowledgable with foundation and very professional, so I will be calling them soon.

Due to some cracks and other damage I had noticed I decided to give RamJack a call to see if my concerns were due to issues with the house foundation. Ive been in the house for 15+ years and have large trees close to the house that I was concerned might have lifted the foundation. I was told that theyd send out a representative to provide a free estimate. Tim Schirra arrived on time and provided a free quote for the issues I was concerned about. He listened patiently as I explained my concerns about my home and then pointed out that the things I was worried about were due to natural aging and shifting common to the soils and heat here in Arizona, and explained that the foundation of my home wasnt a problem. I tried to use, but the first appointment was after months because of my location about 100 mile from Tempe, and then when the reminder came my appointment was at 10 am which is everyone is at work, so I had to reschedule and now its a month and half away only, last night I got a phone call telling me that the foam I wanted to put under my slab is not going to work, and if I am to hire them they want to put jacks with a rough estimate of 13K over the phone without even taking a look at the project, so I guess all you people that dont live in Phoenix are out of luck, this is there way of saying sorry we are not interested in your job.

I am an engineer and I have worked with Ram Jack on numerous projects in Arizona. They are honest and great people. They are very careful in their analysis.I have worked with other repair contractors that will try and sell you an engineered analysis, however, they often misdiagnose the problem, try to push repairs that are extremely costly and unnecessary, and use pressure and scare tactics to make a sale.I have never observed Ram Jack of Arizona use those tactics.
