I recently got a small leak and this company was recommended by our insurance company to fix the roof and prevent mold problem. The crew was great but John was courteous and professional which I appreciate. However, I want to say that my frustration with this whole situation began with the office manager, Mayte whom I had a chance to talk to a few times on the phone and email of which didn’t go through very smoothly since she would often be having an attitude and hang up the phone at time when I questioned about the payment. Also, one of the charges for over $200 dollars for decontamination was questionable with the bill upward of nearly 1 thousand dollars were spent with a bunch of fees tacked on and this is before they fix anything a week plus in. This is also when I learned from the insurance company that they wouldn’t pay for the wear and tear of the roof which meant I have to stop the work from Rainbow before the bill got out of control fixing a small leak. Long story short this was a process and the office manager Mayte didn’t make it any easier. I would strongly recommend you do your due diligence and make sure you get everything in writing before begin any sort of work.
Had some storm damage to my garage cieling and had rainbow come out to look at the damages for an estimate, i was told I would get a call back same day with estimate... and 5 days later I had to call back because I didnt hear anything from them. I was told it would be x amount of dollars with all these other fake fees that ended up being $2000 more than anybody elses quotes STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
This company is a joke!!! Spent 3 moths in a hotel with my family for the to barely do anywork. The lead tech was brash and not a people person time management is not their strong suit. Im not happy with the wor.
