Got good reference and visited this shop, however experience was poor. I had facial/face massage service, paid $40 and Eduard completed my face massage in 10 mins. I asked while making payment, should it be 30 mins. which is what the website says. He says, if I go for shave as well. On asking, if Shaving is included then in this 30 mins. / $40 Face massage, he says no and I have to pay extra. Anyway, 10 mins. face massage for $40 is not at all worth. Also, he was not as prof. as we would expect. I latter called another Vs Barbershop and enquired on face massage, and I was told its $40 for 30 mins, and on asking what they do - I was told, 3 times they would repeat the same thing which this shop did only once, when makes sense. Any way I wouldnt visit this shop again.

I got the worst service ever! He literally trimmed my beard incomplete and his behavior was very rude! You will only get disappointed if you go to this place! The one star is only for the quality of place! I doubt he had any barber skills

I walked in without an appointment and was able to be seated within a couple of minutes. My barber, Regina, was very professional and friendly, she gave me an excellent haircut and beard trimming. Ill definitely return to Vs Barbershop because I got a great haircut and beard trimming at a good price, I didnt feel like she rushed to get done but took the time needed to provide me with that top notch service thats missing at most barbershops these days. Haircut quality depends on the barber obviously. For the most part this place does okay. The lady is great. One guy will rush it every time, but whatever.The big problem is that their closing time at 6pm is a total lie. I have to rush down there well before 5 to make sure I can even get there in time before they lock the door. I have arrived at 4:45 just have the door locked when they Close at 6! Insane. Even with no customers ahead of you they will lock the doors that early. I have seen it while I got my haircut. Just change your hours to 5 if thats such a big issue. Dont deceive people.

Don’t bring your kids to this place. The stylist is not able to cut hair while kids are talking or sitting in the chair. I was told that she couldn’t concentrate on cutting hair. Stay away from this place. This is not professional and it’s a rip off. You lost a 10 year customer.

Been here a few times. Always get a jagged clippers on trim lines. Showed up today at 5:02 (hours on google say open till 6) and they are inside but door locked and theyre holding up 5 fingers, to say they close at 5. Hmph...

I called to ask where they were located and all the guy said was behind Wells Fargo. I said, “are you by Starbucks?” He said,”I don’t know”. I have customer (he can BARELY speak English.) When I walked in he sit down and wait. He had ALREADY taken another customer. My son and I walked out. I called my husband and he said be glad you didn’t Go that is the place that butchered my hair when we first moved to the area! So after all I am glad that it didn’t work out for my son! Everything happens for a reason!

This Barbershop knows what they are doing! I told them what I wanted, and they executed a fade flawlessly then put a precision part in place quickly. He even moved my appointment up 30 mins as I was stuck in traffic. I will go way out of my way to rebook and recommend this Barbershop. If you don’t believe me, just look on Instagram for their photos.

Got a 50 dollar gift card for christmas.. been taking my son... everytime i am dissatisfied.. this last time was the final straw. I explained what we wanted... i even showed a picture.. the person proceeded to tell me, no.. you dont want that, then through the entire appointment basically bullied me into what we ended up with... which.. to saw the least is a horrible haircut... their are long hairs by his ears.. its uneven around the top.. and its even crooked up front... will never be returning ..

My Dad visited me and wanted to have an hair cut. He is old school (70 years old) and has both eye sight and hearing problems. Rather than taking him to franchise stores like Super Cuts, I thought of taking him to barber shops where more traditional/experienced hair stylists work, usually they would be more professional, even though they are costlier. I found Vs Barbershop near my home online and to ensure I dont get into any surprises, I visited the shop myself personally before taking my Dad. I talked to Eduard, shared my Dads age, his hearing/eye sight problems and his expectations on the hair cut. Eduard assured he will take care of it and asked to get my Dad. When I brought my Dad, Eduard got in to an argument turning completely against the agreement/understanding we originally had and was very rude and unprofessional. I went to this barber shop for a professional / peaceful service, even though it is costlier, but it turned out to be a very bad experience. Definitely Eduard and most probably this entire store/business I think must be completely avoided if a professional/peaceful service is desired.

He rushed me even though there was no one else there and they werent closing for another 25 minutes. He did not listen to what I wanted at all and gave me a haircut I hate. The massage was rough and unpleasant, the hot towel was smacked on me. Dont waste your time or money here!!

They do an excellent job. They have expertise dealing with all types of hair, straight, curly, thick, thin, thinning. They give a nice shave, too. I watched as they cut my brothers hair and he and the other customers were so relaxed they almost fell asleep in the chair.They give a bit of a massage, too, on the shoulders, neck and head.They are totally professional.You might think the prices would be exorbitant for such excellent service, but they arent. They are totally reasonably priced.

I showed up at 5:02... google and the store hours on the door says closes at 6:00. The door was locked and the guy would not even make eye contact with me that was inside. It was my first time trying them out. Not going back.

Horrible customer service! Actually, no customer service. I just walked out of this location. All 3 barbers where currently with a client. One gentleman was waiting for a haircut. I walked in and no greeting. And thats fine, everyone is busy. No sign in list so I sit down and wait for a hair cut. The middle Barber finished with his client. He swept the floor then proceeded to sit in his chair and get on his cell phone. I thought maybe he was taking a break. The Barber on the left finished with her child client and proceeded with the father. The Barber on the right finished with her client, cleaned her station then got on her cell phone. I continue to wait but was getting frustrated by the lack of customer service, no acknowledging that I was even there. A gentleman walks through the door and the middle Barber immediately sits him. I got up and left. Poor customer service! I like Vs Barbershop but I will stick to the location on central where they have amazing customer service and professionalism. I wasted 30 minutes with no acknowledging me and still need a haircut

Decent place for a haircut and at reasonable prices. Wait is usually minimal when I go late in the day. Havent had to wait more than 10 mins ever. Most barbers are Russian, some are friendly and some are not. Either way I dont care cause I came for a haircut not a new friend.

Nissan always gives my son a good cut and isa super nice guy.

I never expect a perfect haircut or even a above average cut anymore from anywhere but today was not good. After being asked how I would like it cut the hack job began. I like the length on the sides and back but need a bit off the top apparently meant take a 0 all the way up to a high and tight level (former military, I would know.) Not level. Not faded in well. No even length on top when he got to the scissors. I came home and buzzed it all off. Worked way to fast for no one else being in the shop. Missed spots with the clippers. Wont be back.

Forgot to post this about a week ago but i came in with my little brother who had grown his hair out for 3 years and was really unsure aboit cutting it but he wanted to cause it was just to long anyway Vs was right next to where we live and they had great reviews so we tried it not only did my little bro look absolutely handsome and clean cut but everyone there made him feel at ease within the first few seconds of talking to him i could tell he wasnt so nervous anymore my bro also comented to me on how clean there shop was there checkard floor was cleaner then most fancy resturants we have been to you can tell they take great prode in there work they they also had the tv show american dad playing which was awesome cause that also happens to be one of my bros favriote shows its no suprise to me after getting his hair cut my brother told me he wants this to be the only barber shop he goes to from now on thanks so much you guys it obvious when you look good you feel good my brothers really happy now and so am i :)

Stay away from all V`s Barbershops, They are sucks, they bring barbers from school. I tried all V`s Barbershop locations and did not find barber that can do low Fade and clean shave. Most of the barbers rude and rush while they do the service.You are number there. I suggest family own barbershops where they will care about customers. Newer will be back
