I took my s60 here about a month and half ago for major engine work and they did an incredible job. They quoted me a price and stuck to it. Their prices beat their competitors! Last week I took it for an oil change and since I had just gotten work done on it just over a month prior there was no charge! They are very nice and trustworthy! I will definitely continue taking my s60 to Volvo Am I for future service and repairs! From what I have experienced having a Volvo, is many places won’t touch them because they require training, but since Volvo Am I specialize in Volvos you can trust that they know what theyre doing!

I am over 210.000 miles with my S60 Volvo and ot has been because of the terrific job Volvo Am I has continued to service me that has kept my Volvo still driving.

This is my first Volvo, a 2011 C30, but not my first rodeo! Ted and Stan are top notch and do great work. They took great care of me and my new car for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will be back.

I thankfully found this business when I had a Volvo several years ago, just got another one and was so glad to find him still in business. When pricing any service they were always more affordable. He always told me honestly what was wrong with my car. My appointment times were always accurate also.

I had recently purchased a Volvo that needed some repairs. I saw good reviews and thought Id stop by and meet the owner and get a feel for the place. After I told the owner what my issues were he stated he would get a price and get back to me. This was on a Monday7AM, after I did not get a call back by Thurs AM I phoned to see what matter was. The owner did not recall our conversation and seemed bothered that I followed up with HIM, and quickly gave me a price over the phone. You only have once to make a good first impression.......Sorry, I was not impressed.

Great Service. I scheduled a timing belt replacement, Ted suggested I wait a few thousand miles more as everything was in top shape. I appreciated the honesty, where some services would make the change and charge you anyway. 10/10 will come back in time.

Repairs were satisfactorily completed. However, the over charging was outrageous. Ted called to inform me that the part had to be ordered and would be in the next day - price $139. Needing the car back ASAP, I called around to a parts store and for a factory OEM part - price $22. I know dealers charge more, and I appreciate he needs a fair mark-up for his profit. But I thought his margin was excessive.As per installation, I looked on youtube, how to replace a brake light switch on my Volvo. Less than a 2-minute job - no tools. Remove clip, turn switch and it comes out. Insert new switch, turn switch, and replace clip. He charged - $57. There was other work, that I seriously questioned as per actual labor charged per hour. But I will let it go.You can skin a sheep a thousand times, but only kill it once. I will not return.

Ever wonder if your mechanic does whats best for you and your car? If you go to Volvo Am I you wont have to wonder, youll know your getting the best service. My car had transmission problems....ouch. Ted and Stan took care of it. I asked for a rebuilt transmission and the one that the company sent was not up to par with their standards. Instead of just delivering the car and waiting for it to break on me they took care of it directly with the company and got another one. They kept me informed of everything that was going on with the car so there was no mystery as to what was going on with the repairs. Now my car feels and runs like new. Thank you guys!!!

The team @ Volvo Am I repaired my daughters car. I would recommend them and have since they performed the repair as they stated in their estimate. An additional repair was needed once the engine was opened up and they were fairly priced as well as on time - they even got the additional work done in the same time frame that the first repair was promised so my daughter would not have to rent a car in the meantime.I am a very detailed person with just enough experience in repairs to understand what it takes and can appreciate what they do to be credible and honest in their business.The repair has lasted as expected and I will return other family cars to Volvo Am I as the need arises.They came highly recommended from another respected auto mechanic and I can understand why.I had a good experience.

Unbelievable! Bought headlight bulbs or my XC70, no clue how to install, called, they said come on in, within 10 minutes of arrival new lamps installed, no charge. Glad I found my new favorite Volvo mechanics.

Ive been going here since the 90s, they moved once and changed owners once but keep on going just like a volvo.

Charged me 350 dollars for a blown radiator hose and did not put any water in the empty radiator after they repaired it, and I drove off in 115 degree heat and they wont accept any responsibility for destroying my car.
