Sadly, disappointed. These guys are GREAT at knowing how to fix muscle cars. Their knowledge is superior on what the remedy to your problem should be, and I rate them a 5 on that. I felt very lucky to have found them for my collection of 7 antiques. Unfortunately, their quality control and attention to detail rates at a 1. I sincerely thought Dave and Terry truly cared about the customer, so I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, and would return with another car for them to work on. Don’t be surprised to find when you pick up your vehicle, that something else popped up. When they fixed the shift lever as requested I was in awe…. But sorely disappointed that they left some wires dangling under the dash without putting them back. And they must have touched something in the fuse box right next to that shift lever because the radio speaker is fried. And I have no green colour on my car…. So where did that can of green spray paint left on the radiator shroud come from? And I was ecstatic that they were able to fix my brakes….. but why is the power steering now sound like it is in pain? The clutch is perfectly smooth, but I am not impressed with the left over hand prints on my white seats, door panels, and white walls. And they were able to install the engine and it looked perfect…. But with (among other things) the spark advance installed upside down, and the fuel line fittings cross threaded, – I still cannot drive it until I take it back for a second visit. I resolved to fixing the fuel line myself because I was so DONE with them and did not trust them to make it right on a 96 year old brass carburetor. The brakes were serviced with new drums, shoes, cylinders…… so why does it sound like rocks in the hubcaps? They said they found nothing. Upon close inspection, I did my own discovery and found that the shoes are too wide for those drums, and the cotter pin is catching on the dust cover with each rotation. Beats me why they could not find that. Someone found the emblem they broke off the door….. but instead of telling me about it, they just picked it up off the floor and layed it on the dash for me to find. Each succeeding time I picked up a vehicle, I cringed more than the last time, waiting to see what would be new problems in the wake of their repairs. Everything was great except for again, missing quality control and attention to any details.
Our classic mustang was in for service, the staff & technicans are nice. The work they did on our mustang was excellent. We will be back.
Cant really leave an opinion because the owner never called me back. I guess he didnt need my business
This was the perfect place to have my 1964 Thunderbird restored. David was fantastic, and he helped me work through the inspection process and prioritize the needed repairs. They were able to make regular repairs, some tricky fixes including rebuilding parts, and even help me figure out quirks that have frustrated me for years and years. I was impressed with Davids detective skills. They also helped me find parts, including vintage looking tires, and ran my car to another shop to have them installed. In the end my car looked great and ran great and I felt more like I had a friend taking care of me than just a car repair shop.
Amazing work on my 51 Olds. Suspension is now better than ever
Nice facility with even better customer service! Thank you for everything!
Wow just called to get the price to have my read main seal done on a 235 2 piece seal. They told me $3500! They said because they have to pull the motor. I pulled the front end off and the motor and trans myself in two hours. Shop elsewhere this is the most ridiculous price Ive ever heard.
Solid professional work. Good folks too
They did the work that was requested to get my car running again but that was all. I brought my wiring nightmare Impala to them to get running again and close to 5 grand later they didnt hook up simple things like my gauges, radio, or my interior light. Also the electric fan was wired backward so I overheated on the way home. They also replaced a brand new, never used alternator for some reason. I didnt expect a miracle but when fixing all my wiring I figured they would make sure everything worked and was hooked up especially for that kind of money.
Super professional. Honest. Your car will be in superb hands!
They hung in there to get the a/c doneVery difficult to get good parts anymore for classic cars. They didnt make any money on this job
Fantastic shop with super.friendly staff
Thank you Terry & Anna for your help with the car.
