Scotts is amazing! Theyre people are honest and know what they are talking about! I drive 30 minutes to take my car to them because I know theyll do a good job at a fair price. They go above and beyond! I never doubt that Im getting the best service around!

We’ve used Scott’s shop for about 5 years. Scott and his crew always bend over backwards for us to get us in at convenient times and get us the best value. This is the most honest and skilled car shop I’ve ever used. We moved further west in the valley so it’s not close to get over to his shop but it’s always worth the peace of mind to take our vehicles to Scott’s. I recommend without reservation for any car repair and for the best price and the best service! We love the service we get at Scott’s. We are committed lifetime customers!

Pur van made a loud pop and then wouldnt move forward or reverse and of course we thought the worst, transmission was what we expected to hear. Ended up being a driveline problem and was a reasonable price to get us back on the road. Scott was nice and they got the job done quickly.

I went to Scott’s Compleat Auto Care, I needed an estimate for some damage to the fender well, I never asked them to do any work. The next morning I went to pick up the car, they did not do an estimate, at least not one I saw. When I went in to get my keys I was presented with a bill for $58.38, it was for repairing some of the wiring for the hybrid plug. When I got home the plug was still not running correctly, I called Scottys they told me to bring it to them Monday, got up this morning and heated over to get it fixed. I went in and spoke to the same person I spoke to before, He said he quoted me $150.00???? No he did not, and if he had do you think he really would’ve only charged me 53.38, rather than get into it over 50 bucks, I said and I quote “ Never mind I’ll take the car to the dealership “ that when the other guy jumped up and wanted me to take out to the car and show him why I was unhappy? I explained that I only wanted a quote to start with, then charge me for work the was not completed because the same issue was still happening with the plug. He started talking, explaining what was done, and why I was charged So at the end of the day they said they were not able to work out a hybrid plug because of safety issues makes me wonder why they took the job to begin with! I feel like I was cheated by this place, I was charged for work that I did not authorize, and it was improperly done!! Then they refused to make it right!! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING!!!

I have dealt with Scotts for many years and have always been treated fairly. The repairs made have been explained beforehand and done at a fair price. I would highly recommend them for any car or truck repair.

Scott and his team are top notch. They were available to take a look at my car without an appointment and gave me all of the options when it came to repairs and did so in a timely fashion. I cant recommend them highly enough!

They replaced my Ford transmission with a used one, they didn’t fix my electrical for my battery so i had to take it to another shop, they told us that we have manually flush one of our vans to fix it without assisting, they never tell us when one of our vehicles are done, they never have time to do maintenance because they maintain a fleet of Safeway trucks, they didn’t put a sticker for when my next oil change is due, and every time you call they just say “hello” not “Hello, this is Scott’s auto care and how can i help you?”. Scott who runs the place doesn’t seem to care about customer service but only for his Safeway contract.

I spent over 1500$ here trying to get my car fixed and Scott’s mechanics said they had found the problem and the company said they had over 10 years + experience and after taking it here 3 times the same problem contuined the same day I got my car back so I took it to a unlicensed mechanic and he fixed the problem in less than 60 seconds and it didint cost me a dime .... this place is a a joke ..... trash cans would be emabarrsed to be placed outside this business.......

Lorenzo was great. He went out of his way to make things work out for me. The repairs were done quickly and done well. I have found that I can trust the Brake Shoppes to give me good value for the money. They wont try to sell you repairs that you dont need, and they have always treated me well.

Do NOT go to Scotts... They never fix the issue until it becomes worse. They replaced my transmission with a junk yard transmission and couldnt figure out an electrical issue until I took it to another shop when they fixed it the first time. What they really know how to do is change tires and change oil.

I must say this place is amazing. Great customer service. Great pricing.great work.i have a mercedes and i wouldnt trust anyone with it but them. They dont go upselling you things you dont need. They are there to serve you! Do yourself a favor and take your car to them. Be sure your car will taken care of! My go to place! Im glad i found them.
