Very helpful with both my vehicle purchases in the last 6 months, amazing numbers for my trade in! Running around like a squirrel not having my mind made up and having to look at 20 vehicles they still treat me like I came in there with an exact vehicle in mind when Im not an easy customer by any means, lol. The SUV I just bought was at a different one of their dealerships and they ran right over and picked her up for me and didnt pressure me to sign the papers before I saw her in person. Saying hello to the new and goodbye to the old! In 6 months to a year when I decide Im bored again, I know they will help get me into something else!
Sales were solid, and service was decent once you got a hold of them. I’m not sure why this dealership has a phone, because they don’t use it. In the rare case that someone from their service department does reach out to you the chance that they will leave a voicemail is slim to none. After hours of trying to get a hold of someone I finally received a text, which seemed to be the most effective form of communication. My only disappointment is that they didn’t text me initially. Generally speaking, my only positive experience with service was with Sam. Once I got the truck to him, he did great work. My wife had a similar issue with her Jeep- waiting days for any kind of response. If the dealership is reading this, I highly recommend investing in your texting systems to avoid issues like this in the future.
Thank you Samuel! Great service/experience. He got my vehicle in, and got my issue fixed in a timely manner. I love this facility as well. I had such a bad experience with Scottsdale and even though they’re closer I come to autonation because of the great service! Thanks to everyone!
Wonderful experience overall. I went in knowing what I wanted to see. The whole process took about four from walking in the door to walking out. Stephanie was the rep and was so sweet. She took us to the car right away and we got started fast. Even had a great experience trading in my car. Friendly staff and great prices. Very low taxes and fees. Highly recommend purchasing from here.
Thank you John Senter! You are the most honest, non pushy sales man I have ever met! Im going back just for him! Thank you again! I finally dont feel like Ive been taken advantage by a sales man!!
Appointment was made for Monday at 9:20am ( check ac/ rear taillight out and oil change ) Service advisor ( Izzy ) told me after, dropping truck off, ( 2500 Diesel ) They won’t have time to diagnose truck until weds/Thursday ( so what is purpose of appointment ) meanwhile this is my truck I use for work. Izzy got back to me Thursday around lunch said my truck had no record of tail light repair ( which this is my 3rd same repair with truck ) I had to drive down to dealership ask for Service Manager who confirmed said truck is on 3rd same repair. Also after going back and fourth With GM and Service manager ( ac and tail light covered under warranty) at this point I’m without truck for a week and a half.Truck picked up ( right before service closed ) Oil was never changed and saw oil looking mark under the driver mirror ( wiped off oil mark, which turned out to be minor dent under oil mark) Called left message ( nobody called back ) showed back up in person with truck. Showed truck to sales Manager ( he confirmed oil not changed and saw minor dent ) was told someone would get back to us ( of course nobody did ) so I called service manager ( Lori ) she said I would be called back in 2 or 3 hours, of course no VM or call back. Been a long time customer since used to be Bell Dodge . Sad this dealership has treated us like this. So now I need to find paint less dent repair shop ( to rid the memory of customer service experience) and get oil change. It’s very obvious Autonation Dodge ( on Bell Rd ) does not want to make this right, at least even call me and acknowledge this matter. Will be reaching out to Corporate as well.
Thankfully they were able to take my van in for repairs. on a trip to california code p0305 came up, cylinder 5 was misfiring. i had it checked by a nearby firestone after 7hrs they said it’s beyond what they can fix you should take it to a dealership asap. continued the trip and returned home to arizona two days later. called asap to get into a service center first one on camelback road said earliest they can take it in was september 7, this was august 23rd when i called. the next dealership i called was Autonation it was further away but they were able to take me in that same week thursday. shuttled me with an uber to my job and it did take the weekend before they were able to get a mechanic to take a look. tuesday they called back and then began work on the van and wednesday they were able to get me a rental while the van was being serviced. really helped i couldn’t get there any sooner the literally minutes before the close of day to pick up the rent really great service. my service person was on vacation when the repairs were done and i could pick up my van i did ask quite a few questions but the work order didn’t have the answers the other csr could help to answer.I would definitely come back for further service work hopefully under better conditions covid-19 precautions and less urgency.
AutoNation on Bell Rd always has great customer service! I bought some parts in the Parts Dept and they set up my appointment on a day that was convenient for me. I get there, get in and get out with a freshly washed truck and my parts! Doesnt get any easier than that!!
Carl Ross at AutoNation is Awesome! The man gets it done and makes it right. I only take my ram to AutoNation North Phoenix now. Taken it to multiple dealers over the years and had nothing but issues. AutoNation has been good to me and always makes things right. Even if I have to wait for 2 weeks to get my truck in for service I do cause it is well worth it. Thanks Carl and AutoNation service department Keep up the superb work!
Could not get a hold of anyone through telecommunication. Staff are a bit cold and unenthused when greeting people walking in. Not confident in quality of services done to my car by AutoNations employees nor their words. Overall, I admit that I am somewhat disappointed. I do give them a full 3 stars only because they seem to be very professional and seem to have cleanly public areas.
Three weeks ago my wife turned in our Jeep to get a moth out of the headlight and to get detailed. The moth was in the headlight because of another Jeep dealership’s ineptitude. I would have taken the moth out myself but it’s hard to do while deployed. There was no communication as to the status of our vehicle. My wife went to the dealership after two weeks to find out they hadn’t even touched it. She finally received a call to tell her the vehicle was ready to be picked up. We were billed $350 to remove the moth. A brand new headlight off Carparts.com costs $138. Of course, my wife questioned why this was so expensive. The service rep introduced Lori, a “manager” and the situation degraded rapidly. Lori approached the situation with the delicacy of a hammer. Obviously, my wife was not pleased. In the end, Lori told my wife that she needed to leave as the dealership didn’t want us as customers any longer, as if we’d ever come back.
Very satisfied with my trip to the service center at AutoNation on bell road. Carl Ross is an outstanding service advisor and he went above and beyond to reach my satisfaction and I am super happy I was placed under his care for the day. He is a good example of what outstanding customer service should be and he deserves the recognition. Thank you Carl for your amazing energy and kindness.
Happy with the salesman. Service department is horrible the supposed to get a second key for the truck that we bought 2020 Ram. Went to the dealership sat there for a few hours to be told that the computer system was down and they wouldnt be able to make my key they gave me the key fob and said they would call me back to set up an appointment to have the key fob programmed for my truck its now been three weeks Ive called them several times a week and left messages cuz I can never get anybody on the phone and still only have a key fob that does not work for my truck. At least we have one that does work but a second one would be nice since there is two people in this family not just one plus having a backup key is always nice to have.
Bryan is a great salesman. Not pushy at all. Just helpful. Showed me every element of my new gladiator and was just awesome. I’d definitely buy a car here again!
This was my third visit to this location after AutoNation decided to no longer take care of simple oil changes and whatnot. Every visit has presented an issue of some sort. This one found me assigned to an employee who didnt show up to work. Instead of taking me to the customer lounge to wait while they figured it out, they left me sitting in my hot car for 30 minutes. And then, after that, it took TWO HOURS to do a simple oil change and car wash. Doubtful Ill be returning to this location again. Only gave two stars because the employee who seen me out was very nice.
It was really great!! I didnt have a set appointment. I drove there had. Battery problem. Left it over night it was ready the next morning 🌄 it was covered by my warranty. Great job havent had any new issues. Keep up the good work. Douglas Garner
Steve here, totaled my car hitting a bear a few weeks back, we have a baby on the way and needed an Suv that could seat 7 and I also wanted something that had power and looked amazing. Enter 2016 Dodge Durango R/T. It has a decent amount of miles on it but is super fast and roomy and was well taken care. Charlie at Dodge made mine and my wifes dream come true and pulled through with helping us get our durango which is a 45k SUV if not more, for a price I can afford Monthly. Charlie and Autonation thank you for everything.
I bought a car there in 2017 when I worked for a sister company. I had a good experience however have since sold the vehicle and for nearly a month been trying to cancel my warranty. I have called numerous times and no one in any department awnsers. I have been emailing the individual I first spoke to about the cancelation and sent all the documents he requested and have emailed him multiple times since with no response. I also have not received my warranty remaining money owed. I am very disappointed with the communication.
Great place to buy a new vehicle. My salesman Max was very knowledgeable and not high pressure. I will buy my next car from them again.
Sales = AWESOME!!!! 5 Stars…All I have to say is that the sales experience was great. Eddie and the team work very hard to get me where I needed to be in payments. They communicate very well, and listen very well.Service = POOR!!!! 1 Star.Had a safety issue (rear view mirror driver’s side) called service dept 3 days in a row and left 3 messages, no answer. Finally emailed the GM and the service manager called me back. She said she was going to make sure that the repair was seamless and that it would all be taken care, and the part would be ordered and there when I arrived. She dropped the ball completely, cause the service advisor I reported to had no clue as to why I was there. Had to re-explain and show him the email to the GM to get service. Then they couldn’t find the part, then it was broken, and after 4 hours of waiting I was told I would have to go to the Nissan Dealership to have the repair performed, and they couldn’t take care of me. I asked why he waited for 4 hours to tell me, and he just apologized…. (Previously I was informed by the sales manager and sales rep that I could only go to the AutoNation Chrysler for the first 90 days b/c that is where I purchased from). Appearantly they can change the policy when ever it is convenient for them. I’m stuck driving across Phoenix as the inconvenience because of policy.Once they found the part the repair took only 20 minutes. All that waiting and fussing for just 20 minutes of time. 4 hours waiting and 1 hour drive home….I also know why my calls were never returned. The receptionist only has hours from 6:30am to 3:30pm Tue-Sat… I overheard the receptionist tell about 7 different customers that he only takes calls during this time, and returns messages the following day. I have never heard of a shop that only partially answers calls throughout the day. Can’t wait until my 90 days are up.
I was trying to purchase a used car from this dealership. I submitted the credit application and trade in . I was approved went in to see the vehicle waited for 40 minutes for someone to help me. The sales person Josh was not familiar with the car and could not provide me details. The next day I sent him an email said I would like to purchase the vehicle and do everything online so I could just go in and sign papers. I was told that I needed to come in. I was unable to come in for the 2 hours that Josh said it would take. I have purchased vehicles in the past where everything is done prior to me coming in. I got approved by my credit union with a lower interest rate and just needed the purchase order which he told me I had to go there and get it. All of a sudden now I am being told the vehicle sold just now. Do not trust them .
They stole $1,000 from me! DO NOT do any business with them!! I gave them a $1,000 check in order to hold a vehicle for me while (unknowingly at the time) took them 2 weeks to get ready for sale. They cashed that check but yet no one there will return my call 4 weeks after completing the deal. The full purchase price was financed, hence the $1k theft! But theyre definitely not getting away with it, but extra work. Save yourself that!!
I have always had the best experiences at this dealership with vehicle purchases and services. Carl in the service department is the best. My treatment here keeps me as a repeat customer. I highly recommend this dealership! Kudos!
Nicholas was my service tech, both when I purchased my 2012 Honda Accord, and when I recently took it in for service. He addressed my concerns with knowledge and professionalism, and returned my newly washed car to me in a short amount of time. I am grateful to have someone who really seems to want to provide the best service possible. Thank you, Nicholas!
Carl and Team did a GREAT job on my Ram 3500 Dually. I came in with a list of concerns and left with a clean truck and peace of mind knowing that my truck had been taken care of. Great job Carl and Team.
Charles Hill did a wonderful job with the entire car buying process. He listen to what vehicle we wanted, understood our budget. He was very friendly respectful and courteous I would highly recommend Charles if you are looking for a new or used vehicle he’s a wonderful salesman. Thank you Charles for the great vehicle buying experience! We will send referrals your way! 😀
First time taking my vehicle to this Dealership, and it will be my last. Started off with a recall. I called in to make sure they had the parts in stock so I could get this handled in one trip. They called, said the parts were in and they could get me in the next day. Next day went on with me following up to see what the status was. They said they werent able to fit me in and need the vehicle another day. Obviously irritated at this point (no loaner was given, and I live on the other side of town), I didnt have much choice. They did call back having found a loaner vehicle for me to use, so that helped. I had two other minor warranty issues (a door closing issue and an intermittent camera malfunction I wanted on record under warranty). Friday came and late in the day got a call they couldnt duplicate either of my two issues(a camera and a door closing issue), but however the parts for the recall did come in and that was handled. Really??? You mean the parts you said you had in stock so the recall could be completed the same day? CLEARLY this was a lie they couldnt keep straight. I re-iterated again how to duplicate the issue and that there was no way they couldnt duplicate it. Miraculously, they were able to duplicate the issue and kept the vehicle in to the next week, only to find out they couldnt fix either issue, and the Chrysler engineers were working on the camera issue and I would be notified when a fix was available. They tried to tell me the reason the door needed extra effort is because the seals were new and needed to break in, to which I responded...they are the same age as the other 3 door seals that close perfectly every time! Do people buy those kinds of excuses not to get things right? So I go to pick up my vehicle (which had just been detailed prior to dropping it off) and there are black greasy hand prints all up and down both sides of the rear doors. Its a white truck...kind of hard to miss. I realize there are things out of their control with the cameras, but the door adjustments, ACTUALLY having parts there when you say they are there, and the care of the vehicle while in their possession are all well within their abilities to properly handle. I also asked if they could align the truck since it had a slight pull to the right since I bought it. The response was....its in the time warranty but 2k miles out of the mileage portion for the alignment...so no...they wouldnt fix that either! I gave them 1 start because they did actually sense my irritation at the delay and got me a loaner.
I had an excellent service experience this week at AutoNation North Phoenix thanks to my service advisor Carl Ross and their service technicians. My Ram 2500 Power Wagon had preventative service on the suspension, engine, transmission diagnostics and fluid changes in axles, transfer case and engine.I’m happy we bought this vehicle new from the dealership in 2014 and we’ve had an great relationship servicing it here.I hope our next purchase works out with them as inventory is so hard to find these days. Thanks again,Dan Horton
First and last time I will ever take my vehicle to them. Made appointment for 10 am for a simple oil change. Told them I would come back for it. Maureen said it was about 2 hours. Never got a call and tried to call multiple time but you can’t talk to a human. Just leave a message. Finally called the parts department and spoke to a nice women who transferred me to Maureen’s voicemail to again leave a message which I did at about 4 pm because I had not heard from them. So about 4:30 for a call that it was done. Very annoying that you can’t talk to someone and that they kept my vehicle all day for a 30 min oil change. Will never go back there.
I have to say by far the best customer service. I came in from El Paso, TX and was treated with such respect. My salesman Fernando had great communication with me from day one and was transparent in the entire process. I plan to do business again with you all in the future. Thank you again. I now see your dealerships arent just about numbers but caring for the customers and there needs unlike my previous experiences.
This is an update to my previous review. Although there were a few issues with the post-sales accessory installation and scheduling experience, I am happy to give a five star review. I now have all promised accessories installed on my vehicle and this was performed very quickly and very well. Nice work to all involved!
Our RAM was bought from AutoNation and has been serviced there every since. Nicholas is one of the many awesome advisors in the service department. The kindness and attentiveness he shows our family goes above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you Nicholas for all the years of service and here’s to many more!
We’ve had horrible experience with Auto Nation. Purchased vehicle in June and then had to take it back for repairs took them a month to fix it. Kept it parked there for two weeks. No one answered our calls or gave us any answers so we went in person and they had no idea what was going on. They didn’t give us a rental until almost having the car for 2 weeks. Now we finally got it back and now have to take it back due to it making a loud noise now. It’s just been nothing but problems.
Its really sad, this is a great place to purchase a vehicle but poor when it comes to service and maintenance. I had a scheduled appointment on yesterday which was for 11am. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told it would take at max 3hrs for and oil change and service. Well after waiting for 3hrs, my car was in the exact same spot it was when they took it back. The never touched it after taking it back to start the work which was under a specialty warranty service. I was very disappointed, it was a total waste of my time. So one star is being generous.
Made an appointment for an Express Lube oil change for my wifes car. Showed up on time. We were told it would be a 2.5 to 3 hour wait....The usual Express Lube is 1.5 to 2 hours! How is this Express ? Why did I bother making an appointment? Why was I not told of the long wait time before configuring my day around the appointment? Was asked if I wanted to make another appointment! What, so I can wait around for three hours for an oil change? No thank you. If this is what the post-buying experience is at Autonation Dealerships...Ill take my car purchases and service needs elsewhere....No thanks.
This is my second experience at this location.Online appointment scheduling was easy and user friendly. Staff greeted me right on schedule. Staff listened to every concern, asked about oil changes or any additional services I may have needed. I was called each day to advise of status. My vehicle was returned to me with all work done and was washed and ready to go when stated.
Based on the unanswered phone calls and the length of time for the repairs, I think they were very busy. Thankfully, I didn’t need a car for a couple of days. They MAY offer them if you ask. The shuttle buses, for pickup/drop off are no longer running but after I asked, they did say they could order an Uber for me.That aside, (and what was really important to me) the service coordinator, Maureen was excellent. She kept me updated along the way and sincerely apologized for the delay. The work was done as expected and I was told it was inspected and got a clean bill of health.I don’t often need work done on my car but I go here when I do.
The service advisor, Izzy what is most pleasant and knowledgeable post on initial meeting to set up appointment and then during the appointment time. I really appreciate her kind and pleasant attitude. Autonation should reward her for her great service
Anyone who has ever bought a vehicle probably shares the same dread of going to a dealership and going through the process of getting a car. I recently had a much different experience at this Autonation than I’ve had in the past at other dealerships. Joseph and Chris were excellent at communicating prior to my arrival. Once on site, things were as discussed and they made the experience the best I’ve had at a dealership. It’s not all that often that your experience at a car dealership goes as you’d like it to and that you’re met by a relaxed and professional atmosphere vs pushy and shady sales folks. I’d give Joseph and Chris and this dealership an A+ for service and the experience.
Came in with high expectations and this place delivered. I have to thank Edward P. aka Eddie for the assist here, for a young professional he did an awesome job as expected. This was a dream of mine that has been dating back +10 years, he was the right person and knew his stuff, really wishing he and Autonation continue making dreams a reality like they did with me! #rubiconfamily.
No one answers the phone. Had no idea my car would be there overnight. No call at the end of the day to advise. No call the next morning. I had to call the service director to get any communication. Oh and I left with my car clunking. Had to read the reciept that there was an issue with my bushings. No one told me nor offered to fix it before I left the lot. Never going back. Never buying a vehicle there ever again
Was lead to believe they had the vehicle I was looking for available. I reserved the vehicle to be held fir me to come look at it.After arriving at dealership and noticing the vehicle parked up near entrance I was looking forward to test driving and possibly taking home the truck I have been searching for. Immediately they wanted keys to my trade for trade in appraisal and as soon as I gave them my keys they decided to tell me the truck I was looking at wasn’t available. They did the same thing to me two weeks prior.
Chuck in sales is great! No hassle, no b.s. - straight shooter and will do what is needed to make the deal happen. No pressure! GREAT buying experience!Carl Ross in service is great! Open, honest, communicative. Will be back to see Carl when needed!
Everything has been great. Bo, our salesman, was fantastic. He led us through the entire process, making sure we knew what was happening along the way.
Carl handled the repairs for my 2014 Jeep trailhawk, resolving issues I didn’t even know existed and obtaining the warranty coverage for me as well. He looked for the why behind the problems and didn’t just put a quick patch on things. Everything was above board and the communication was thorough.
We had a terrific experience with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of North Phoenix. No run around, no pressure. Very easy to work with!
I am 100+% (just very) satisfied) with how AutoNation, my sales representative, and the other people (finance, parts, management, etc.) working with him have treated me. From walking in the door with questions, to deciding and ordering, and keeping track of the order/build/delivery process, I have been respectively and warmly treated without ever being pressured or anything negative. My truck was recently serviced for a paint issue at delivery, then to apply paint protection, and window tinting. All was handled efficiently and to my satisfaction without issue and the service manager kept me up to date on the progress of the service.I have no concerns with recommending anyone to give them an opportunity to help you meet a need or desire.
Such a bad customer experience with the service department. I went with a new Jeep due to a gas mileage issue and they are not even ready to check any issues with the fuel filter or not. Simply giving lectures. Don’t recommend this dealership for anyone.
I was a first time customer having recently moved from Alaska. The advisor was personable and informative. I booked early so got in and out fast for basic oil change, tire rotation and four-point inspection. I was provided a lot of information and a discount on a technicality I didnt know about. They didnt have to do that but did which I appreciate. They also provided a list of all my recall issues (most involving software updates) and told me to schedule for a day and theyll know those out. It was a very positive experience and reasonably priced. I will see them again. Oh, they have really great coffee too!
We were referred to AutoNation/Jeep through the Costco buying program. Amani, our sales rep, was amazing! She reached out right away and we met with her and Sarge the next day to custom build our Wrangler Rubicon. The vehicle arrived about 3-4 weeks later and everyone we interacted with at the dealership were friendly and attentive.
I had a great buying experience at the beginning, the nightmare afterwards is what concern me find out repairs were made and check engine light came 2 weeks later, can’t take it to get fixed the warranty is not activated. Customer service sucks can’t get ahold of anyone. Now my ac went out. Simply horrible. I have a 19,000 dollars lemon. With no one to talk to!
I’m new to the Ram family and my first visit to the service center was awesome. Carl took great care of me and my truck. He completed everything I came in for. No hidden costs. Explained everything in detail. He was honest and professional. I’m so happy I finally found a service center and rep I can trust.
Site was professional, efficient, and friendly. Maureen did a thorough and meaningful job to ensure our service was done to our complete satisfaction. It will be a sincere pleasure to return as necessary.
I bought my car from AutoNation back 2019, only have taken it there to get serviced Customer service is great and the service adviser Nicholas Thomas is awesome!
Hands down, one of the BEST experiences we’ve had.Jared definitely helped us get the truck we wanted.Treated us respectfully (which is a big deal to a customer) and also educated us on other financial topics. Not only did Jared help us get approved he and the finance team got together and gave us great deals out the door !Will definitely recommend to everyone we know and meet !If we ever decide to purchase another vehicle, will definitely come back to Autonation !Thanks Jared & Team .
Beautiful 2021 RAM Set up deal online flew in . Truck was better than new. Deal done and on the road in a couple of hours
Izzy was incredibly helpful and had actual concern for the issue with my truck. Everything was repaired quickly and they returned my truck cleaner than when they got it. The RAM dealership that’s closer to where I live was unhelpful and dismissive. AutoNation, and especially Izzy took care of my vehicle and they’ve earned a new customer :)
Carl Ross was our service provider yesterday and he was great. Super helpful and got us taken care of right away. He provided us with updates and even helped us in securing a loaner car for the day while our car was being serviced. We highly recommend this dealership.
Nicholas Thomas comes through again! Thank you for always taking great care of mine and my families vehicles.
Nicholas is amazing! He is an outstanding service advisor!!Chrysler vehicles, on the other hand, are just so poorly made. I’m posting a review for my service and at the same time making a new appointment to have my car serviced again. It’s just so sad. 50% of my vehicle ownership with Chrysler has been spent taking my car to get fixed. Just awful. Will never buy a Chrysler again
The sales associate Jose and I agreed going through Chrysler financial; the contract didn’t clearly state who I was financing though and I come to find out three weeks later it was through a separate bank( only because I received a coupon book from the bank in the mail). The real issue was that I put a significant amount of money down to lower the payment, and it is in writing on the contract, but the bank they financed through is not tracking that money, so my current payment is much higher. I have tried to reach the finance department on multiple occasions, And I cannot reach them. I had to call sales who also tried to reach them and still have not heard from them. The sales associate Jose will not return my calls either. Overall, poor service and follow through after the sale and untrustworthy.Update: was contacted by dealership that day(which was Monday) only after I posted this review and called their higher head quarters. They said they would fix it immediately and update me. It is now Friday and I still have not received a call. Another demonstration of poor service.
Awesome, patient staff! If you’re going, ask to work with Riad and JB! They make you feel like family! Not 5 stars, because this dealership only has deals to get you in the door. If you end up wanting anything else it’s quite expensive and you’ll go through some rigorous negotiations until you get worn down enough to say, “I’m done, let’s get it over with.”I’d go in with at least 3 options that you think are deals and right out the gate ask if they are all available (they hold deposits for out of towners but keep the listing online). You’ll get the best experience that way!
Mike Darraji was my salesman. I recently bought a 2021 Dodge Ram. When I entered the dealership I had two vehicles on my mind and a price point I wanted to remain in. Mike was never pushy. No sales games or tactics. Simply showed me exactly what I was looking for and got me a good deal that put me in the price range I wanted to be in. Ive purchased a dozen vehicles in my life. This was hands down the best experience Ive ever had. Thank you Mike for being a professional and for getting me what I wanted!
We have contacted Carl Ross for service and parts needs twice now and we have received outstanding service. He referred us to John in the parts department to get a Mopar lift done and again John took care of us with superior service. Both these gentlemen went above and beyond to take care of us professionally with care and respect for our Jeep needs. Will always return to see these guys for service and parts!!
My experience at AutoNation was awesome!! When I walked inside Jared met me with a cold water, asked how I was doing and if he could be of any help. After visiting 11 other dealerships in the greater Phoenix area and being hassled this was a welcomed change. I relayed what I was looking for, Jared checked the inventory and off we went. No paperwork or intrusive budget questions just right outside to check out some vehicles. After finding a truck I really liked I explained that due to my familys religious beliefs I was unable to conduct a deal on Saturday. I told them I would gladly leave a deposit and return Sunday to complete the transaction. At other dealers this was a huge problem and I was made to feel like a problem. That was NOT the case at AutoNation! They happily respected my familys beliefs and gladly held the vehicle! I also expressed my need to make a cash purchase; something other dealers had responded to with Were not accepting cash deals right now. Once again NOT at AutoNation! They happily obliged. I returned a day later with my fiancé who was also treated wonderfully. We both highly recommend AutoNation CJRF of North Phoenix to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! Thanks again Jared!!
No one answers the phone. Theyve had my truck for over a week without a single update, even with trying to call them to get one. The only reason I take my truck here is for recalls, and I wish I didnt have to for simple reasons like this. Ive left voicemails, and even went as far as going through different departments to get ahold of someone in service. After stressing my issue with someone in sales (only people that would answer the phone) I finally got ahold of someone & was told they couldnt supply me with any information on my vehicle and another rep would have to call me back, absurd. Still have yet to hear back after 3 days of trying to get ahold of someone, unfortunately it seems as if ill have to show up in person for a update. Would give zero stars if I could, as this is the furthest thing from good customer service Ive personally experienced.
Excellent customer service!! Kenny helped me and he is very kind & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car, what I needed done now what could wait. He is a great asset to AutoNation. Thank u, I am very grateful.
Never buy a vehicle from this dealership from out of state. You will never get anyone to call you back, Ive left multiple messages with Finance dept, Sales, General Manager...nothing. I cant get this brand new car registered in order to get license plates and this dealerships lack of customer support has left me in a dire situation until I can get the Title and Sale paperwork from them which should have been provided months ago at sale. They blame the lien holder (who AutoNation chose for me) and the lien holder points right back at the dealership. Absolute mess!
Nicolas Thomas at service department always does an amazing job with his customer service. I recommend scheduling your next service appointment with him. You won’t be disappointed.
Our service representative was Izzy. Just loved her. She was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and answers our question without hesitation and to the point. She got us in and out within the hour. 👍😊
Minor issue!!! Still going to give 5 stars! This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought here in the last 7-8 years. Always treated great, always willing to work hard to make a deal happen. The only issue I have ever had happened this time. When getting the truck after being sent to detail I noticed the cover on the bed of the truck was not there, I left the dealership at 10PM so I dint notice it being gone. Im sure it was just removed during them cleaning it for me to take home. I called my sales rep the next day and mentioned it to him and he said, no that was on another truck I looked at. I have the entire mechanism that it attaches to. The cover was on this truck. I wasnt going to argue so I just let it be. This has ben my only negative experience in all my dealings with this dealership. I would still highly recommend them.
Overall I am very pleased by the service AutoNation provides. Especially Nicholas who took on a problem that wasnt his to begin. I expressed my concerns and frustration about a lack of communication and follow through I experienced before. Even though, he wasnt responsible for my previous experience, he owned the situation and made everything right. I understand things slip through the cracks, and I wont dwell on that. Everyone Ive dealt with AutoNation is very friendly and do seem to care. That goes along way for me in overlooking a mistake. I think if I had been delaying with Nicholas for the last 4 years instead of only the last 2 weeks, Id be giving A.N. 5 stars.Thank you Nicholas!
Bought a truck there May 9th, for the last three months have been waiting on the plates, our finance manager Jonathan has been trying to help but has gotten nowhere. As of June 16th we were told the title clerk would look into this and still nothing. Called the DMV here and NOTHING has been submitted yet. He then had to forward our issue to the general manager and still nothing. After buying the truck the battery went dead (original battery from new) was told by them to replace it and give them a receipt. They then never payed us back. Had to show up there to get a check cut!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Spend your money else where!!!
My service advisor was very polite and respectful. She was there to greet me as soon as I pulled up. Asked if anything else I wanted done to my truck while I was there. Thank you Izy. You really are a great representative of Auto Nation. Thats why I keep coming back to purchase my Trucks from you. ( 5 ) Auto Nation The example of excellence.
They act all nice but will run your credit without your permission and basically called me a liar when Ive got all the paperwork showing the truth I would not recommend
Steve Rogers (service manager) and Carl were great. They were positive and answered all my questions. Steve followed a few days later to check on my visit.
I didnt have a good experience with the service center. We took the car in to get some repairs. Never was told how long it would take. I called in and they said it may be overnight. The lady said she will call me back and I never got a call back. Called everyday for a week and a half and finally got a call back after leaving numerous voice-mail just to be told the parts are in but they are waiting on Mercedes for the claim and dont know how long that would be. Why didnt they just tell me that in the beginning? Instead of having the car there for almost two weeks and nothing being done. Customer service is seriously lacking when you cant get a call back to find out whats going on with your car. Calling in everyday and no one calling back was very frustrating. ( Update) 2 months later and I still havent got call from the repair service. Maureen is the one in charge of calling us back . Ive lost count on how many voice-mails we have left. They also didnt secure our back light when they gave us the car back so it popped out while driving. We had to purchase a new one. This experience with the repair shop has been horrible and I will never buy a car from Auto nation again.
Great place when in need of a vehicle. I reach out to Mark and he had Assitant Amani. Both great definitely worth your time. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and taken home same day! In need for a ride I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you much!!!
The service team did a good job. Finished relatively quickly while I waited for my truck.
Dan was friendly and was excellent. Good service from the sales staff and processIm not confident that the service department prepared my purchased vehicle correctly
We have had great experiences with the service center. Theyve done great work and we trust them to work on our trucks.
I wish I could give a 0. I was interested in a Dodge Journey 2020 new online and sent an email as I was interested. I did not end up purchasing due to false advertising and this is my biggest complaint. The price on the AutoNation website was approximately 15000 dollars after all discounts and of course before tax title fees, government fees are assessed and sometimes dealers fees and add-ons are not included in the price. I asked for a quote and got a quote and now this is a quote from me about this shady sales quote. I even accept part of the discounted total price includes discounts if finance through 2 different lenders and part of the discount was for 1000 dollar loyalty as these discounts that wouldnt apply to me, but were easy to find. By the way if the discounted price doesnt apply to all there should be link that should say additional discounts may vary and not list several discounts as part of a sale price that dont or cant apply to all. THE WORST PART IS THAT DISCOUNTS that are not listed as state specific should be given to everyone. My price quote went from 15000 to almost 25000 as an out of the door quote as AutoNation said the Dodge discount and the dealer discount for Illinois residents doesnt apply to me as I dont live in Arizona. Nothing on the website says this and the website says the price applies to ALL CUSTOMERS!. Apparently Not!
About a year ago, I ordered a spare tire kit for my Fiat and was quoted around $200. After taking a year to get here, they charged me $420! Its not even a regular tire! One donut tire and a jack! Four regular tires does not cost much more than that! Highway robbery. Nothing but greed.
So I have had my wrangler now for 10 months and I am still thankful that i bought it a Jeep Autonation North Phoenix, everything has been great up until today. I would just like to warn you to be careful for the extra insurance policies they sell. the finance guy lectured me on the windshields and how easy they crack. then he reviewed several add on policies with me that would cover chips and dings, and stains and windshield replacements. I never buy these things, but I let him talk me into it, which increased my jeep payment. So you guessed. Now I have a broken windshield and I called the dealership to get the policy information and as it turns out, he did not sell me the one with the windshield, only the one that cleans stains on the seat or the carpet and paint stains. So honestly the policy is worthless to me. Now I pay extra money on m y jeep payment and I am still having to turn my broken windshield over to my car insurance. This situation frustrates me. So sign with your eyes open, and not just because you are excited to finally get your wrangler.
Standard dealership with the standard dealership experience. Had an appointment for 3pm, got there and they rescheduled me to the next day. That’s fine- they were busy and it was a last minute appointment.Charged me $180 to look at my van whereas local shops will do it for free. Recommended a $2900 service. Local shop said it was an unnecessary repair at this time. They did quote me $2400 on the same repairs as a comparison. The employees were very friendly and helpful and the place was clean, so there were some positives.I wouldn’t go back here. Check out a Kerry’s location instead and save yourself money.
Izel got our Jeep in right away without an appointment and the problem was fixed the next day. Understood warranty and we didnt have to fight with them as we have had to do in the past at other dealership service centers. Outstanding service. Thank you.
Absolutely one the the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Salespersons Jared and Charlie made to buying process simple and without pressure. Backend support from Sarge, ensured my Jeep Rubicon order was accurate and prompt to the Jeep Toledo factory. All in all a terrific dealership.
Until now I didn’t get any response from the general managerThis is one of the worst places to deal with a customerI went to change my car and talked to someone there about more than a month ago, I dont remember his name, he took information from me,And I told him dont do any hard inquiry until I tell tell you and I get surprised after 2 days he did hard inquiry 5 times and I talk to the seller manager is a Persian guy he told me we are sorry we didnt know that you said like that and I told him no I talk to you and I said dont do anything until I come back but he said yeah go talk to credit centre and they will move it for youI talk to credit people they said we cant moved until they send for us a letter that says we did a hard inquiry by mistake and now Im losing a 109 point because of them There are so bad and watch out from them dont give them any information.
Bought. 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Autonation on Saturday. Our salesman was Charlie. He did an amazing job. No pressure and finally arrived at a deal for the Cherokee and my trade in that was fair to both me and the dealership. I would recommend both Charlie and the dealership.
Our service advisor Carl Ross provided excellent 10 out of 10 service. Carl went above and beyond to make sure our service needs were met on our Gladiator. Our future service needs will always start with a phone call to Carl and we know we’ll get 5 star service. John in the parts department took great care of as well with our Mopar lift. Turned out fantastic and with superior service. Both these gentlemen treated us with professionalism, respect, and courtesy.
Got home from work and car wouldnt go into park. Was able to take the car straight to AutoNation and get it checked out and fixed. Thankfully it wasnt anything major. AutoNation was quick and courteous, I will definitely take my car there again.
Our sales man Brian G was very courteous, kind and I felt I could trust him. He made the experience go very well
Called several times to get an oil change appointment, no one ever answered, left messages and no call back. Called my sales person who made the appointment but it was never entered into the system. Arrived at 11.10am and finally left at 3pm. I have since talked to other customers who I sent to Autonation and who have purchased vehicles and they have had the exact same experience. I will be changing to another RAM dealer for my next service.
Max was our salesman, he was very polite and professional! The dealership was very helpful in listening to what we wanted and making it happen. Overall a great experience!!
Great service, as usual. Everyone was attentive and courteous. Kenny provided excellent customer service and the crew had me out in less time than I had expected. Always satisfied with everyone here.
Charlie Hill did a fantastic job of communicating and walking me through the process of buying my first car! 10/10 recommend and he will definitely have my business in the future!
