Jay and Chris were both very professional, they are honest and very forward. They have done everything to insure I got the best rate. They get things done in a timely manner and keep me updated on the information I’m inquiring. Also instead of having me wait on hold for an excessive amount of time they call me back when they say they are going too! They definitely do an exceptional job!

I owe a huge shootout to Jay and Chris for helping me out yesterday. My insurance was with USAA, but they wouldn’t really insure a new car I bought. I’ve wasted over 2 hours trying to get the right docs, etc, and the dealership wouldn’t release my vehicle without specific docs that USAA couldn’t provide for whatever reason.Chris and Jay literally insured all of our jewelry, guns, house AND the cars and I had all the docs I need to release the car in 10 min. They also had a very competitive price, and higher coverage (100/300/100 with USAA vs. 250/500/500 with SF). To compare the experience with one of the only other carriers I know will insure these type of vehicles, Chubb, I’m still waiting on the quote I requested earlier that day, even though I told them I need a dec page ASAP to take possession of the vehicle. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

I had to be with another company for a few years, but once I was able to come back, Boy am I HAPPY I DID. Better coverage, equal or better rate, and I can bundle my renters and life!
