I was a loyal customer for over 6 years, never had a complain and always recommend them to everyone I know, a lot of my friends switched over to this company because how well I spoke of them. This year I got “dumped”, I’m getting let go as a customer because I did not answer a questionnaire that I did not received in the mail. When I called (after getting a letter of cancellation) the person I spoke to said since I did not send proof of residency on the questionnaire and answer the questions on my policy is being cancelled. Never had a company not care of letting go of a client or try to keep them. Keep in mind all the questions were basic questions such as proof of residency which would not have been a problem since I’ve had them for years and have not moved. Very disappointed with the treatment I received after years of being a loyal customer.

Amazing experience with Andrew Curiel! He is a close friend and when he heard how under insured my family were he jumped in. I went from liability and cut rate to full coverage. It fells amazing to have the right coverage across both vehicles and I only paid an extra 20$+ a month! Andrew is a true professional and cares about the people he serves.

The wait times are incredibly long, and the customer service is subpar. The sales agent placed me on a long wait time and acted like the request was too difficult to change. She was annoyed with the situation and quickly said that I needed to be placed on hold to fix it. A 30-minute hold time for a 5-minute change was a bit much.

I’m a military member and I’ve wait over on the phone with Geico for over four hours in total to get a over payment refund. This process has been ongoing for about two weeks now and no progress has been made. I haven’t gotten a call back from a supervisor or manager in regards to my account after requesting it numerous times. My account was looked at today per Geico representative and left as is. Pretty sad stuff going on here. I hope I never get in an accident cause who knows how that would go!

I am very disappointed in geico I have never had any problems with them in the past I dont know what the difference is now this has been a nightmare I have had to call over and over it takes 30 minutes on hold to get through to anybody then another 30 minutes to fix everything and nothings fixed the same problem its as if I never called Im going to call him for the 5th time the last time I called we were ready to complete my call and I got disconnected and the person never called me back this is terrible ... I have been trying to pay them since October they pulled the money out of the wrong account I requested a refund now they are threatening to cancel my insurance as if I never paid.. I am filing a complaint on the Better Business Bureau is my next step Im going to have to find a new insurance company cosan done with geico if this doesnt get resolved .

I worked with my agent Michelle, and shes fantastic! She took the time to discuss all the coverages and what they do for me. More importantly she was able to get a payment option that worked best for me. I can only do month to month and they gave me a great monthly premium. I would recommend the Geico Local office in Phoenix to anyone. Ask for Michelle! But they are all fantastic there.

Although this is the closest yet furthest location to my resident in Central Phoenix right off of Central and they were pretty busy when my husband and I walked in. We waited about five minutes (without an appointment) before we were asked by a gentleman employee if we had been helped (again they were very busy and we were glad to not be in rush hour traffic) but the gentleman helped us immediately got us started then a lovely woman handle the rest of my request and we were on our marry way. They were very nice and quick.

As a small company business owner rating reviews is very important. It is a wise decision to always get feedback on companies youve never dealt with before. And the 5 star rating is on the feedback comments not Geico. Because Ive never had them, but from the looks of this ive noticed the only ones giving good ratings are the ones who recieved a good quote at a lower price and have never seemed to have filled a claim. All the ones with the low star ratings have been the customers who have filled claims with bad experiences. Which lets us know what type of company you are dealing with. ***DO NOT GET GEICO*** We had FULL coverage, and Renters insurance. Our personal belongings were stolen out of our car during a move. The cars were vandalized, windows busted out. Around 6,000.00 or more was stolen out of our cars, tampered with our UHAUL. One of our cars was totaled due to damage. With renters insurance they will only pay up to 200.00 of YOUR personal belongings. And, they play with the words, they will use the first words you use when calling with a claim. So, for instance if you know it’s just your windows broken & personal belongings stolen, call in and state your personal belongings were taken. They will have you pay for your own windows, but now your out of the money of your personal belongings. You have say first your claim of personal belongings. They DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR 1 thing!!! They take the first words you state. They did not even pay 200.00 (which maybe more, just Get your money worth). This company is horrible. Yes, the price is low but, you get what you pay for. NOTHING!!!! BYE BYE GEICO.

Im not much of a review writer, but Geico is worth the good review. Anytime you deal with insurance its a pain in the butt, and usually youre already frustrated going into because your property is most likely damaged. I always try to stay calm and understanding but some company customer service representatives make it so difficult. But Ive only had positive experiences from my interaction with Geico customer service. They always respond very quickly (within 2 minutes by phone call) and are patient yet efficient. If a no-stress insurance experience is what youre looking for, Geico is the best discount insurance you can get.

I had full auto coverage at a great price and they cancelled my insurance the very day the payment was due because the card they had on file expired this month so I called them just a couple days after to give them my new card information and they told me there was nothing they could do and they couldnt give me my insurance policy and same rates back even thought I JUST HAD IT 5 days ago? I went on October 24 got a quote that I was satisfied, but didnt sign up because I was still shopping for insurance who had better rates. I went in today to sign up for the quote I received on October 24, 2017 and was helped by the guy in the front office with beard. The guy working front office wasnt helpful at all. I got quoted $196.69 on October 24, 2017 and somehow he raised my price up to $260 a month. How is that possible? How can you guys lie and raise my price up. He was being a dick and not helpful.

Geico sucks they are outrageously expensive even to great drivers as soon as i could i switched to ROOT car insurance i went from paying 300 to 100 in car insurance for the exact same thing. Not only that i let my last payment for them go through then i called them to cancel my policy out i was harshly questioned on why i was canceling. Of course they offered only a part of my refund back never received and now theyre saying i never paid them their last payment. GO TO ROOT CAR INSURANCE.

Hours are listed as closing at 6pm the agents close the doors at 5:30pm. My husband went to have them pull up some information on our policy and he arrived just after 5:30 pm. The staff was rude and very disrespectful. They should be ashamed of how they treated him because he arrived after 5:30 when hours show 6pm. I unfortunately was in an accident in a parking lot. From the time I called Geico I was taken care of immediately. One always fears that you will be left stranded when such an unforeseen accident occurs NO not Geico they helped me with my car which was totaled (yes I did say in a parking lot). They towed my car to my preferred autobody which was over 70 miles away where it was assessed and deemed a total loss. I cant commend the care that I received its not just a job to them they truly care about ones self being and are genuine with taking care of you. Stay away from this insurance company!!!We’ve had Geiko insurance for auto, off-road vehicles, boats and Home going on 14 years with ZERO claims filed. Last week my windshield cracked from a rock and spilt my windshield across the entire length. Because we have Arizona windshield coverage, I called to file a claim. To say they made jump through major hoops is a gross understatement. They insisted on performing an inspection, for which they never showed up or called. So, back on the phone again! Then they drilled me with a host of incident questions....... going on 2 days by now and my vehicle is parked so that I avoid a ticket. Still no resolution. All for $250 and I’ve probably paid in 10x that per yer for the past 14 years. So sad to be treated this way as a loyal customer.I’m cancelling everything with this incompetent and disgraceful company. They take your money no problem but can’t seem to deliver when needed.

Better rates than others, but I got in an accident, was side swiped, and they took liability for it, claiming I lied. The evidence is in the photos, the damage, and the way the cars were aligned when the police came. The report contradicts itself with the charges. Geico will NOT fight for your case, they just want to raise the amounts you will pay. If you ever get unlucky in an accident you didnt cause, well Geico is basically worthless. I will be leaving this insurance soon and starting a court case. Thank you.

First they said I was at fault by 80% and paid out 80% to the other party. Seeing that my insurance company didnt even fight for me. I got an attorney to fight for me. Now Im only at fault by 35% and will be getting some money back. Which is not what you think sense attorneys are like sharks. This is the first time my husband and I have gone with Geico, and we will NEVER go with them again!! We were told we have a 14 day grace period, and that if we wouldnt be able to make the payment to call and let them know, NOT to withdraw the monies from our account. So that is in fact what my husband had to do. However his request was completely ignored, and Geico did withdraw the monies, that we did not have and put us in the negative with our account. Upon talking to four people it has been a complete pain in our(Well you know). We have done all that they have asked us to do, and in the process making us feel as though we did something wrong! Plain and simple Geico took money from our account without our consent, and further more no one is or has been willing to give it back. The last I remember thats called stealing, but what do I know. Angry? You bet. Shame on you Geico! So even though Im sure not everyone will experience this, just be aware, of the possibility of this happening. And the only and I mean only reason I have a star is because you cant write a review without doing so. But Geico deserves nothing!!

Needed to lower my insurance rates for home, 3 autos, ATV and travel trailer. I previously had Liberty Mutual for 10 years, I shopped around and found that Geico literally saved me HALF of my premiums amount. Over $3k a year and about $170.00 a month with 98% all the same coverage. My agent at the Camelback location, Heath Eutsler was thorough and prompt in helping me as I went to get all this handled on my lunch hour. We finished all the policies within that time frame. Thank you Heath and thank you Geico for the savings. Hopefully I will be customer for life.

So far, not impressed. My truck was hit while parked by a Geico customer. Adjuster named Jeff Larsen came out to my house three days later to get the claim started, and severely underestimated the cost of the repairs. The following day, I notified him that my 8 month old truck would require body panel replacement, not repairs,and that Id need a similar vehicle, capable of towing, as I have certain requirements of my vehicle. Because of this, I had to spend about 90 minutes of my work day on the phone trying to locate and reserve a proper replacement vehicle. Now, Im sitting at Enterprise Truck Rental, waiting for Geico to do what they should have done all along, and get the reservation set up showing that they are paying for the rental. In the meantime, Im missing appointments that are costing me money. One thing is guaranteed: Ill never use them as my insurance company.

I was assisting an friend of mine who doesnt speak very good english with a Geico Claims Rep., Alexis. Alexis knew that my friend had retained a lawyer due to his pending medical injuries. We were calling regarding a rental car ; when Alexis thought i had stepped away from the phone she tried to get a recorded medical statement from my friend. Being on a three way call, which I guess Alexis wasnt aware, I immediately reprimanded Alexis for her devious act. She was caught off guard and was speachless and than disconnected the call. We called her back & got her voice mail where i left her a firm message regarding her unethical methods of handling my friends claim. I would never consider GEICO for any insurance products. I have USAA and several friends have Progressive & State Farm... Laugh at the commercials but stay AWAY from Geico.
