Horrible about returning phone Calls. I moved out of state and have insurance policies thru susan cox . I have called numerous times since January and have yet to get a call back and it is now June . Would never do business thru them again.

Were do I start? I moved from California to Arizona and had to find a new agent. My previous agent in California was horrendous, always incorrect billing and changes made and their response times were terrible. I was recommended to Heather and boy oh boy Im I over the moon I was. Heather Rice is the most amazing insurance agent I have had in my whole life. She is quick to respond, bends over backwards to help make sure you are comfortable with your insurance and any changes you make. If you ever have to pick an insurance agent Heather is beyond the perfect one. You will not regret picking Heather for all your insurance needs she is an A+ agent.
