Baileys Insurance team has been so helpful and so kind for the whole time Ive had them around which I feel has been for at least 3 years if not longer. They really go out of the way to make sure youre well taken care of. Im moving to another state shortly here and Dan made it a point after we disconnected to call me back and find other great agencies like this one to connect with in the next state and I just personally think thats so sweet and awesome. I have always been super happy with my low rates him and his team was able to get me for renters/car insurance. Thank you so much for everything!

My mother passed away and we sold her home in Arizona. She was insured with Bailey Insurance. I contacted these people 3 times over a 3 month period of time to cancel the insurance. The insurance was not cancelled for 3 months and we were charged premiums for the additional months. When contacting Dan Bailey he was very uncooperative telling me that he needed proof the house was sold. When I asked him what documentation he would accept, he could not provide me with an explanation. I have sold many homes and never have had to provide proof that the house sold in order to cancel an insurance policy. I would advise against doing business with this company.

At first I was totally satisfied with the service I was getting. Until I got a letter in the mail from the DMV saying my license was suspended for not having my SR-22 insurance.. Dan went ahead and dropped the financial proof I needed per the courts and now Im waiting for my license to be reinstated due to his lack of communication with me. Im not sure why anyone would change the customers insurance without letting them now. I received a call this morning explaining Dan mistakenly took off my coverage, without an approval from me and that I fixed his error and put it back on.His error has cost me 74.89$ in uber fees.Luckily my coverage is over at the end of this month and I will be shopping around.Completely unprofessional.

Been using Bailey Insurance for over 10 years. Always seems to have the lowest cost in insurance. I have sent a few people there who are also extremely satisfied. Great customer service and I think its awesome when they call you prior to your expiration date stating they found a cheaper rate with more coverage with another company. They really do care.

This is difficult because I like Dan n my family had been loyal customers for over 20 years, but the quote I received from his daughter was out of bounds! She asked me zero questions to look for discounts and slapped together a quote that was about double above what I received elsewhere. Thanks for the memories.

Always very nice and available. Wow... had to edit my post after seeing some negative reviews. Let me expound a bit. I have been with Dan Bailey for about 8 years now. Every time I have had to change my insurance or was in an accident etc etc they have always been there for me. Ive stayed with them because its more than a job to them, these great folks who work here truly care about their customers and take the time to give that little extra attention you wont get at just your average insurance company.

I have always had a good experience with Dan Bailey insurance. I have been with him for about 20 years. I have Shopped around through the years and even called the insurance companies he has set me up with just to make sure I am getting the best price. He is always the lowest. When I am looking at the very little negitave review, one thing comes to mind about the people writing the reviews, they most likely have accidents, low credit scores or speeding tickets.

It appears from 5 years ago this agency used to offer great service. If I had to guess, I bet its had a steady decline. The service I received today was rude, disrespectful and dismissive.In my 23-year career, Ive never called a company to express my utter shock and disappointment in the service I received upon moments of walking into their office. Instead of professionally apologizing as any GOOD company would, Mr. Bailey proceeds to tell me that I must have needed to be treated this way... and thats why he did it?? What?!There are too many good, independent agents in the greater Phoenix area to deal with this type of service, in my opinion. Go elsewhere. This guy is moody.

Been with Dan and his personnel for over 9 years.He and his office personnel have always been very professional, very prompt in returning calls, and very helpful in trying to save me additional money.I just added my homeowners insurance with him and expect that I will receive the same type of service on that policy.Im guessing someone was having a bad day. (Referencing the person talking to Bailey Insurance Agency) And that is why they feel they were rude. Or simply two people were having a bad day and that does happen on occasion but no one has ever been rude or unprofessional to me from that office. All of them have been very kind and professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dan bailey quoted me a price on my voicemail .i got to his office and he lied to me and charged me 64 dollars more. watch these people !! your lucky you are getting one star!!! if i could give no stars i would!! how are you still a 3.5 star agency with 9 people giving you one star!!!you should be out of business !! i would not refer my enemy to these people!! worst experience i have ever had in 25 years!!

We always had good service from Bailey until we found out that our coverage was changed. uninsured and underinsured motorist had been removed from my policy without our knowledge we were told we did not need med pay after our daughter was in an accident she got nailed for out of pocket medical costs totaling $6,000... in result we called Bailey back to add med pay and were told again that we did not need it. MEd pay might have added 12-18 dollars per month and would have saved us thousands. We have tried to reach out to Progressive to file an errors and omissions claim against the agent. Everybody we speak with at progressive seems to have amnesia when it comes to square dealing it seems that you have to make a very large noise and use sites like yelp and google to get anybody to pay attention unfortunately this review has to be left we also plan to take this higher up with progressive insurance nationally.

Very rude....Dan Bailey wanted me to get a renters insurance..but I told him I dont need it... only need coverage for both vehicles.... he thinks every customer is going to say yes to any deal that the really dont need...its the customers choice...he was so upset with me and yelled Good luck shopping... I will never go back..

I wish I could give zero stars. I had Progressive for a few years now with the same agent. She was a doll; however, I moved to Arizona and got assigned Dan Bailey. I contacted him to add renters insurance, and he was reluctant to discuss the costs of adding the policy. After several of my phone calls and e-mails being ignored, I finally looked elsewhere. After establishing a policy with another company, I called Mr. Bailey to cancel. He answered the phone after several rings with an attitude. I told him my name, policy number, and that I wanted to cancel my policy with Progressive indefinitely. His reply Yeah, ok. and hung up on me. Didnt even ask why.Two weeks later and I just received an e-mail stating that my automatic withdrawal would be taken on the 14th! I dropped the policy on the first. After calling the 800 number I discovered that he never even called to cancel my policy. Not only that, but instead of receiving backpay from the cancellation date, I was being charged a late fee and informed I owed for a policy date change. My bills have been automatically withdrawn on the 14th of the month since I started the policy. Yet somehow since Bailey has been my agent the date was switched to the 30th, and then back to the 14th. So now I owe roughly $110 and will not be receiving my retro pay.Do not waste your time with this rude and neglectful agent. I hate to sound like the commercials, but I did switch to Geico and saved myself over $100 a month.

If I could give zero stars I would . They told my husband he was a hassle because he called to ask questions about his policy? Rude . Dan made a mistake and sent the insurance company a incorrect policy number so someone else got my husbands payment he made . They refuse to refund and when we go down to the office they ignored us and refused to speak with us . When I say they have zero customer service skills I mean zero . Please save your self the hassle in working with them go some where else . Terrible customer service.
