Edward, Hector and Nico have always offered the most amazing customer service in every situation. From the day I bought my first house they were fantastic to work with and Im very glad I insure my vehicles through them also. The follow up with policy updates and renewal, the following through when they say they will and you always talk to a real person and get straightforward answers. The idea of insurance implies something bad will happen, but theres nobody Id rather have my side when lifes most unfortunate moments come your way. I had a new teen driver and car to add to my policy, and it jumped nearly $2000 with my previous carrier. I was referred to Edward’s agency by a friend and Nico helped me find a policy and bundle my home into it. The final policy was better and much less money than I would have paid with my previous carrier. He was clear with everything I needed to do and is readily available whenever I have questions.

Nico went above and beyond when it came to helping me switch my policy from Oklahoma to Arizona. He was kind enough to provide me vital information about adding windshield replacement to my policy and God knows how important that is in Arizona. The response time was better than I could ask for! My husband and I had tirelessly called and got quotes from more insurance companies than I care to remember. I love Allstate. The agent i worked with Matthew Mowrey was very attentive and great customer service. Answered all questions that i had. I recently refinanced and had a little bit of trouble transitioning to the new loan servicing company. I called for help with my homeowner’s policy. Literally all the paperwork was faxed to myself and the loan company within 30 minutes. I am so appreciative that I was given the courtesy and help I needed in such a timely manner. Allstate has always been a preference for my family growing up and it will continue to be for me as well.

This is by far one of the worst agencies I have ever used. They hire rude people that are absolutely useless. One of the worst is Matt whos incompetence is right down disgraceful. I have had Allstate for many years but never have worked with an agency this horrible. Then when you express an issue they get defensive and want to do nothing to resolve the problem definitely am leaving but please dont use this agency your better off having progressive of farmers because even they have better service than this agency.
