Straight forward pricing and totally fair!I have a brand new car that Ive owned for less than 8 months and someone so was mean enough to leave me a dent. I was worried that with it being removed it would still have a slight mark. But the owner of this shop got it removed in less than 10 minutes with no mark. Even tho it might of been a quick job, they didnt upcharge me because Im a woman or assume because I have a newer car Im made of money. This was my second time having repairs done by Unique Dent Removal. Both times (not sure I reviewed my first time) were excellent experiences.Somebody backed in my car in a parking lot and the rear was damaged. I opened an insurance claim against the other person and it did not go anywhere. The adjuster kept giving me the brushoff!!Quinn took care of everything for me with the insurance and I could not be happier of the result. Highly recommendation place. I went there just to work on couple of small starches at front and back of the car. I thought, they may charge me insane money to repair and also thought they might keep car for a day. But people here are so professional... they fix it in within 30min. I needed someone to remove dent and scratches from a dryer and washer. I called about 10 places and most refused the job because it wasnt an automobile, but Quinn agreed to come and look at it. After he came out, he said the scratches were too deep, but hed get back to me with some options. To my surprise, he texted me the serial and model numbers and he even looked up how much it would cost to replace the lids which had the dents and scratches. He said it would be cheaper to just replace the lids, and he didnt even charge me anything. I couldnt believe it, I insisted on paying him but he refused. I will definitely refer him to whoever needs dent removal because this type of customer care is very rare these days. Was provided Uniques name to get a quote on a dent on my sons Toyota Tacoma. It was already past 5pm and the owner insisted that I pull the truck in so he could look at the issue. I had no expectations of it getting fixed on the spot but Quin rolled his tools out and within 20 minutes the dent was fixed and I was on my way. During the 20 minute wait, Quin was great, he educated me on simple exterior maintenance to take better care of my sons Tacoma. Not only do I highly recommend Unique, I most definitely will be taking my 2020 Trail Boss in so they can service the ceramic coating and detail my truck.

I have used Unique Dent Removal on two separate occasions with exceptional results each time. On the first occasion I had a two inch dent along the hood caused by a flattened soda can that was kicked up from the highway. The can left a dent, as well as a mar in the finish. Quinn drove to my home and made the repair in my garage. The result was flawless and I became a firm believer in paint-less dent repair. The second occasion occurred recently when my bicycle fell off the bike rack while I was driving and the bike left a small dent along the roof rail. 2013 Porsche Boxster SAccidentally dented my car on Thursday 06/08/17 after a heavy object detached from my computer bag. Needless to say, I was very angry and immediately began looking for a reputable company to fix the two dents. I found Unique Dent Removal and went with them because of their high reviews and A+ BBB rating. I couldnt be happier with the service they provided. Called and spoke with Rob on Thursday morning and he came to my house the next day. Rob had the dents fixed within 10 minutes. I think it took him longer to set up his tools. Super nice guy, A+ service and a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again in the future.

This is a PRO Body Shop! I scratched up my Jeep’s front bumper and I was very upset of course. I went on Google immediately to look for a repair shop and saw all of the great reviews for Unique Dent Removal. I called and Quin the owner answered. He told me to come in right away so he could look at it. He then buffed it out right there while I waited and he didn’t even charge me for it, which was such a relief. After that I asked him about fixing some damage on the back bumper which I had been putting off for a while due to the cost, and he helped me figure out how to get that done right away. They had it for less than two days, gave me a loaner car, fixed the damaged bumper beautifully and made the entire Jeep look brand new again, detailing it inside and out, including the engine. They even filled up the air in one of my tires that was low! I am so appreciative of Quin and his team. They go above and beyond and I will definitely use them again in the future if I need more body work done.

Could not be happier with the results from Unique Dent Removal. I had a nasty dent and crease in my BMW hood right on a seam line From something bouncing off my truck on the freeway and hitting me. It looked terrible. I had several other dent removal people look at it and tell me that it was not repairable because of the location and the fact that I had an aluminum hood.Another body shop recommended Unique Dent Removal to me to have a look. I contacted the owner and texted some photos and he immediately responded and told me he would be happy to give it a try. I dropped off my car and a couple hours later and it was ready to go.I fully expected to be able to see some rippling or cracking or some type of damage from the nasty dent, and was simply hoping it would be a little less noticeable. Unbelievably prompt, kind, and honest. Quinn came to my home less than 90 minutes after my original call and was able to wipe away a huge and hideous paint transfer from my car in under 5 minutes and didn’t charge me a thing. I have been a classic car enthusiast for many years and as a result I have worked with several paint less dent repair companies. Most of the ones that I have used have done a reasonably good job, however; this is by far the best that I have experienced. Not only are the repairs beautifully done, but some of them have been more difficult, and are in a category that many other companies can not do.Also, I have found that the pricing is quite reasonable, especially for the level of expertise. I have been there many times and I highly recommend them as the best choice available.

Came back from the lake with a baseball sized dent right in the middle of the door on my new Tundra. Took it over to Unique Dent Removal based on their reviews alone. I own a small business I was impressed that when I called Quin offered to quote the repair by me simply texting him a picture, definitely zero pressure sales. I ended up running it over to him because I wasnt far. He knew exactly what it needed to be done, he did not promise perfection because the dent was a very difficult one. If I could give Quin and his shop 10 stars I would. I had a rear end accident and I know I needed a new bumper, but my car is also a convertible and I was very worried about the function. After testing it, it would not close so now I cant even drive it. I called Quin, he came to my house on a Saturday and was able to get the top to close so I could at least drive it until he fixed it. He spent almost 45 minutes on my car on a Saturday! Who does that? He helped me with my insurance company every step of the way. When I went to pick up my car, it looked brand new. They even fixed things just because they were broken! My cup holder and my console have been broken for years! Not now. WOW. And one more thing, they didnt just wash my car, they detailed it! Quin Adams has the most desirable quality in a professional - honesty! I put a dent in my Sebring on the LR fender between the tail light and the gas cap. The body shop estimated between $1000-1500 for the replacement of the quarter panel. Quin came to my house. He said the repair was too extensive to do on site and could I bring it to his shop. Once there, Quin explained the proper way to do the repair would be to replace the quarter panel but he would try to knock out the dent and at least make it look better. Well!! When the job was finished, two hours later, I could barely tell any damage had been there. The cost? $225.

I brought my 2006 Toyota Solara in with a penny sized creased dent from the passenger door hitting a pole. I couldnt stand the sight of the dent anymore, so I called Quin. He gave me a very reasonable quote of $75, to which I happily agreed. He only had the car for 20 minutes and I couldnt tell at all where the dent used to be, and possibly being OCD I would always find any minor imperfections, but no, he got rid of the whole dent, I cant see it at all! Without any hesitation i called Quinn and he booked real quick within a couple days. Like before, he fixed my rocker and made it look legit new. Im so comfortable with UDRs service because I feel the good positive vibes that Quinn has demonstrated. So yeah, pick up your phone/ email UDR because you wont be disappointed.
