I made an appointment to get my recalled airbags replaced two weeks in advance. Made sure they had the parts. Moved heaven and earth to be here, sat waiting for vehicle, and after one hour was told they dont have the part! Very disappointing. Very poor service. Extremely poor service. I will not be back.
Cliff and the team were very professional. I had my car serviced their after an insurance claim. They actually finished the work 3 days ahead of schedule and my car looked great. Great staff to talk to and everyone was friendly as well. Give them a try!

Wow. What can one say. This was my first accident. I got hit (fender-bender), on my way to work. I work about 30miles and got hit not even a mile from my house! Anyways, I have been a Bell Toyota Customer for a very long time. I knew exactly after the accident this is the only place I would take my car.Thank you to Cliff, who answered all my calls and questions. (Trust me, I love my car, thus called one too many times). Cliff and the team at the collision center really took good care of my baby. And after whats seemed forever, got her back to me in perfect condition. I appreciate everything you have done for me! I always recommend Bell Toyota for anything car related.
Very pleased with there service and quality in the collision center. Like any human it gets frustrated when your in a accident. I when I got there the simplest things from offering me a bottle of water to the lady at the front desk assisting me with my paperwork and since I still have a flip phone she arranged an Uber to get me back home . They kept me up to date on the status of the truck . The quality of the repair was not questioned because I was here about 10 years ago and I knew they took pride . Ryan is who I felt with and you can tell a person has a rhythm there . Thanks again
Had fairly minor body work done on a Corolla and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Cliff was very professional, answered all my questions, and was able to help me save some money on the repair. Communication was excellent and repair was completed in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!
I recently has my wifes Mercedes Benz in for repair. the office staff was friendly and very helpful. My estimator was also helpful and very knowledgeable in assisting to get my claim handled and my car repaired. Once i picked up my car from the body shop i found the repairs exceeded my expectations, they even painted a part of my front bumper that was not related to my claim for me. My car was clean and i could not have been happier with my experience.
My 2002 Sequoia was repaired here after a collision. They did a fantastic job and they were able to save my truck from being totaled. Cliff Cacy did a great job keeping the estimate low enough so they wouldnt total it and I am very grateful.
Id give zero stars if I could.I had high expectations due to being a customer of bell road Toyota for a couple years and taking my car in for maintenance. Everything has always been excellent until now. This whole experience was awful.Customer service leaves much to be desired. They had my car done for several days but kept telling me it wasnt ready because of my insurance. Finally, after calling repeatedly and becoming very upset and demanding to know what exactly they were waiting for, they told me that they were waiting to get paid from the insurance company and holding my car as collateral and I could only come get it sooner if I pay them myself and try to get reimbursed by my insurance. Not one time did anyone explained this to me or gave me the option to take care of it myself until I became super upset with them. Why wasnt I told any of this the day my car was finished? Why hold my completed car for several days and just keep telling me its not ready? Then they treat you like garbage because you are frustrated.When I dropped off the car, I signed for it to be cleaned at an additional cost. When I picked it up they said they waived that charge when really they didnt clean it at all. It was just as dirty as when i dropped it off but smelled like they sprayed a whole bottle of lysol in it. I could understand them using an air freshener because my husband smoked in the car but this smell was so overwhelming that it was choking me and burning my eyes. I had to drive home in the rain with all of the windows down just so I could breathe.Last time I had a car repaired.. I took it somewhere else that had 5 times more damage and it was done in a fraction of the time. I also got it back clean.I can not recommend this collision center. I am completely blown away at how awful this experience was.
They completed the job of estimating my damage for Geico at my scheduled appointment time and answered my questions. It was a basic, straight-forward visit.

I worked here for about 2 weeks. I know by the 3ed day this was not a good place to work. The equipment is so old and out dated. The measuring system is missing parts to it so it makes it really hard to do the job right. The worst part of my experience there was after i left the manager purposely messed up my last paycheck and only payed me for 10 hours of work when I was owed 55 hours. Then after i found out about it it took them 3 days to get me the rest of my money but by then it was already too late my bank account was overdrawn from bills being on automatic payment and outher bills were late. I will never go back here agan or tell anyone to go there.

Do not bring your vehicle here. Ive brought my car here to be fixed twice after a minor accident both times the opposite side of the car that had originally been damaged in the accident was damaged by the people at bell rd collision center. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, the manager who is suppose to solve problems sat and argued with me for over an hour on how the damage was already there, when I had pictures that it clearly was not. DO NOT COME HERE !

Terrible work took 1 month to deliver it to me and I returned it because they did not calibrate it well and the sensors failed, they also gave it to me with scratches and they were not responsible, I will never return to this center.
