I have used their services twice and have been completely happy both times. The shuttles are available right away and take you straight to your terminal. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to use in the future!

Were idiots and lost the numbers to the space we were in and which lot. Driver was super nice and helped us out. I was tired from trip could barely think.

Reserved our parking for a week, good price and great service. Was picked up and dropped off in a timely manner. Oh and did I say they have covered parking. 👍 Recommend this place.

What a terrible experience with this place. I tried to scan my QR code when entering but the attendant said the machine was down and then handed me a receipt. Upon returning and scanning that receipt it was $25 more than what I was supposed to pay. The attendant had no clue how to make it right and at one point asked for my debit card pin because he could not figure out how to run my card as credit. I emailed the company and they said they did a refund that never went back to my card so I ended up having to do a charge back. Good prices but its not worth it.

Awesome guy at the gate helped me figure out how to use the free days Id earned in their Spot Club program even though I forgot to swipe my card when I checked in.The shuttle drivers were both really helpful, and not having to call for a shuttle is great.

The covered parking is a joke as it only blocks a TINY bit of sun, no matter which spot youre in. Dust, rain, everything else (including sun) still hits your vehicle.On the other hand, its fairly cheap. I usually park at TPS 1, but wanted to try this one. Wouldnt do it again.

I have enjoyed using this location to park my car. Unfortunately it seems they may have closed it temporarily due to low travel demand. There is always The Parking Spots alternate location nearby. Here, the price was good and service great. Looking forward to being able to use this facility again soon.

This is my go to place whenever I need to park by Sky Harbor. The shuttles are always prompt and Ive never had to wait longer than 5 minutes.

Mark was a fantastic driver with excellent service! We had spent an hour wondering around a parking garage looking for our car (poor directions from who we were renting from).... only to find out we were in the wrong garage. Mark took us to one but it ended up not being the right one either, so he drove us to the spot where we were supposed to find our car. We found it but he let the rest of our group stay in the van while the others got the car. Thanks, Mark, for getting us safely to our destination.

I recently used The Parking Spot 2 for the first time and found it to be very easy to use. I reserved and paid on line, so all I had to do was scan in and scan out. The price was really good, especially compared to parking at one of the airport parking lots (about 1/2 the price). We were promptly picked up and it took about 5 min. to get to our terminal building. Coming home was easy too. Using the app is super easy. The van drivers were friendly, especially the lady who took up to the terminal building. Im sorry I didnt get her name. You can park in a covered or uncovered area. The covered areas costing a bit more. I would recommend the Parking Spot and will use it again.

The app made it easy to reserve a spot and check in. The shuttle arrived at our car before we unloaded all of our luggage and dropped us at the right gate. Pick from our return flight was just as easy. A simple call to the number on the card given to us at drop off and a shuttle back to the lot was there within minutes. By far, the easiest way to park for travel!

We always use parking spot. Its super easy and convenient. The daily rates are very affordable and they even offer covered spaces at higher rates. The parking is easy to access and away from the airport traffic. The shuttle service is great. Picks you up and takes you to your terminal right away. They even give you a card with your parking spot written on it and return you right where you parked. The dotted design is clever and easy to identify when catching the return shuttle. This business got this really down to a science.

I travel just about weekly, and have been using the parking spot for years, but no more! I am still waiting for a shuttle and it has been 45 min. And calling for help? Worthless! Both only do they lie about how soon a shuttle will be by but they are rude about it. Ih! And dont believe their signage - it is also wrong

I travel quite frequently and have parked at other airport parking lots before, but The Parking Spot 2 is by far my favorite! I love how convenient it is to have an app that I can use to book my stays and scan in and out of the lot with. The staff was super friendly as well both via the phone and in person. I was also surprised at the end of my stay when I was able to grab a bottle of water for the drive home. Out of all of the perks of parking here, however, I think that my favorite is how frequently the shuttles run! With other parking companies, I had to wait a long time for shuttles, but these shuttles seemed to run very frequently with multiple shuttles available. I would highly recommend this parking company, and I plan to continue to use them in the future.

Prices are great (especially booking before hand) and the service is even better. I have used the Parking Spot 2 a few times and never had an issue. I used the Parking Spot 2 last week for my trip to New Orleans and pretty much boarded the Shuttle right after I parked. When I returned to Terminal 2, there was a Shuttle already waiting so I lucked out. My drivers to and from the airport helped with my bags, gave me some tips regarding Terminal 2 and were very friendly. The Parking Spot will be my go to for parking close to the airport.

This is THE PLACE to park at Sky Harbor! Everything is easy-peasy: from the reservation process to finding your way out & onto the freeway. Covered & non-covered parking. Reasonable rates. Max shuttle bus waiting time was 3 minutes. The driver give you a card with your location written on it,,,so no worries. They take care of you even when youre in a dither trying to catch a flight. On exiting, free bottled ice cold water as a parting bonus & parting shot. Honestly the best. Even the plane crews use this lot!.

The airport shuttle bus was ready for us before we even got out of our car in their parking lot. On the way back to the car, we were in terminal 3 so I had to call ahead but they were waiting for us after we got our luggage. It is always so easy to get in touch them when youre ready for a shuttle. We love the parking spot.

Parking Spot 2 is outstanding. Wish I had found out about this location years ago. So much better than parking at Sky Harbor. They are so friendly. Parking is easy and the shuttle is always timely. It makes going to the airport so much more fun. Keep up the outstanding work!

The Parking Spot 2 has always been reliable. Courteous drivers, who pay attention to detail. They help on arrival with getting baggage out of trunk and upon return, even help lift baggage back into your trunk. Easy to spot the van at airport! And AAA offers discounts! Huge plus!

I parked here from Sunday crack of dawn until Friday mid morning for -$37 with online reservation. Spaces could be a bit bigger. Got me to the airport quite quickly - I was running late.Staff seem super nice.

Great off-site parking for the Phoenix airport. Easy in and out to 202, check in and out is super fast now with their app barcode scanner. Cost is very competitive and this cheaper the earlier you make your reservation. Very fast shuttle to pick you up and drop you off. Its probably only a 10 minute shuttle ride to the terminal, if that. And you can grab a few bottles of water at check out which is always appreciated for our return drive to Flagstaff. Highly recommended!

Using the app makes making reservations easy and checking in and out of the facility, a breeze. The van picks you up and drops you off at your car. And the drivers get your bags out of the car when they pick you up and place them back in your car when you return. Drivers are very courteous. Price is very reasonable. And any coupons can be scanned into your app and when you check out, the coupon or discount that is the best for you, is applied.

Have always had good experiences here. Good customer service. When pulling in they give you the paper and water if you need. When leaving they have cold bottles water to hand out. Nice little things that make a big difference. Makes you feel good...wish more businesses would do this.

Love parking here. The service is much faster than on the airport property, you get picked up almost as soon as you step out of your car. When you leave to pay, there is a bottle of cold water waiting for you.

I have used this parking lot several times and the staff is always courteous and the dance to the airport come often. They also try to pick you up from where your car is parked as well as taking you to your car when you return. The price is probably the best around especially if you join the spot Club.

Cost-friendly and simple! I typically take a Lyft but decided to try this out for the first time. It really added only 15 minutes on my way to the airport and roughly the same when I got back to Sky Harbor. Will definitely be back!

Gone here for the last couple of years. Drive up from Tucson to park and get shuttled to the airport. Easy parking and shuttling to the airport. Same goes on the return trip. Reasonable prices. The attendants and the drivers are efficient and nice.

This place was great for our trip. We parked the car with no problem. A shuttle was at our parking ready to load our luggage and drop us off at the airport. On the return, we found the pickup spot and with the app the shuttle was there for us in a matter of minutes. Got dropped off right back to our parking spot. Excellent service, friendly drivers

The parking was really convenient and about a 5 minute shuttle ride to the terminal. The service was so friendly from the attendant at the booth helping me out for my first time checking in, to the driver taking me to the terminal. Prices were great as well so Ill definitely be using them in the future.

Ive been using the Parking Spot 2 for nearly 25 years. Its easy to get to and have always felt my various cars over the years were totally protected.The pickup from the airport has always been prompt and the drivers areexceedingly helpful and courteous. The may be P-S 2, but they are #1 in my list.

Convenient location minutes from the airport! GREAT pricing for what you get compared to parking at Sky Harbor (PHX)! I enjoyed that pre-paying and getting a AAA discount gave an even better price than the already affordable rate. Using the app was easy upon entry and exit. Love that the shuttle picks you up right at your car and whisks you away to your terminal and then drops you right back off at your car on the return end. The bottle of water is a nice touch on the way out. I could see this being especially handy in Phoenix during the summer! I joked on the way out, what, no cookie like at Double Tree? This is the second time using The Parking Spot 2 in Phoenix and will definitely use it the next time I fly! Thank you!

Great experience! The shuttle driver was in front of our car, waiting to pick us up, before we even got the luggage out of the trunk. Coming back was the same way - we hopped in the shuttle and taken directly to our car. Super fast and great value for the money.

I haven’t had any issues with this location yet and I’ve probably used it around 5 times. I’ve never seen concern for theft and I usually get picked up quickly and the bus is rarely full. The price is reasonable at this location - be careful with this prices of this company in other states though.

We love this parking lot. They have a 24 hour fenced and gated lot that offers covered parking. The shuttle service to the airport is great. Their drivers are extremely courteous and safe, and are always around. They do so much business that you never have to wait for airport pickup for long. And when they get back to the lot they drop you off right at your car. Which is nice if its late/after hours.

I really enjoyed the check in and advance reservation option! It saved me time, and told me exactly how much Id be spending on my way out. The shuttles were clean and cool, the drivers extremely friendly (plus I loved the complementary water on the way out).

Made my reservation online, showed URL at the gate. The crew instructed me where to park. All in all, it was pretty simple. No worries about trying to find your car or how to find the right parking garage at the airport. When I checked out, the attendant at the gate gave us two water bottles for the ride home. It was 109 degrees in Phx at the time and the car registered 125 degrees (road surface temp) so the cold water was very much appreciated. I will use The Parking Spot 2 from here on out. I will tell all my friends about it too.

I appreciated the email reminder to make a holiday reservation. I would not have thought to do that on Thanksgiving weekend. It allowed us to have parking available, while others were turned away!I would highly recommend. :)

The service was efficient and the staff (in the morning) was great. My return service was not so good. The male driver drove pass the airport pick-up location, looked in the mirror and watched me struggle with my baggage and failed to assist with loading them on the bus. The female (departure) driver was courteous, assisted with baggage loading and unoading and was friendly

Easy, efficient, and the only parking I use in Denver and Phoenix! Everyone knows the Phoenix airport is spread out and off-site parking can be a challenge, the Parking Spot makes it a breeze. You get dropped off in an accessible location for sky cap service, or you can go check in at the counter. On your return, its super efficient... the buses run frequently and get you to your car safe and sound. Another great perk is their travel rewards program... if you park there a lot, you get days of free parking. They add up pretty fast!I definitely recommend!

Lot is easy to find just off Interstate. As soon as you have parked your car they are picking you up. They load your bags into shuttle bus. Lot is within 10 minutes of airport. Reasonable daily rates. Have never had any problems with vehicle security. We are frequent visitors and use reward points we earn all the time reducing the overall total bill. Free water on checkout.

Using the Parking Spot 2 was a great experience! I created an account online and pre-paid for my parking. The daily rates were already good but I received a discount for pre-paying. The app had a code to use to get in/out of the gated parking lot. The shuttle met me immediately at my spot and gave me a card with my spot number and detailed instructions on where to go in the airport to meet upon my return. The ride to/from the airport was very quick. Ive already shared my experience on my Facebook page! I will definitely use this service again!

Check in with a large van was easy. They even had an oversized space where they let me park. Quick ride to the airport. When I returned, the van was just as I had left it.

We always use them when we travel. The drivers are courteous and friendly. Driver Milo and another gentleman, helped us with our flat tire when we arrived from vacation. They put on the spare and where very nice about it.

Great parking when taking an extended trip. Reservations are recommended at busy travel seasons. The drivers are friendly and helpful with your luggage. The shuttles are timely. They pick you up at your vehicle. They give you a ticket to remind you where your vehicle is located and how to call the shuttle for the return to your vehicle.

I have been using the Parking Spot (both of them) for a couple of years and I am very satisfied. If you are a AAA member, there is always a good discount posted for the Parking Spot, which makes these lots the most reasonable near airport parking. In addition, there is always a person at the entry gate with a greeting, the parking aisles are clearly marked and the shuttle picks you up at your car within minutes of you parking. The drivers are courteous and the shuttles are clean. And, when returning, there is usually a relatively short wait before a shuttle arrives and takes me back to the lot. I will continue to use the Parking Spot every time I travel out of Sky Harbor.

I have stayed at a few of the long term parking spots around PHX airport. This one has the best service. Fast pickup in both directions, great app, easy checkout, and free ice cold water at the exit gate.

They offer both covered and noncovered parking areas. The shuttle was readily available to get to and from the airport. Highly recommend use of the The Parking Spot 2 lot and shuttle service.

Upon entry staff was very quick and friendly. Shuttle was at my car before I was even ready with my bags! On the return the staff member working the booth seemed very annoyed that I wanted her to process my checkout and not use the new machines they have input. I explained I had a discount through AAA and would be more comfortable and she sighed and put her hand out and did not speak to me the entire time during the process.

My wife and I have used the Parking Spot 2 several times during the past couple of years. Their location is convenient and easy to get to from our home in Gilbert.Their vehicles are clean inside and the shutrle drivers have been very courteous and helpful. We are AAA members, so between their discount and the other discount coupons that we find, their rates are very reasonable. We will definitely continue to use them.

Thank God Lyft and Uber are leaving Phoenix. When we switched from them to Parking Spot, we found it to be a lot cheaper. And you’re NEVER waiting for a shuttle. They seem to be magically waiting for you which is awesome.
