Two gentleman Mike Miller and Jonathan J. Were so helpful! They were kind and very considerate of my two elder parents. They made traveling a lot easier!
Best service ever! Justin Banning assisted me in Sky Harbor Phoenix. He went above and beyond! Cant say enough about this young man. Kind, helpful, and personable.
Rachelle was my escort. She was incredible. Today is 8/6/19. I needed assistance to board my flight to Denver. This young lady was fantastic. Thank you for hiring this fine young lady. Rachelle you are the best. Give that woman a raise.
Honestly it was terrible need better employees who aren’t so rude.
Chris was a very agile, quick and truly awesome young man. He was willing and more than able to get me from gate A3 to A20 in a sprint just moments ago as my flight was already boarding AA720 on 03/18/18. I am truly thankful for him and his kindness. I appreciate your assistance.
The best outfit at Sky Harbor Airport, and around the Country . We will return in the beginning of 2020 . Thanks
My Mom had to fly home on her own after an extended stay in Phoenix. She requires wheelchair assistance and is on oxygen. Shes an extremely nervous flyer and struggles with anxiety as a result of her nerves. All of this makes me nervous for her as shes in a very vulnerable state. A couple days ago Ryan C picked her up at her hotel and took her to the airport. She said he was positively the most outstanding helper shes ever had. He kept on reassuring her and telling her that he would not leave her side until everything was worked out. There were some issues with her portable oxygen machine and the WestJet checkin agent wasnt the best at communicating which heightened my Moms anxiety. Ryan C then became an advocate and trying to conflict resolve all the while managing the emotions of an elderly individual. I really dont know how to properly thank you Ryan C. You went over, above and beyond and were very grateful for your attentiveness and empathy towards helping my Mom out. Forever grateful!
Juan helped me get my Grandpa and Mom safelyto the gate. I dont know what I wouldve done without his help.
I want to personally than Keith with Prospect. My husband hurt his leg a couple of days before we flew out to Charlotte for Thanksgiving with our family. We had a short layover in Phoenix, which would not have been a problem except my husband could not keep up the pace required to get between gates. Keith came to the rescue with cart and smile and was our Thanksgiving hero!
Honestly worst service ever.
Richard did a superb job helping my wife, who is diabled. He quickly got us thru the line and told us where all the facilities were. Best wheelchair service we ever received.
There was an employee named James in Wich gave me the worst service full of pridefull behavior Wich he showed towards me in agressional behavior in Wich was uncalled for and I felt most insulted this incident happened at the American airlines curb check in, each service agent represents the company in entirety and this man even said He was a supervisor .I would never recommend this service if there are more like him in this organization
On March 3, 2018, I flew American Airlines into Sky Harbor. At 75 Ive developed several medical problems that require me to request wheelchair assistance. A young lady by the name of Briana (I think I have that correctly) was there with chair and a beautiful smile as I departed the plane. My gate for the plane change was THREE concources away, but she got me there with several min. before boarding time. Well, that would have been great except I was called back to my arrival gate as I had apparently dropped my credit card. I did not want Briana to have to go all the way back to my arrival gate and time was running out. So she flagged down one of the PHX carts. The gentleman driver said he could get me there and back in time. Briana stayed with my carry-on and chair. The wonderful cart driver was Keith Meadows. ( I got a good look at his badge.) He was soooo kind and patient as I was anxious about beingback to my boarding gate. We almost reached the first gate when I realized my i.d. and bd. pass were back with Briana. So Keith turns around and heads back. I get what I need and off we go again with Keith reassuring me that he would get me back in time before boarding ended. AND HE DID!!!! Bless him. In the meantime, Briana had bought bottled water I had requested. I hugged and thanked Keith and Briana rolled me onto the plane. She put my carry-on and cane in the overhead, took my hug, and headed for her next assignment. The tip I gave each of them was more than what I usually would have given, but Keith and Briana deserved so much more . I know Keith has a number of years on this job. Please make sure he is appreciated. Briana is new to this job but is doing wonderfully. Im sorry that this was soooooo long but the details mattered. My only diaappointment is that I dont know who to thank for finding my c.c. and turning it in. Yeah for Keith and Briana!!!
Sept. 26-This is an update for my review posted in August:In August, I called in to make a complaint regarding an incident that took place at the PHX airport involving Jesslyn Chavez (a PHX/Prospect employee). I spoke with Stacey (manager) and she was very polite, professional, and seemed very concerned about my complaint. Stacey took in every word I said, and then informed me that Jesslyn had already submitted a statement to management regarding the incident, AND she included an apology to me! Stacey mentioned that wheelchair customer transport workers can get so focused on the person theyre transporting that they may not put a lot of thought into whats going on around them at that moment. I feel very appreciative to Jesslyn for being honest about the whole thing. Sometimes employees lie to cover themselves, and this makes the customer look bad. With the way this whole situation was handled, I feel very comfortable with the idea of dealing with this company during any flights we might take to and from Phoenix in the future!
Its not a place u want to work for they still hours and had hurt pay u suppose to put u made 24 dollars in everyday for tips that u work for 8 hours to take that out ur check even if u dont make that for a whole week let alone a month they put passengers lifes at risk by using broken wheel chairs they make u pay for ur w 2 and so much more nobody sees behind the closed doors when u do it right u end up loosing ur job but if ur the one putting passengers at risk it seems like u get a raise so they are not a good company south west is has a lot better employers
I want to thank the following employees of Prospect Airport Services in Phoenix, Tinra S., Joseph M. and Bruce O. which made our trip coming back home more enjoyable. My husband is disabled and cannot walk, but these 3 individuals helped us in making sure he was taken care of after leaving the aircraft and helped with our luggage and waited until our van picked us up. We travel quite a bit and we never experience this service that these 3 employees gave us. We want to thank them again and hope we see them again to help us. These 3 are an asset to your Company.Thank you.Mr. & Mrs. E. ButherMaricopa, Az.
