Company is complete TRASH. They just want your money. I even agreed to pay for what I owe, but to go ahead and cancel what I have with them. The guys response was I have to pay for all 12 months. I’ve been with them for 3 months, not worth it. they make all these fake promises and how they will get you on google front page and build you a website and so on. Then when they don’t deliver they will blame it on you. Save your money and do your marketing elsewhere.

I must tell you, I have had people build me a website before, but I have never had anyone like Staylisted. I’m in the construction business and people expect results. Well, I expect results as well. The staff at Staylisted have produced results as my business began to collect contacts and leads right away and they kept on generating leads to this day.. I’m very happy and plan to Staylisted

Spoke over me, was very pushy and when I asked her to send me an email with the information she was explaining AT me, so I could look it over and make an Educated decision she became aggressive and bullied me. She said She spoke to my husband and he said it was up to me and my decision. Then she asked me “so do you or do you not make the decisions? “ I told her if you want my decision now then the answer is no. Our business has been with Staylisted for a several years now and I cant say enough good things about this company. Our account manager, Marco, is on top of every thing. He contacts us at least once a month to make sure we are happy with Staylisteds service or to see if we want to make any changes to our webpage. When I need to contact Marco, I can either call or shoot him and email and he gets back to me within a day or so. Sure I could put together a webpage myself but to be honest I dont have the time or the inclination to do all that. With Staylisted, I feel confident that everything is taken care of and our web presence is at the top.

What a joke, received a call from a minion that dumps me into the senior whatever. 5:10 est had to chew the guy out so I could get off the phone. Same lies I have heard many times. I paid over $1200 for a website I do not get to keep. I paid over a thousand dollars in directories/citations for them to be wrong and not corrected. Big time Scam. Do not use this company. My Google score dropped and I lost exposure after a year working with them. After I brought this to their attention they are quick to let me go. They want me to find another seo company to work with. Fake company. Scam artist at their best! These people will destroy your online presence and rob you of your money.

Cold called our business trying to sell us on the promise of listing first page on Google search results. They pitch they can get you in the top rankings, yet anyone in digital/online marketing knows that with SEO nothing can guarantee you top rankings on a SERP, and that SEO is based on continual optimization of your website and its content over time. Any reputable marketing agency will be open and honest about the SEO process and how much time and effort it truly takes. It is MUCH more than just seeding keywords on landing pages. During the call, multiple times I told the person on the phone we already work with a local agency who we are satisfied with and we were not interested, yet she continued to push her pitch to the point where I had to hang up. Another little red flag for me is how they are selling SEO services to companies but not even using a secured HTTPS website themselves - when Google has directly acknowledge this contributed to rankings.

Was skeptical about doing business with Staylisted. I assumed that they were like all the other companies promising everything under the sun and providing non. Man was I extremely wrong Mark and Kinsey answered all my questions, provided all services that they had promised, very professional and care for there customers weather you are a big company or small. I will continue to refer them to others.

My partnership with this company has been overwhelmingly positive. Seems like ages ago that I got set up with them. They explained that it would take a few months to see ROI. That was true. But then I started getting results and its only gotten progressively better. Ive dealt with Harvey whos always pleasant and professional and Alexas. Alexas is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and proactive. I couldnt be happier with the way shes handled my SEO and more recently my website. This company calls us multiple times a week, weve asked every time to be removed from their calling list and then block the number. The calls keep coming from different numbers, getting tired of the harassment.

Almost every time I know much more than the people trying to sell me and dont feel confident to let them market my online presence. SCAM - COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT - FAKE REVIEWSTHIS IS NOT A GOOGLE PARTNER! they present themselves as such, but, they are not affiliated with Google. search the Google partners. you will not find them. no account specialist with whom Ive spoken has heard of them. this is a ripoff to the extreme. fast-talking salespeople contact you, promising front page listings that never occur. they suggest having friends and family leave reviews to boost you to the top (which they promise to do without disclosing this requirement). fake reviews are illegal. they do not answer the phone after they take your hard earned money, and, have binded you to a contract with a minimum of three months. once granted access to your page, you cannot remove them as manager, forever linking you to them. you have to go through multiple channels at google to have them removed. They promised to build me a page, but, all they did was add two or three photos. the rest was done by myself prior to signing on with them. all they did was add themselves as account manager and post a couple of photos that i emailed to them. not all of the photos, either. only a couple or few. my listing has never shown up in Google search, only maps. they take $99 per month and bill you a few days earlier than what you agreed to be billed. i was lucky enough to have gotten a refund of $99 and changed my account numbers immediately. i am still out $99.00 after having done all of the work myself. additionally, after speaking with Google, I learned just two weeks ago that they listed my music lesson service as something completely different and I have to sit on the telephone with Google to have it fixed, with a charge of course. I am having to pay Google to fix the errors that I paid them to make. this company is all about taking your money and nothing else. BEWARE! Listing yourself correctly on Google is free and easy. Google recommends using only Google partners for services such as this. i now underatand why. after many emails and telephone calls that went unanswered, Im left with a loss of $99.00 plus a pending fee from Google if I want this fixed. Im embarrassed that I fell, for this scheme after being contacted by Ian who insisted that this was a promotional offer available to only certain businesses in this area. that should have been a red flag for me, a new business owner. after signing this contract, you will never come in contact with Ian again. Danielle is still listed as my account manager, and, when I attempt to remove her, the action cannot be completed. they are quick to contact you requesting payment but once they get it, good luck!The company replies to all reviews with nonsense about payment. That is not true. Additionally, they absolutely claim to be a Google Partner, exactly as I stated, in their argument with Travis, whereas they said that they never claimed to be Google in their reply to me.The statement in reference to not making my payments is fabricated. They absolutely received my payment. I convinced them to return my payment so that I could afford to make payment on another service which was detrimental to the operations of my company and explained that I loved their services and would gladly pay the outstanding amount and that there was no need for discounts. if they refunded the $99 they had charged me as a kind of loan, then I would be so grateful to them, but if I not pay the bill, I would lose my entire business.They fell for it. The moment it cleared, I contacted my bank to dispute the first months charge. They took credit for creating a website for me. They did not create anything for me. The only thing they did was add a persons name to my google account which caused me to be locked out of it & listed themselves as author after gaining access to the page.DO NOT ALLOW THEM ACCESS TO YOUR PAGE!they convinced my bank that they created the Google Business Page which I created months before I ever heard of them because they listed themselves as author.THEY STOLE MY WORK, DEFAMED MY COMPANY & CHARGED ME $99 FOR IT!!!

First off they misrepresented themselves as a google representative. I didnt even know the name Stay listed until i realized i wasnt working with a Google rep. So i had to ask them the company name. Should have been a red flag for me, but im such a nice guy and am always looking on the positive side. So i somehow signed a 12 month contract for their services and was promised to be on the front page of google. I paid for them to set up my generic webpage and patiently wait for them to set it up on google. 3 months go by and still nothing. I do tree work and my season pretty much ends in the fall/ winter. At this point i have already invested over 750 dollars in stay listed and have a $0 on return on investment and its pretty much the end of the season for me so i decided to write them a letter cancelling my policy with them due to the lack of service and the false promise of getting my business on the front page of google. I have had a lot better luck with Home advisor. After reading reviews on stay listed i now realize that i have been dooped. I had to cancel my credit card so they can no longer steal money from my account. Now they call me ten times a week from local phone numbers threatening me to pay for the rest of my service contract. Seems like this company gets people to sign contracts and banks on the contract to make money instead of honest work. I mean how can you try and make someone pay you for services that you dont provide. If a client of mine signs a contract with my company to remove a tree and i dont remove the tree for what ever reason, im not going to try and force them to pay me. Also i do subcontracting for other tree companies, and when i do i do a great job and do everything i can to make sure that company is making a good profit off my efforts. Stay listed does not have that mentality, seems like all their efforts are for them to make money regardless if your making money.

Staylisted will over promise and not deliver. They will took my money and refused to provide we with the website quality they promised. They never loaded the pictures that I sent them. They would not respond to several emails and phone calls until I dispiuted canceled and my charge card; then they called. Dont get fooled by the persistent salesmen. Dont believe the 4.0 reviews.

Marissa has not only insured that I stay on the front page of my listing but also that I am protected from any out of the blue changes google might make. She is very hands on which is a dramatic change from the previous company who I had working with me. There are all kinds of ways you can tweak things to get exposure. And I am glad I have an expert like her in my corner to do that. She is very personable too. Recently I have been sending her pictures of my dogs at the end of our weekly phone meetings. It is all about the doggies!

Fortunately did not sign up with them. I have online marketing experience (but lack the time right now to do it myself) and after asking a couple more pointed questions and getting moved up the chain of hard sell managers - there were way too many red flags on knowledge and tactics.Just a couple things that stood out or many.1. Definite Hard Sell with a greater discount offered the higher up I went in their sales chain.2. Want to charge maintenance fees on things that require extremely little maintenance if any. One thing Ive notice as I look for a legit marketing company is that these iffy ones will attempt to charge you for things you get for free.3. Told me that Google charges you for having a Google My Business account and being on Google maps, thus they have to charge you. This is not true. Google has never charged me for these services.4. They intend to set up a landing page which they will optimize to show up in the 1st page of G search results (theyll throw in Bing for free haha). Massive Red Flag - You dont own this page, you dont own your presence through them - they own this ergo they own your online presence. You dont want that.5. You can have your own page which they will link to hopefully bringing you up as well. Red Flag - always have your own website and the place you do business be #1.6. They claim to get you leads. Theyll do this through your Google My Business account, which will naturally get you leads. They are claiming to be responsible for leads they didnt in most case earn. Turn off their access to your Google account and the leads they can claim will drop off.Anyways, going on more than I should. Maybe you can get some value out of them but from my conversation, I would be very wary. Im going to keep looking for a company that is genuine. Google should investigate the tactics of this company and their competitor Ad.IQ. They are the same. Good luck.

UPDATE 01-21-20The company replied to my review a long time ago with nonsense about payment. That is not true. Additionally, they absolutely claim to be a Google Partner, exactly as I stated, in their argument with Travis, whereas they said that they never claimed to be Google in their reply to me.The statement in reference to not making my payments is fabricated. They absolutely received my payment. I convinced them to return my payment so that I could afford to make payment on another service which was detrimental to the operations of my company and explained that I loved their services and would gladly pay the outstanding amount and that there was no need for discounts. if they refunded the $99 they had charged me as a kind of loan, then I would be do grateful to them, but if I didnt not pay the bill, I would lose my entire business.They fell for it. The moment it cleared, I contacted my bank to dispute the first months charge. They took credit for creating a website for me. They did not create anything for me. The only thing they did was add a persons name to my google account which caused me to be locked out of it and listed themselves as author after gaining access to the page.DO NOT ALLOW THEM ACCESS TO YOUR PAGE!they convinced my bank that they created the Google Business Page which I created months before I ever heard of them because they listed themselves as author.THEY STOLE MY WORK & CHARGED ME $99 FOR IT!!!Original Review:THIS IS NOT A GOOGLE PARTNER! they present themselves as such, but, they are not affiliated with Google. search the Google partners. you will not find them. no account specialist with whom Ive spoken has heard of them. this is a ripoff to the extreme. fast talking salespeople contact you, promising front page listings that never occur. they suggest having friends and family leave reviews to boost you to the top (which they promise to do without disclosing this requirement). fake reviews are illegal. they do not answer the phone after they take your hard earned money, and, have binded you to a contract with a minimum of three months. once granted access to your page, you cannot remove them as manager, forever linking you to them. you have to go through multiple channels at google to have them removed. They promised to build me a page, but, all they did was add two or three photos. the rest was done by myself prior to signing on with them. all they did was add themselves as account manager and post a couple of photos that i emailed to them. not all of the photos, either. only a couple or few. my listing has never shown up in Google search, only maps. they take $99 per month and bill you a few days earlier than what you agreed to be billed. i was lucky enough to have gotten a refund of $99 and changed my account numbers immediately. i am still out $99.00 after having done all of the work myself. additionally, after speaking with Google, I learned just two weeks ago that they listed my music lesson service as something completely different and I have to sit on the telephone with Google to have it fixed, with a charge of course. I am having to pay Google to fix the errors that I paid them to make. this company is all about taking your money and nothing else. BEWARE! Listing yourself correctly on Google is free and easy. Google recommends using only Google partners for services such as this. i now underatand why. after many emails and telephone calls that went unanswered, Im left with a loss of $99.00 plus a pending fee from Google if I want this fixed. Im embarrassed that I fell, for this scheme after being contacted by Ian who insisted that this was a promotional offer available to only certain businesses in this area. that should have been a red flag for me, a new business owner. after signing this contract, you will never come in contact with Ian again. Danielle is still listed as my account manager, and, when I attempt to remove her, the action cannot be completed. they are quick to contact you requesting payment but once they get it, good luck!

Would not recommend this service to anyone. Won’t check in to see how things are going, won’t contact you to see if you would like to extend your contract will just continue to bill. along with a long list of other issue that we had with them and never had resolved, worst experience with a company ever!!!!! Would give 0 stars if possible.

This company just wants your money. Their services are non existent. Once they have you bank information you become just another number. They said their services would generate calls. I had them for over 6 months and had absolutely NO calls from potential clients. The individuals that was supposedly my contact straight up lied about the hundreds of calls the reportedly captured to my business. What a waste of money and time.

The only reason why I gave them a 1 start is because I can’t give them no / zero stars. This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with is my life. I called them during business hours all day and couldn’t get ahold of anyone it took them 3 days to finally contact me back.

This is an awesome company. As a small business owner it is important to know my money is well spent and leads to result. I work with Brittany and she is very responsive. She makes herself available to me whenever I have questions or requests. She is pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend for value and results.

They called me.. many of times now. I’m all for cold calling make your money. But when I say I’m getting a website made and getting my seo taken care of. Don’t try and keep selling me on it, by the end of the conversation the guy asked will I be paying with visa or MasterCard. I respect the hustle but it gets old being called many times a year from them. So won’t give a 1 star but also don’t like being called many times a year. So a 2 star until they take me off their calling list then will give them a 4 star.
