The New Times has been around longer than Ive been in Arizona! Announcing concerts, jobs and interesting stories along the whole three decades Ive been here. The fact I just happened to win a surprise pack from them is awesome! Even though I cant wear any of the shirts because they are large, medium and small. Im more of a 2X kind of guy. Still very cool of them none the less

Good Local news mag, the Local Music reviews & Critics used to be good - But the writers as of 2010s -from what Ive seen and read-dont seem to enjoy their Local Music Scene too much & tend to write more interview type essays on the music they review these days. I used to love the fact that the 1990s - 2010s New Times music writers used to be seen out & about a lot at Local concerts and you could always depend on a unbiased LIVE review at least of some of the more talented Local musicians and artists that they would write about, from experience. They were in touch with the pulse of the scene back then. Now it is more about whats trendy & hip.

I would love for the FREEDOM hating CHUMP that called ARIZONA locals racist because we dont want LINDA SAR SOUR PUSS to spread her evil self enslaving ideas with good Christian people, to kindly apologize and LEAVE Arizona. You know what they say, doesnt hurt to ask. Not sure the same can be said for being forced

I went there one time when my first two CD albums were published and planned to buy some advertising. Big mistake!Not only were they extremely rude to me, they ordered me leave leave immediately, and a security guard escorted me out of their office. The guard told me that he had never seen anyone treated that badly by the New Times. Since then I never read it at all. It may be free, but in my humble opinion thats way too much .

Ive been a fan of the New Times since the 80s. Still a fan.

Beautiful, historic building in the heart of downtown. The high ceilings and ancient staircases are complimented by an open Plaza and waterfall.

When we first moved here, I used the them to figure out which restaurants and concerts to go and to get a feel about what is going around Phoenix. Dont care much about the politics side of it. Other than that, Ive won twice with the contests that they do
