UPDATE: I have copies of the emails received and sent to your company, and the calls that you are making to me are post review, so of course I wont answer your calls at this point. I have already hired another company that responded to my request immediately. You shouldnt place blame on others, especially potential clients, for lapses in communication.Original: This seemed to be a solid company but when I tried to contact them to see if they were a good fit, I was unable to talk to anyone after multiple attempts. I first filled out a contact form from their website and received automated responses. In the response was a link to the owners calendar to schedule a call. I scheduled a call and never received the call. Then one of their employees left a message with my office and when I called back and left a message for that individual, I received no call back. Finally I sent another email, on a Friday, to the owner expressing these issues and that I would like a call on Monday if he wants my business. Apparently they have too much business since I never heard from him yet again. Skip these guys if you want good communication.

Had a conference call with Edgar and Randy. Going over my free business evaluation made my jaw drop. They sound super confident in what they do and their client numbers are impressive.. which is why I’m eager to see what they can do for my business. As nervous and excited as I am, I feel that my family pest company is in good hands.

I like the fact that Randy includes a multitude of services at no additional cost. Saving me money by cancelling my contracts with 2 SEO companies and a web hosting service since I started. I have to leave Soderman Marketing a review as Im really exited in regards to how successful their service has been for my company. The process started a few months back in May and as of now, my carpet cleaning site is bringing in enough business that I need to start looking for help. This is a great situation to be in and I cant say enough about this company. By the way, now worried about competition as they only work with one industry per location! They are already started working on the second location and Ill stop back in to give an update on that progress.

Soderman ranked us for two separate businesses in two different locations. The second location took a bit longer but it was more competitive. We are actively scouting locations for our third business. These guys are the real deal and actually care about the businesses they work with.

With today’s technology it is quite possible to run your entire business online. In my 3 years of business doing Yelp and ads on craigslist, I never seen my weekends become booked as fast as they are now. UPDATE: 10/28/16 ...totally ethical firm. After posting this review they quickly got in touch with me and made me aware they had thought a refund had been issued. I let them know it had not and they were very prompt with the refund of the initial web build fee. Solid business practices.We did not have a good experience with this firm. They created a site for us (which we paid for) which was quickly flagged as duplicate content by google. That page was than to be recreated to correct the problem and we waited weeks for its recreation. We checked in several times and finally gave up as it was obvious the company was no longer interested in our business. Absolute waste of upfront money to design a generic website which looked nice, however did nothing.

Soooo ineffective, and with a culture of sarcasm, denial and false promises. The company shows all the signs of a struggling enterprise suffering from the founders super-inflated ego.

I had expected much better results after 6 months. Took them a while to take me off the billing cycle, but at least my money was returned.

I’m not one to easily take time out of my busy day to write a review. But I must tell anyone thinking of doing business with this company to beware. Heres what I was told listen to see if any of this sounds familiar to what they told you. I was told I would get a weekly update by phone every Friday . I was told my website would be live in three weeks after Onboarding t I was told they would post content for me on my social media accounts I was told I would be billed month to month any of this ring a bell. Well none of the above ever happened . Now I will tell you what did happen when they began to optimize my website I immediately dropped of of google I could not even find my company they said it was due to all the back links and rich content they were adding to my online presence.Well After reaching out to them multiple times and telling them I could no longer even find my business on google I was told that they were able to find me and that I was ranking well above were I was before. ONBOARDING. Well I finally did find my business on google and I was ranking way lower than I was b4 Onboarding with this company and to this date my ranking on google has been ruined and has not gotten near were I was before using them...Well as you can imagine I cancelled my service and after cancelling they still charged my credit card . I was told I would be receiving a refund but they lied about that to I have not received my refund. If anyone thinks I’m exxagerating the truth I have multiple recorded voice messages and text messages to and from them that prove all I have written in this review.

Far better customer service and very pleased with our catering rankings.

These guys are lowering themselves to the level of the random scam emails from SEO companies overseas. Been sending unsolicited emails constantly (which is against Federal law). Such a pain. Dont do business with this guy for this reason alone.
