Almost a great experience. Since my website was deployed, it has been a good experience. My account manager (Michael) has been great, as hes been very helpful. My complaint is that It took a while (over two months) to get the website deployed, and I was still being charged the monthly fee during that time, even though the website was not complete.

The reason why I give BizIQ two stars is because it was my fault not do all my research in the first place. I spent almost $20,000 with BizIQ from Social Media to SEO packages over the last 9 months. They were always professional and politically correct on the phone but they didnt deliver what I had hired them for. The biggest disappointment was the $3,500 per month SEO package. I can only suggest never sign up for that. I provided them on the first day with all my log in information to my websites and they confirmed that it works. A months and $3,500 later some of their team was still not able to log in so I had to walk them through the process.READ THEIR CONTRACT. If you sign up for a 90 day agreement, but you have to cancel this agreement 60 days before it actually expires - otherwise it extends automatically. This is very deceptive on their end and tries to trick customers into a longer term agreement. I caught their trick and was able to cancel right in time.I hired them to write three articles about my product and create backlinks - after 3 months, they are still no able to write them without any grammar or logical mistakes ( the first sentence of a three times revised article is:Can A Specific Types of Blind Make My Home More Energy Efficient?).A job you get done via Fivrr for $150 one time fee in one day.I hired them because they are USA based and I thought I will get true value but this was not the case.I cut my losses and am glad I am able to move forward with another company.

The only thing this company did well with was renewing our website. That’s all they are good for. Don’t waste your time or money on this company. Not worth the hassle!
