Paul was able to remove the links in my new Rado watch 5 years ago when all the other watch places could not figure it out. When he took the time to watch the Rado You Tube video, I knew I had found a great resource for all my watch repairs and purchases. I left my watch for repair and they hold it for over 6 months and never responded I keep calling too many times sometimes they turn me around sometimes they answer me but they said that not ready yet finally I have to come to the shop to concern about it he is very rude unprofessional and bad etc … I had to bring my watch home with the mess I could not believe there is a worst business like that ever in this world BAD BAD BAD do not trust

I had a great experience here. This place is the best and very affordable if you need a watch battery replaced. I was in and out, within 10 minutes. My old battery leaked in the watch so I needed more work but it was very fast. I am very pleased with the customer service here. This is the best spot in Philly for watch repairs.

This shop is incredible! Paul gave me fair pricing when he could have up-charged me. He was friendly. And did the work while I waited. The candy jar didnt hurt, either. Highly recommend!!!!

Had a Bulova clock fixed that had stopped working. Reasonable price. Took longer than i thought but its working great. I will use them again if needed.

I would rate 6 stars. Paul repaired my Tag Professional, as I waited in the store. He is an experienced watch repairer. Very friendly. Repair was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend.Went to All in Time for a second time, and, again, they were great. This time they worked on what had been my fathers Jules Jurgensen. This watch had ceased to run about 35 years ago. They brought it back to as new condition. Extremely pleased.
