Faith worked with us and our venue to plan the details and logistics of the day and made one of my biggest dreams come true by shooting Christmas-themed engagement photos at an amazing location.Fast-forward to the wedding, and Faith and her assistant photographer Matt captured the “typical” wedding moments perfectly and photographed some truly special candid moments that we would have never seen otherwise. The photos arrived quickly after our wedding, even though it was over the Christmas and New Year’s Holidays. It is 6+ months from our wedding date, and they took such great pictures that we have had that hard of a time choosing photos for our complimentary album. Faith and her company were phenomenal to work with for our December 2017 wedding. We could not have asked for a better experience. We had to postpone our original wedding due to a major, medical family emergency 4 weeks prior to our wedding date in 2016. Faith was nothing but supportive and understanding throughout this difficult time. When we finally had everything re-planned and set to go for 2017, our photographer within her company was not available for our new date. Faith generously offered to photograph our wedding instead!!! She was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process and throughout the day of our wedding. Looking back, I can’t imagine working with any other wedding photographer. We had a rather large wedding party, but with Faith’s detailed timeline and schedule, the day was perfect…we did not miss a thing!!! We loved her ideas for pictures and if we wanted to make a change or add a shot we didn’t originally plan, she gladly did it! It was a pleasure to have her with us throughout the day. Her assistant Dave was great as well!! He even laid in the snow several times to get various shots….amazing!! It snowed most of the day of our wedding, and Faith and Dave could not have been more excited and encouraging, and our pictures are even more wonderful than I would have ever imagined. Faith is truly talented and has a passion for her work!! We are so thankful she and Dave were there to capture every moment of the mom perfect day!!

We used Faith from Faith West Photography for our January 2016 wedding and I could not have been happier with my choice! I am an extreme worrier and with Faith, I was completely at ease. My wedding was July 26, 2015 and our day was absolutely perfect! We are so pleased and honored to have Faith West as our photographer. The photos she takes are absolutely amazing. She offers so much with her package compared to other photographers I looked into and friends of mine used. She brings an assistant with is so nice. He was able to get impromptu photos while she is taking staged ones. I had all 7 nieces and nephews in my wedding (ages 20 months - 7 years) and there are great shots of them throughout the day. She does such an amazing job at capturing the memories of your day so they last a lifetime. My husband and I hired Faith West for our photography of our wedding as well as our engagement pictures. While we are currently still in our selection process of our pictures, we could not be more pleased with their coverage and the digital prints we have been reviewing, In fact, we are taking so much time because it is so difficult to choose between their approximately 1,000 photos they have sent us for download. Two photographers covered our entire wedding and the moments prior when both the bridal party and groomsmen were dressing and prepping. The photographers had great ideas and allowed us to integrate our ideas as well. The photographer even stood in the ocean to get the perfect shots. We could not have enough good things to say about Faith & her staff. The day we met with Faith and saw her work, we knew nothing else would even compare. The photos she takes are not only great shots, but they just POP! They were truly amazing! We chose Faith West Photography after tons of online research and three other photographer interviews. When we met Faith, we were so glad we kept looking until we found her! She exudes professionalism and enthusiasm at the same time, and her work speaks for itself. However, what we found invaluable is Faith’s ability to clearly articulate what she needs in order to get the best possible photos. She told us things like “Look down to your left, turn to the right, raise your chin a tiny bit” and even though sometimes it felt a little strange, the poses came out just perfectly! Faith also captured amazing, perfect, priceless photos with our two large and energetic dogs (which I didn’t really believe was possible!) at both our engagement session and on our wedding day. She and her assistant photographer, Simone, also handled a very packed dance floor during our reception and captured some of the best memories of our wedding. We highly recommend Faith to everyone!

Faith West Photography is as reliable as they come. Ive been using them for corporate photography for many years and all of my clients rave about the quality. From event photography to headshots, Faith and her team are always flexible and fabulous.

I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of the pictures from my daughters 1st Birthday/ Baby Naming Ceremony. I am so upset till this day that I do not have a single photo I would even put in a photo album. I hired Faith West Photography based on the work I saw on her website which is nothing like what mine turned out. The photographer that she sent to shoot our event is inexperienced and is clearly not ready to represent her photography studio. As agreed, he was supposed to take pictures of our family and walk around with us as we took pictures with our guests. I asked for no candid shots of people eating with their mouths open as that is not a memory i wanted to have for this event. I had at least 15 pictures of candid shots that are just ridiculous and embarrassing. He directed us to stand in a spot which turned out to be the worse lighting he could have found. All of my pictures are orange. Yes, Orange! We all have white spots on our heads and lots of blurry pictures that shouldnt be blurry since they are not in motion. During the event, the photographer was just leaning back and relaxing. When I realized he wasnt taking pictures, I asked him to please start walking around and taking pictures of us and the guests. My family and friends that I shared this with also found this to be extremely orange and of horrible quality. I tried to reach out to Faith West several times by phone and email with no luck until 5 months later. When addressing this to Faith West she stood by her photographer without even looking at the pictures and did apologize for not getting back to me though. I asked her again if she can please look at the photos and take the spots off our faces and filter the tone of the photo so i can have some sort of photos to keep. She then agreed to alter and adjusted what she could. She said there is only so much she can do because that is how the photos were taken. They also never sent me a disc until i had to ask them a few times for it. I totally got the short end of the stick with Faith West Photography and dont have any great moments captured from one of our most important celebrations of our lives.A year later we had another event at the same restaurant where we used Irina Bak Photography and the pictures are fabulous! They are clear and actual to the lighting that is there. I dont understand what happened, but wish I can turn back time and take my own pictures and not completely have relied on faith west Photography so I can at least have some good moments captured.

Faith and her staff made our wedding day so memorable. They are such hard working people. Faith always responded to e-mails quickly, as well as make sure I understood the timeline for that day. They did everything they could to make sure they got the right shots. They have a lot of artistic and fun ideas for pictures. They are also very open minded if you have an idea for a picture also. Faith also took our engagement photos, which came out so beautiful. We still get compliments on them! You will not be dissapointed by hiring Faith or anyone is her company! I got married back in December, and have taken way too long to write a review about Faith West photography! I spent a lot of time browsing online last year, looking for the perfect photographer for our December wedding in center city Philadelphia, and Faith’s name kept coming up. Looking at all of our beautiful photographs, I’m so glad we chose her! She did our engagement session in the Wissahickon Park (Forbidden Drive) mid-morning in early June last year and I was able to get the lush green surroundings to beautifully pop in the pictures. The pictures came out gorgeous, and I was able to use them for invites, as part of wedding decorations and so forth. She even got our rowdy, then 1-year old, chocolate Labrador to cooperate for the family shots! For our wedding (at the Bellevue), she arrived right on time in the morning with her assistant. She was able to capture many genuine, off-the-cuff moments as I got ready with my closest family and friends. She knew the venue very well, and knew the best spots in the old hotel for pictures. We braved the cold, and got tons of beautiful pictures by the City Hall, Union League steps, on Broad Street. The outdoor pictures are my favorite ones from the wedding. Our reception was very lively – dancing from start to finish. She was able to capture the craziness of it all. At the last minute I had started stressing that I had not gotten a videographer for the wedding… we didn’t really need it in the end! Faith and her assistant were able get such good (and funny) shots from all the partying, that no video was needed to tell the story. We wanted Faith to stay through the entire wedding, and paid for an extra 30 minutes, and we’re so glad we did. We received high and low res images of the wedding approximately 7-8 weeks after the wedding. I thought it was a very reasonable wait. Throughout the process, Faith was extremely organized and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a wedding or engagement photographer in Philly!

I heard so many compliments from my guests about how great he was. Hieu was smiling, easy going and a great time throughout our whole wedding day.
