Stream Philly made it possible for us to celebrate our graduates by producing an outstanding virtual Conferment and Commencement ceremony.Graham and Michael were professional, experienced, and accommodating. We brought them on site for a one day, multi-camera video shoot. They went above and beyond by flying to Texas to film our Honorary Degree recipient when he was unable to come to us. The care and attention to detail they displayed allowed my very nervous speakers to feel relaxed and supported, enabling them to deliver great performances. Incorporating a teleprompter to the on-site recording permitted my speakers to look directly into the camera, giving our online audience the feeling that the speaker was engaging with them one on one. We talked about each speaker prior to their arrival and Stream Philly paid attention to our comments. They adjusted their approach with each speaker, giving each of them the right level of support and time to feel confident.Michael and Graham did an amazing job with the editing of the video content, incorporating our graphic assets, and adhering to our brand standards. The overlay of the audio files, provided by our voice over artist, was impeccable.On the day of the event, Stream Philly provided us with a secure live stream event, with multiple redundancies to make sure our event went off without a hitch. They worked with our web team in advance to test the connections on our site and the morning of production, they tested them again. I had no doubt that they would be able to deliver on their promises and it was one of the best Commencement Day experiences I have had in my fifteen years at USciences.

When my production company that has worked with Martin Guitar for over 6 years, needed a vendor to execute a remote conference that traditionally has over 150,000 attendees (The NAMM Show), we wanted to make sure we found the right provider. Stream Philly did an amazing job at the Scholarship Award Night for our graduating Seniors. They were able to stream from our school and add prerecorded speeches by some of the donors plus utilize Zoom to show each student recipient. Though it was not the same due to COVID, I think the students, parents, and teachers appreciated being able to be recognized and see one another get these awards they worked so hard for!
