Unprofessional doesn’t come close to describing this group. The office - the crew - awful! No matter how cheap they are - could never be worth dealing with such people

This is a very good company. We have used them 3 times. They are very professional. When you call them they respond very quickly, sometimes in the same day.They arrive on time and complete their work quickly and efficiently. They are very pleasant and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

Great company to deal with. Ive used them on the last 3 homes Ive owned- 1st time was back in 2001. Professional, responsible and consistently offer a competitive value.I end up using them at least once a year and like the fact Ive found a company I can trust to work around my home and neighbors- without worry. We needed a tree removed, and they had the best price. Their workers were polite, fast, and efficient. They moved our furniture and planters to do their work and replaced them when they were done. They cleaned up every scrap of debris from the removal, along with all the leaf litter and material already in our yard *and* our side alley. When we need more tree work done, we will call them first.

Would highly recommend. They really came through for us during a difficult time.

Pinecrest is a savior. After months of no action by the Fairmount Park Commission to remove a curbside tree that they planted and was now cracking my main sewer line, they stepped in promptly and provided excellent service. They accomplished in less than three hours what the park commission drug their feet on for months. Would recommend in a heartbeat. PS. My sister is just got on the commissions list for removal of two curbside trees after 2 1/2 years.

Called two other tree service companies to survey the job one didnt returned my phone call the other did not come out ever. With Pinecrest tree services I scheduled a estimate on their website and was called by their office staff early Monday. I hired this company to cut a tree down. They gave me a great quote and advice. Then they came to cut the tree, and collected payment before the job was done. They started the cut and then the crew left without saying anything. I looked out to see that the tree was not all the way down. When I called, they said they would be back because they needed a bigger saw. It has been over a month of me calling them and they keep saying they are coming, but have not returned. Maybe they might see this review and come out. It has been a month and two weeks. I will update weekly until the job is done, or I am refunded.Another week has passed: tree still here. Two more weeks have passed: tree is still here. Company offered me $200 back but warned that someone else will charge more to cut it down. I am considering my legal options. This is outrageous. Tree job was started in July. Was not completed until January. Im sure this company can do great work. I would not rehire them.

I have used Pinecrest twice in the last several years and have been very pleased with the service provided. Both times were for trimming trees located on a narrow Philadelphia street - a challenge in itself.Work on another tree required them to obtain a permit and post notices re parking etc.that was carried out in a very reasonable time frame. The beforehand prep allowed the actual work the next day to be done quickly, efficiently and safely. The sevice provided was friendly, professional, efficient, courteous and thorough including cleanup afterwards. I will use Pinecrest again and gladly give a referral to others.

Terrible service they took longer than an hour to bring out my food.

Bob and the guys were great, fast and efficient. Cleaned up afterwards also. I would definitely use their service again and would recommend to them to anyone. Pincrest tree sevice removed a sycamore tree from my backyard. And I am very satisfied of the service.
