The Bettinger Company is a very professional agency and helped me get a great job!! I actually found them through an ad on Facebook and sent my resume in. They scheduled me come in for an interview, but my worker was was nice enough to email me a tutorial for Microsoft word so when I took the test I aced it. It was a lot of paper work to fill out when I first came in, but it was worth it. They called me the very next day with an interview with a large manufacturing company for a receptionist position. Im working there now and have learned so much in the 5 weeks that Ive been there, that it has totally been worth it. My resume already looks so much better in case this assignment ends, but hopefully it will go long term or better yet, I will get hired permanently. I told my friend about it, who is actually serious about getting a good job, and she is interviewing with another worker there later this week! Definitely recommend them and only have good things to say!!!

Having been unemployed for a bit due to a layoff in 08, I was unsure of what I was walking into. I signed up with one company who, even after testing me and checking my background, kept sending me on job interviews - ???? NO MONEY - JUST INTERVIEWS! My past experience with temping was such that one did the previous with the company and then, because the company checked you out they were the reputable source upon which the hiring entity based your candidacy. I was SOOOO happy to walk into The Bettinger Co and have that be the case. My very first assignment was with a very reputable hospital in the Philadelphia area - and it didnt take them forever to place me there - within two weeks of my signing on with them. I went through the process, applications, background checks, physical, drug screening, THE WORKS - and Bettinger even paid for my clinical testing, fingerprinting and my PPD; in a nutshell, I was READY TO WORK and they made it such that, on their reputation, I WAS READY FOR ASSIGNMENT!!!! To-date, theyve never made idle promises - they let me know when an assignment is short-term, long-term, or can go to long-term and, in order, my three assignments with them have been that way; right now I am working on a long-term, indefinite assignment with a major hospital in the Wynnefield area and I am happy to be working full-time, getting paid weekly, and, get this, for the month of July, I am employee of the month!!! I just show up every day (on time), do my job to the best of my ability - an honest days work for an honest days pay - and everything else just takes care of itself. So, thats just my experience with The Bettinger Co. to-date, and I have no reason to think things will go in any direction but UP! Perhaps this can someday be your story too!! :~)
