One of the worst companies Ive ever worked for but my fellow co workers were wonderful and I miss them but the management was horrible and they had no clear direction on how to manage their employees and they didn’t give out any proper compensation to their employees always finding the bad and what the employees did wrong. I would not recommend for anyone to work for this company and also to move up in the company you have to be on the Managers good side for example when the Manager from Alabama “Brenae English” you had to kiss up to her and give her praise like she was some type of god or something which is not right at all. Stay away from this company at all cost it’s not worth your peace of mind. You would get treated better working at WAWA, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!
User platform is not user friendly been a customer for over 3 years and they keep selling out and changing, can never get exact answers and the technical support team seems like they dont even know their program
Software is not intuitive and technical support leaves much to be desired. If I were building my call center again I would not consider this company or its software. Very frustrating.
The worst job that I have had in my career. No upward mobility. Lack of direction from management. Its rather difficult to lead a team of technical support people with no technical ability.
