From the scheduling of the appointment, to completing my tax return, everything was exemplary. The young lady that answers the telephone and greets you is like I had trained her myself. I met with Brett to file my taxes on February 27. After a week of not receiving an update or being able to call, I went to office again. We were told that an update would be given that afternoon; however, we are in mid April and have received nothing.

GOT $2000 THIS MORNING TO FIX MY CAR!!!! So I usually go to HR Block to file my tax return. But searched Google for someone closer. I found this company. Was a little hesitant at first. When I arrived. I was very impressed. The place is very clean and cozy. The have snacks and beverages (All Free I might add). The man I worked with was very nice and made Me feel extra comfortable. I was only there for 40 min not like the other place where I waited for 1-2 hours. I highly recommend this place. For as long as I gotta do taxes. This will be my place. My friend gave a glowing recommendation for Parker, however I experienced the complete opposite. I gave a ton of private info to their office and they never followed up, until 2 wks later. Didnt leave a msg, but did send an email apologizing for delayed response, one wk later still nothing.
