Really everyone there is so welcoming and kind. They give you all the details you need about caring for the tattoo after the laser session and are very open to questions. I highly recommend going and even though I have only had one treatment, I am very hopeful that all my returning visits will be just as good.

I made an appointment for a consultation.I am an Estheician myself and was a little nervous about the damage it may cause. As soon as I walked in the Esthetician and Nurse upfront were so sweet and so welcoming. They put my worries to rest. I was able to start my first session that day. They were very gentle. Not much pain. I am a very sensitive person due to my special needs and I had no pain. I needed no breaks. I felt safe loved and comfortable. I had to get a literal demon off my chest. They are very good people compassionate wise. I love how they know what they are doing. It is not different people like new workers every time. I am a tattoo artist and I work at Frequency in East Falls, Philadelphia. The Removery is AWESOME. Tattoos are a commitment but they dont have to be a lifelong one!! Everybody has tattoos they regret, especially artists. I have some pretty cringe stuff from my teenage years. Thankfully the Removery exists and is super quick and professional. Somewhere along the line, Anna (the tech) asked me if I had any questions but I truly didnt because she was SO thorough with the introduction. The process itself was over in seconds. It’s been a week since my first session of removal. My 5-year-old tattoo gets lighter at where the ink is not so deep. Really looking forward to see what will happen in the following treatments. Guys at Removery are extremely nice and informative. They also followed up to see how the healing goes and gave me a thorough instruction of how to care for the tattoo.

Everyone working there is super nice and thorough in all they do and explained what they were doing/ going to do. Everyone is super respectful and care for the patient. The removal was not bad at all. Hurt a bit but I was allowed to take as many breaks as I needed. The process as well as the after care was well explained and I understood everything easily. I just completed my first visit to the Removery and had a great experience. The facilities are in a great location and are clean, bright, and welcoming. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Alina and Donna and after some preliminary health questionnaires had my consult with Rob who assessed my tattoo then walked me through the process and what to expect along my tattoo removal journey. Donna was my technician and performed my first laser removal session which was far less painful than I had anticipated and took less than 5 minutes! They sent me home with aftercare instructions and an appointment for my next visit in 6 weeks. Day 2, very mild discomfort (a bit like a sunburn). I had no idea what to expect with laser removal when I scheduled my free consultation for 6/12 & I was completely nervous. After becoming informed of the process, how the ink breaks down & payment options, along with their open availability, I knew I wasnt leaving without having my first session. After the first few spots on my tattoo were zapped in seconds, I thought & said later why didnt I do this sooner?! My first experience here was great! The staff are friendly and skilled. I have a small tattoo of my name on my arm which will require mulitple sessions to remove, The laser just feels like a little pinch and it took like maybe a minute the process I was in and out. They were very helpful! I went in for a consultation regarding a removal and the woman who saw me was very nice and able to answer all of my questions. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment and was able to be seen right away, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They also gave me the option to begin the removal process immediately as they had open slots.

My experience has been so positive! During the consultation they were really friendly and explained the process in depth. I put off making my first appointment for a while because I was afraid it was going to hurt - but my fears were wrong! The first appointment went so well, the actual lasering part only lasted about 15 seconds and barely hurt at all. Definitely hurt less than actually getting the tattoo! They use a cold compress to numb your skin first, and it actually works so well. I recommend checking out their Instagram page to see more of the process and get a feel for what it’ll be like! My one complaint is of course, how expensive it is but it’s standard for the industry and they let you break it out into multiple payments so it isn’t so bad. I really recommend this place for getting rid of unwanted ink! :)

They assured me that I would be able to get my tattoo fully removed and they have the technology that is best for me (Im black so I was afraid of seeking removal based on the countless Youtube videos I watched about terrible experiences on black skin). I also experienced scarring when my tattoo healed so I was nervous about how tattoo removal would affect the scarring. I just switched to the Removery after a few sessions at my local dermatologist office which hasn’t been producing much results. The folks at Removery are super friendly and knowledgeable about the tattoo removal process and are so patient to explain everything to me during my consult. I also love that they are transparent about what to expect for results and about costs and financing options. They are also very quick to respond to my aftercare questions via text messages after I got home.

Employees are amazing! Every step was explained thoroughly through the whole process. Employees have empathy to emotions of fear and make things as comfortable as possible. I have only completed my first session so I can only review my experience at this time. I will do another one once my tattoo is fully removed and I see the final results.

I absolutely made the right choice choosing Removery Philadelphia. I love the entire staff. You don’t just run in and out after your therapy. My tattoo is very dark on my hand which might take a long while to get complete removed. I guess I’ve been very patient, and I believe they will do the job very well. Went in for a free consultation. My technician explained everything to me and was able to break down pricing and help me pick out the perfect package for what I needed done. Explained how the procedure would go and what to expect. Explained the process of the removal and gave factual statements on how long the process would be and what my outcome should look like. I decided to go ahead and get the procedure done and start my first session the same day. Very clean place use proper infection control techniques, the area was numbed with an ice pack before starting, did a test spot and then proceeded to complete the laser tattoo removal, provided me with post care material. I have to say that my overall experience was great and I will recommend this place to anyway. They even called me the next day just to check up on you and see how I was doing. I can honestly see a difference with just one session.

They took me right at my scheduled time, no waiting around. Procedure itself was less than a minute, and yes it hurt. Not like crying hurt, but still hurt. I’ve only did 1 session so far so I can’t say if it was worth the money yet, but i will be going back for my second session
